Crazy beautiful color! 🌟
MY SKIN: I am 32, have mild rosacea, and a somewhat dry skin type. RATING: It feels like I have an easier time getting to know a product with my hands, and I find that creamy products are easier to work in with dabbing fingers. #nars also encourages working it in with fingers for it to melt nicely into the skin, and I agree! I have tested this both as a highlighter and more as blush as well as an eyeshadow and am really impressed! But as an eyeshadow, it easily leaves a crease if you have too much product on! It is such a crazy beautiful color, and when I combine it with Nars Reflecting Luminizer, it creates such a heavenly glow! In the video, I also have the combo #smashbox under eye brightening corrector, nars softe matte concealer, and #lykos on the glow setting spray, tips tips! The price is, however, hard to justify. MY SKIN: I am 32, have mild rosacea, and a somewhat dry skin type. RATING: I want a highlighter to give just the right amount of glow, and above all, it should blend in nicely. I hate when they leave big glitter particles on the skin, but that was not a problem here! #nars highlighter feels luxurious, both in the packaging and the pigmentation. It’s such a nice shade! It doesn’t take much at all to get a nice glow, and the makeup lasts all day! Even though I’ve worked outside for longer periods in drizzling rain, it has held up nicely. So that it is water and sweat-resistant for up to 10 hours, I can really vouch for! The price is, however, quite hard to justify. The best highlighter you can find!
I've been using this highlighter for a few weeks now and I'm completely sold, this is something beyond the ordinary! Since I tend to be more on the oily side, I usually need to set my makeup quite well, which also gives me a very matte look. Therefore, a good highlighter is A & O in my makeup routine, because who wants to look matte and dull? This incredible highlighter gives such an amazing glow! It lays down like a natural shimmer on the face without looking fake. It truly is glow without glitter, so it reflects beautifully in light. Moreover, it stays in place all day, without losing its shine or going the other way - giving a too sweaty result. I apply this with a medium-sized brush with long, loose bristles. It makes it sweep nicely on the skin and just melts in without clear lines. I've also used it as a little extra shimmer on the eyelids, then I use my pinky finger and get such a nice result. It does cost its price, but there is soooo much product. I believe this will last at least a year! Just in these four weeks, I've used it daily, and the product still looks completely unused. A lovely blush 🌸
I have been testing this blush NARS Multiple Orgasm Crave for a few weeks and I like it so much! I am 33 years old and have normal/oily skin that is not dry at all right now. I have some pores on my face that can either be highlighted or concealed with the right products. This creamy, soft, glowy blush works so well for me! It really melts into the skin and is so easy to blend without getting patchy or disturbing the makeup underneath. I think it looks nice both as a cream base under a powder makeup but also for a natural look with just this. I think this would be perfect in the summer! I was initially skeptical about the color, as I am more into red/darker shades for blush. But I still think this looks incredibly nice and I like it so much! The only thing that brings it down from a full score is that it is a bit weak in pigmentation. If I don't apply the product directly to my face, I need to use quite a bit of product to get an effect! Wonderful creamy but not for me!
I have tested this concealer from NARS for a few weeks and no matter how much I want to like it, it really doesn't suit me. I am 33 years old with some signs of aging that are creeping in all the time. It’s the ultimate test to also try a concealer when you are most stressed in December and sleeping the least, bags under the eyes are there to say! I am currently normal to oily in skin, not at all dry (which I think it suits better for). This concealer is heeelt wonderfully creamy in its consistency and I can really imagine that for some it is 5/5, it really melts into the skin. For me, however, it’s completely wrong, it’s TOO creamy which makes it not really adhere. I have tried applying both with a brush, sponge, and finger and for me, it’s only the finger that works. This creases very easily on me in the lines, I have to set it with very little powder otherwise it gets cakey. It really requires precision to get it to sit nicely. I also can’t build up more coverage without it creasing! I also think it has zero coverage and since I can’t build layers without it getting cakey, it doesn’t do much for me, as I like full cover makeup. However, in the summer, I might have liked it more when I want a bit lighter makeup. I have as #LYKOINFLUTESTER gotten to try #NARS ’s Light Reflecting Luminizer Electra Highlighter for a while! Here are my opinions on the product👇🏻 💁🏼♀️ About me: I try to achieve a somewhat glowy look for everyday, but I find that matte makeup holds better. When it comes to highlighters, I have previously found that a cream or liquid often looks better since powder often has a more glittery effect than the glowy/shimmery look I want. 🧴 About the product: A packaging that fits well with the price range😍 The description of it as a hybrid between powder and serum matches my experience, and that might be why I haven’t experienced that typical powder highlighter look. ✨ Application: Applies sooooo nicely and easily! I have applied it both with my finger and with a larger powder brush for an easier glow. Really suuuper pretty and unfortunately hard to do justice through pictures. 👌🏻 Result: So so so pretty!!! It really exceeded my expectations and is yet another proof that price can equal performance. It has held relatively well. I have been so lucky to receive NARS's Light Reflecting Luminizer in the shade “Electra” as #lykoinflutester. My name is Kristine, I am 35 years old and love everything related to beauty and makeup. Over many years, I have tested an incredible number of products from different brands. But I have still not tested a highlighter from NARS. So I was incredibly excited about this one. I am quite picky about highlighters and rarely find one that I like so much that I want to include it in my daily makeup routine 😅 The consistency of this highlighter is soft and almost a bit creamy. It is not powdery at all! Something I am very happy about, because then I know it will look natural when applied 👏🏻 The packaging is simple and cute, but I actually wish it came in black packaging like the rest of the NARS products (but maybe that’s just my OCD talking 😂). Super nice that there’s a mirror too! I apply this with a slightly large brush on the cheekbones, to avoid getting a stripe of highlighter à la 2016 makeup trend 😘 And, oh my god, how pretty this is!! It is not glittery at all (something I absolutely do not like in a highlighter), but it makes your skin look almost dewy, or like you have a naturally glowing skin 🥹 It really is a unique formula that gives a completely insane glass finish to the skin. I also apply it on the brow bone, the bridge of the nose, the inner corner of the eye, and the cupid's bow, in addition to the cheekbones - for an extra glowing base ✨ And I must say that I really love this highlighter so much. And that is not often I say about a… highlighter! 😳 It is so pretty that I can easily use this in my everyday routine as well, as you can build it up for an even more intense and glowing finish. But it also gives a perfectly natural, glass-like glow for everyday use. I have been so lucky to receive NARS's Multiple in Orgasm Crave as #lykoinflutester. My name is Kristine, I am 35 years old and love everything related to beauty and makeup. Over many years, I have tested an incredible number of products from different brands. I have tested NARS's blush sticks before - which I liked very much. But I haven't tested this new Multiple stick that is meant for both cheeks, eyes, and lips, so I was incredibly excited about this 😍 The consistency of this is incredibly fascinating. It is soft and creamy, but as soon as you get it on the skin, it becomes like a powder, which I love. I am not a fan of blush sticks that leave my cheeks sticky, which this absolutely does not do. I pick up the product with a slightly dense and soft makeup brush directly from the stick and apply it to my cheeks - for maximum control (and at the risk of ruining my base if I drag the stick over my cheeks) 😅 Something that worked perfectly! 🩷 The color “Orgasm Crave” is a lovely pink/peach color with pearls of gold. Absolutely a color I would have chosen myself in this stick, as this is a color that suits me well. The formula is super easy to build up to a slightly more intense blush color on the cheeks, and blends like a dream. And even though it dries down to a powder form, the pearl shimmer in the stick really brings out a lovely and natural glow ✨ For application on the eyes, I just use my finger - so simple! Blended just as well with my finger as with a brush. And it seriously took me 5 seconds to get it looking nice 👁️ On the lips, I applied it like a regular lipstick, and oh my god what a lovely color to have on the lips! It can feel a bit dry if you apply a lot, or several layers. But incredibly nice and pleasant if you just apply a little and top with a gloss 👄 I really love that you have so many options with this stick. The whole makeup turned out so well when both cheeks, eyes, and lips matched 🩷 And I can feel that this is going to be a product I will reach for a lot in the future. I have been so lucky to receive NARS' Soft Matte Complete Concealer as #lykoinflutester. My name is Kristine, I am 35 years old and I love everything related to beauty and makeup. Over many years, I have tested an incredible number of products from different brands. And guess how happy I was when I saw that I would be testing this concealer from NARS this month! It is indeed a concealer I have had in my collection for many years - BUT I have only had it in the lightest shade “Chantilly”. Something that has been a bit silly on the days I have self-tanner (which is quite often!) This is indeed the BEST “spot-concealer” that exists on the market in my eyes 🥹👏🏻 I always spot-conceal right after skincare and before foundation. I take a small amount of concealer on a small precise makeup brush and apply it to pimples and blemishes on my face that are not covered by all types of foundation. Then I blend it out with my finger for an even application. When I put on foundation, no redness or color shows through! ❤️ The consistency of this is on the thicker side and provides full coverage. Therefore, I think it is best suited for spot-concealing. But if you warm it up between your fingers, it becomes a bit thinner and easier to work with - so you can also apply it under the eyes. But not much, a thin layer - otherwise, there will be a lot of creasing. But I personally prefer to use the liquid concealer from NARS (Radiant Creamy Concealer) under the eyes ☺️ It sits nicely both under and on top of all types of foundations I have tested. In the video, I use the concealer together with NARS' Light Reflecting Foundation - which is a big favorite here. It does not feel thick or heavy on the skin. And I really love the result this concealer gives. I also really like that it contains ingredients like Vitamin A, C, and E and hyaluronic acid and peptides that nourish the skin, especially since I usually apply it on blemishes 💦 Really a concealer that everyone struggling with pigmentation, redness, and blemishes should have in their collection. I was so lucky to receive 3 products from #nars to test as #lykoinflutester 😍 This blush was in stick form and I have never tried that before! I always only use powder blush, so it was exciting to try something new 🤩 I love the packaging for starters! Both the box it came in and the stick itself are super nice! 😍 The color is very pretty and has a bit of shimmer in it ✨ I first tried this using a beauty blender since I don’t have a brush for such products, but I felt I had to use quite a bit since it didn’t give much product off right away. I also tried using just the stick to apply directly to my cheek, but it pulled off my foundation. Maybe it’s best to warm it up in your hand and then use a brush or beauty blender. I only used it as a blush, but this can also be used as eyeshadow and actually a lipstick too! MY SKIN: I am 32, have mild rosacea, a somewhat dry skin type, and have very blue circles under my eyes. RATING: I am impressed with this concealer, so much that I now prefer to reach for this over my old favorite from Tarte. If you take too much, it can easily get cakey, but that makes it very powerful. I really have nothing bad to say about it at all, it would just be the price and that the consistency isn't liquid enough. But make sure to build it up, and it will be good! ⭐️ ROUTINE: Just have to recommend the perfect combination of products to beautifully conceal dark circles under the eyes! 👀 1. Start by dabbing #smashbox under eye brightening corrector with your finger. 2. Dab on #nars concealer, also with your finger. A little goes a long way, and using your finger gives you more control. 3. Spray a little of #lykos own “On the glow” setting spray to make it blend in seamlessly. Once you start with this step, there’s no going back! 🤭 NOTE! In the pictures, I have only used Nars concealer on the right side of the picture! I haven't used Smashbox underneath, as I, being #lykoinflutester, want to give an honest assessment. However, I have tested both with and without, and both work! Full coverage and little goes a long way, but not for everyone
I tried this concealer 3 times with foundation on and without. I can say that it looks nice both, when you have bare face to cover blue in your under eyes. It also works fine with foundation and creates some highlighting under eye effect. Personally, i prefer to use more liquid formulas as my concealers, simply because then you can control application better, but i liked how this concealer stayed in my brush so i can use it for eye make up correction later as a last step. So concluding, i can say that its a good and high coverage concealer, but its too difficult to work with it for daily life make up or if you are new to make up. Yes!! This is a total win for me. I don’t even know where to start? I love that makeup can be used in so many different ways, and this stick is one of those things. For starters: I have dry skin, and makeup can easily look cakey on me, but this melts in sooooo nicely no matter how I apply it, directly on the skin or from the back of my hand to my cheek. ❤️ It can be intense or natural, works as eyeshadow or on the lips too. 👏🏼 And the color, I’m käräähär, warm pink tone that gives that little extra on the skin. It doesn’t give much glow but isn’t matte either, just.. yes, natural in a way. I’ve used it every time I’ve done my makeup because I love it so much 😍 It can be built up to infinite heights, and I like that, the blush also lasts a whole day without problems for me. It doesn’t feel slippery or waxy but also not dry. I’ve actually never tried a stick that can be applied directly on foundation without removing product, I’m sold. Will definitely buy this again. 😮I am so impressed and its going to be my favourite highlighter/shimmering powder to use! First, i was actual sceptical because in a packaging and also on a swatch it looked like a typical highlighter with big shimmering particles, that was popular in 2014 😹 ( i still have some of those and i am not afraid to use it) 🫨BUT! little did i know how unique this powder is! As #lykoinflutester I have tested three beautiful products from #nars and one of the products is this incredibly beautiful highlighter ✨ a champagne color that really sparkles if you build it up ✨✨✨ it has a fantastic glow and you can achieve a natural glow but as I said, if you build it up it’s party 🥳 I have tested it in different ways. I have used my fingers for application and then we’re talking intense results, I have used a dense brush that also gives results but not as much as a brush with scattered bristles. So depending on what you want to get out of it, different application methods work. ✨ I have of course hard-tested it by working out with it on, it should be sweat-resistant after all, which I find it actually is! I find the formula dry but when it warms up on the skin it becomes more pliable and soft which makes it easy to blend out, and we like that! I want to emphasize that it is a glittery highlighter which I love now leading up to Christmas and New Year (I can promise it will be packed for Spain!) it is for me a perfect highlighter for parties and events, as it sits nicely and doesn’t slide around or disappear right away. 🫶🏼 I have also tested it with different bases and it works fine with different foundations as well. Sure, Nars is expensive but this 6 grams will last an eternity, it takes so little for a real result ✨👏🏼 Nars is one of those high-end brands that I think doesn’t always deliver but this one they have done really well! I had an opportunity to test this multi purpose stick in several occasions, for day male up and nigh make up as well. ✨Packaging: nice, slick, light so you can drop it into the bag and use on a go. ✨Formula: creamy, not too soft, once applied pigment is alright, after smudging it show more sparkles. ✨The colour: its not dusty rose, it has more orange in it, but generally its still on a muted colours side and can be suitable for many. ✨ loved it on my lips with muted almost grey pencil, it looked great. Overall, i liked the product for no make up look, can be applied on eyes, and lips which i assume was the purpose of this stick. Few swipes and smudging are enough and you are ready to go. 😬Here is some downside: - despite formula being nice, its very easy to smudge the product into nothing. I recommend not to use fingers, in that case product melts down into almost nothing (leaves only sparkle). As #lykinflutester, I got to test three products from #nars, including this concealer! I didn't think this would suit me at all, as I usually use thin concealers that give glow. This one is completely full coverage and gives a matte finish. I have fine lines around my eyes and am generally dry in my skin, so at first glance, I was hesitant. 👀 But the concealer really performs beyond expectations! It gives medium coverage if you take a liiiittle product, and it builds up beautifully ✨ I think it feels light on the skin and blends in nicely despite the full coverage formula. It also contains great ingredients like peptides, vitamins A, E, and C, and I really love makeup that is caring for the skin 🫶🏼 since I'm used to lighter formulas, it took me a while to learn how little product is actually needed from this to achieve a perfected result, this gem will last me a long time. For me, it works best to pick up a little product and apply it to the back of my hand first, then I go in with it on my face where I want to cover redness, etc. It warms up a bit on the hand, and then I can more easily control the amount I want on my face 👏🏼 the concealer works well with both brush or sponge. I prefer to apply with my fingers first and then go in with a sponge for the best result ✨✨ It covers fantastically well, so if you're looking for a buildable concealer that covers seven tough years, this one is for you 😅 I still think it eventually settles into fine lines, so I can't give it a perfect score. On my skin, it's completely understandable since I'm dry and get dry throughout the day.
