Serum with results
This serum from kerastase, which you’ve heard so much about, I’ve now had the chance to test, and have been using it for about 10 weeks! (Collaboration but an honest and genuine review) My hairline is a bit further back on the sides where many others also experience thinner hair. Therefore, I have applied most there during these weeks to see if it has given any clear results. And I really think you can see the difference, and I feel that many new small hairs have grown during this time! 🤩 The scent is relatively strong, so you know it’s quite perfumed before you buy it :) However, it hasn’t affected me as I have a sensitive scalp, only some days I’ve felt a liiiittle tenderness on the sides but nothing more. Other serums/products for hair can easily feel greasy after application, but the result from this one is the opposite. The hair became a bit drier where I applied the serum but not so much that it feels uncomfortable. It evaporates very quickly and you can smell an alcohol scent, so you know that beforehand. However, I haven’t noticed anything negative from it 🥰 I haven’t needed to use the dropper, instead I’ve just taken the serum from the actual “glass tube,” as a lot of product settles on the outside of the tube. Favorite setting spray
I've always loved this setting spray since I tried it for the first time! I often have problems with my makeup coming off or rubbing off during the day when working and accidentally touching my face, etc. But as soon as I use Urban Decay setting spray, you notice a huge difference compared to without🌸 It smells fresh and has a perfect spray that isn’t too focused. It covers a large part of the face when sprayed just once. I think that’s important because the makeup sits nicer when the spray is more spread out after “application.” So that’s a big plus with this one🫧 Even if you use it often, I still think it lasts a long time! Just a few sprays are enough to keep the makeup in place all evening!🤩 I also recommended it to my mom (who didn’t believe setting sprays worked), and it changed her mind because now she’s obsessed with using setting spray every time she goes out dancing. I started with essence concealer, and it was surprisingly good! I used it as foundation, and the coverage was perfect. It was easy to apply and sat nicely on the skin. A rich cream that smells heavenly of vanilla 🤍🍦
At first, I thought it could never be worth 499 kr. But just the bottle is really nice and feels a bit more exclusive, love the pump part. Easy to dose the right amount. 🩶 I have used the product for 3 weeks in my usual skincare routine as #lykotestpilot The cream feels rich, creamy, and buttery, but not sticky. Very moisturizing and plumps the skin in a pleasant way. Gives a nice glow immediately✨. For me, who often chooses lighter creams due to acne, it almost feels like a “forbidden fruit” to use 😅 It contains fats (but I think it absorbs well within about 10 minutes). 🧴 Was worried it would trigger my acne, so I introduced it in small amounts (1-2 pumps) about every other day. During the test, I got a few extra small pimples that might be due to the cream, but I’m not 100% sure since I can get pimples for various reasons (need to test longer). 🔴 Together with Emma S. Hyaluronic Essence, I got irritation (probably due to the combination of fragrance ingredients). But with my usual fragrance-free skincare, I haven’t experienced any irritation. 🤍 I totally fell in love with the SCENT and sometimes want to apply more because of it (have to resist😅). Soft, skin-close, warm. Think vanilla ice cream with a little soft white flower, in a balanced way. But powerful, smells for over an hour on the hand (good to know if you’re sensitive). But nice and cozy.🍦🤍 Skin type: 34 years old, acne-prone and combination: surface dry + a bit oily T-zone during the day. Has fine lines. Can sometimes be a bit sensitive, especially to strong scents on the face (but this time it was fine).
