I am incredibly satisfied with Lyko's Tapered Powder Brush. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly soft the bristles are against the skin; they don’t poke at all and feel very comfortable to use. The size is just perfect – neither too big nor too small. The tapered shape makes it surprisingly easy to control the amount of product and place the makeup exactly where you want it. I have used it extensively for both blush on the apples of my cheeks and to apply an even, sun-kissed glow with bronzer on the contours of my face. The brush picks up a nice amount of powder and blends everything seamlessly into the skin without creating streaks or patches. Lovely color
I actually quite like this blush as it has a lovely color and isn’t very pigmented. I like to build up my blush a bit gently, so I prefer it not to be very pigmented. Unfortunately, it crumbles a bit but it’s not a big deal. Otherwise, I think it blends nicely into the skin without becoming patchy or streaky. It lasts all day on me as long as I’ve used setting spray. This bronzer is a super bronzer for a bargain. It has a very nice and light pigment that makes it super easy to build up, and it blends seamlessly with both large, fluffy brushes and slightly denser powder brushes. The result is a natural and soft warmth on the cheeks that stays nice throughout a long day without separating or becoming patchy. The tone is really nice, but right now I maybe feel like I could use a bit more depth and a darker shade. At the same time, I know it will sit perfectly when the skin gets a bit lighter during autumn and winter. It dusts a bit more than I personally prefer, but not very much. Hello to all you lovely people at Lyko!🌸 I got to try the By Lyko - Tapered Powder Brush and I was actually positively surprised by how much a good brush can affect the application and the result of the makeup!🔥😍 This brush is super soft and easy to use. 🐬 I use it as a contour brush mainly for bronzer but also for applying blush, and it works really well to blend both the bronzer and blush together!🌸 What I like about the brush is the shape, since it is tapered it’s easy to use all over the face, it works very smoothly on the skin and is very pleasant to use on the face!🌞🥰 This is also a vegan makeup brush, which all makeup brushes from By Lyko are, which is a plus for me! ⭐️ I also think that it’s not just the brush that is smartly designed, but also the packaging the brush comes in! 😏I use it as a little case for this brush so I can bring it in my bag wherever I go without it getting dirty! Hello lovely Lykos! 🌸 I got to try By Lyko - Cheek on Fleek! A really nice blush in the shade Heart Heat and I became very curious about this particular shade😍 I use blush almost every day, it’s probably the most fun step in my daily makeup routine because I think blush can make a very big difference to the overall makeup look. 🥰 I really like applying blush because it gives more life to the face, and I also appreciate that you can give the face a bit more color and life without it looking too much! 🌞 What caught my attention with the shade Heart Heat is that it gives a nice and fresh impression on the cheeks, I find it easy to build up the color depending on how much effect you want, which I appreciate since I often go for a natural result but also find it fun sometimes to have a bit more color depending on the makeup look I’m going for at the moment! ⭐️ I also think the result looks really nice together with bronzer, and in this look I used By Lyko - Tan Fan Bronze in the shade Bronze Blizz, these two shades really blend well together!💕 This is definitely a product I will continue to buy and it has now become my new blush that I always carry with me in my makeup bag! I really like using bronzer because it quickly gives the face more warmth and contour!🌞 This bronzer gives a warm, sun-kissed and “just came back from vacation” feeling! ☀️ It is incredibly pigmented, so I don’t need to use much product on the makeup brush, and it’s easy to work with on the skin. There are no harsh edges at the hairline like many bronzers do! I got to try this bronzer in the shade Golden Days and really like it ☺️ It is very pigmented, easy to blend out, and can be built up depending on how much color you want. It gives a nice, matte, and natural warmth to the face. The only downside is that it powders quite a bit when you pick up the product with the brush, which makes powder easily spread around, but considering the price, I think that's okay. I got to try this powder blush in the color Heartheat and I really think it’s very nice! ☺️ The blush is very pigmented so you don’t need much product to get a nice color on the cheeks. It’s also easy to blend out and build up depending on how intense a look you want. I think it gives a very nice and natural result with a fresh finish. The only negative I’ve noticed is that it powders quite a bit when you pick up product with the brush. This can cause powder to end up around the product and in other places than where you actually want it. It’s a bit annoying especially if you have other products lying next to it, but considering the price I think it’s okay anyway. Apart from that, I think this is a really good blush! New favorite
I was super positively surprised by this brush! I have used a different brush for years to apply powder products, but when I tried this one, I don’t want to go back to the old one anymore. The product sticks really easily to this brush and more than to the brush I used before. With the brush, you can also blend, for example, blush really beautifully and evenly. I especially like that it doesn’t feel like any product residue builds up on the brush at all. The brush is really soft and comfortable to use. A big plus is also that it is vegan. By Lyko Tan Fan Bronzer in the shade Golden Days is quite pigmented, which is definitely a plus. This was the lightest shade of all, so I chose it. However, the shade is maybe a bit too orange for my taste, even though it is a bronzer. The product should definitely be applied and layered gradually so you don’t get too much at once. Thanks to the pigmentation, a little goes a long way. All in all, this was a pretty neutral product. Nothing world-changing, but not bad at all. It will definitely be used, but I don’t think it will become my everyday favorite. By Lyko Cheek On Fleek Blush in the shade Heart Heat has been a really positive surprise for me. The color is absolutely lovely, beautiful, and natural on the cheeks. The blush applies very easily and blends effortlessly, so the result is easy to make even. The product is also very pigmented, so a small amount goes a long way. It's best to start with a light hand and add more if needed, because less is definitely more here. I especially like that the result looks beautiful and fresh without the blush feeling heavy on the skin. A pretty decent bronzer for a very good price. It is powder-based and not very pigmented, but can easily be built up in several layers. This shade might not suit me completely, as it lies somewhere between contour and bronzer. I also think a bronzer can add a bit more warmth, glow, and life to the face, making the skin look more sun-kissed and fresh. This one feels a bit matte and neutral, so I miss that little extra effect that gives the face more dimension. Still, it’s easy to work with, gives a nice result when built up gradually, and doesn’t leave an orange undertone. Very nice pink blush with surprisingly good pigmentation for the price! It gives a fresh and natural color to the cheeks and is easy to blend. Exciting to try makeup from Lyko's own brand. I like the packaging of the product. Just the right size and easy to see the color of the blush. I'm a sucker for pink blush. Nice color but unfortunately very crumbly
I had the honor as #Lykoinflutester to test this product 🌸 I have now tested this bronzer for a while and feel that it didn’t quite become a favorite! The pigmentation is amazing, a light sweep with the brush and you have enough, and the bronzer has a very nice color ❤️ However, I think it crumbles a lot and unfortunately very easily, the product is also very dry. Considering how much it crumbles, I personally find it difficult to work with. Final result: it still gives a nice and matte finish and looks very natural on the skin after some work. Pigment and Glow
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of testing this blush from Lyko 🌸 I've been testing it for a while now and have mixed feelings 💭 The pigmentation is beyond expectations! I only needed to swipe quickly with the brush to pick up enough, so hardly any product is needed for it to show results 😍 However, I don't like the texture as much. It's described as "the creamy powder texture," but I find the product very dry. I prefer products that are more on the creamy side, so unfortunately that's a minus for me The final result I think is good, the product is still easy to work with and sits nicely on the skin. It's also good to build up if you want more color. I think you get a nice glow on the cheeks. I would recommend this product if you like a dry blush with pigment and glow.
