This is a mascara that you try a bit without expectations – and suddenly you wonder why you ever paid double for something worse. The brush? Perfect size. Pretty okay bronzer💕
I, as a #lykoinflutester, have had the honor of testing products from #makeupstore. This bronzer comes in 3 shades, and I tested it in the deepest shade. It is almost in the same shade as my skin tone but a bit more bronzy. The consistency is incredibly good, it blends out easily and gives a bronzy look. Unfortunately, I thought it was a bit too similar to my foundation shade, which makes it a little hard to distinguish the bronzer from my base. Overall, I think it would suit light-medium skin tones. I also hope that makeupstore can develop the product into deeper bronzers. 🤎 The price is reasonable but maybe a bit too expensive for my taste. As a Lyko influtester, I have tested these Bronzer sticks. The colors are super nice and pigmented, not too pigmented but give a nice shade on. You should absolutely not apply directly to the skin as it lifts the makeup underneath when you blend it out and makes the makeup patchy. Personally, I don't think it's very creamy, but you have to press a bit with it. It's fairly easy to blend out. Personally, I also think you can get a better bronzer stick for a better price. These bronzers come in way too few shades, all the colors are unfortunately too similar!! The packaging is very simple and nothing “wow”. I had the honor of trying these, and here comes my honest review of it! A simple, convenient packaging, you easily roll the product up and down without any problems. Felt a bit plastic and light in material, but for me, it was totally fine! A matte cream blush that is so easy to apply on the face and was very easy to work with. Works well even for beginners, I would say. Has no special scent. If I only used cream blush on my face, it disappeared after half a day. (I have quite oily skin). Got this from lykoinflutester! I have always been a bit allergic to cream blushes as I never got it right at all. So basically I was wrong about how I should work with the products I had, but with make up's blush it has been easy as a dance! It doesn't disturb the base but blends in easily and nicely with a brush. I feel that it was the best for the result I wanted! But I was so incredibly impressed with how easy it was to work with and such a pretty result! I have tried Makeup Store's “Superior Colour Blush Sticks” in the shades Soft Coral and Cool Pink. I don't know how much actually shows in the pictures, but in real life, they are quite different from each other. Soft Coral is as the name suggests, a soft, nice coral color. It’s perfect for everyday or if you just want a more toned-down blush for the day. Cool Pink is a significantly “poppier” color, and personally, I love these types of pinks. It just gives such a nice color to the cheeks. Both were to die for, and both were super easy to work with. Apply directly to the skin and blend out, or dab the brush on the stick to then work it in. It blends in, can be built up, and doesn’t get patchy and dry. I am completely sold! The product is pretty, has a relatively friendly price tag, and performs fantastically. I found Makeup Store's “Superior Sun Bronzer Stick” to be a very easy-to-use cream bronzer. It glided easily onto the skin and blended out effortlessly. It melted in and looked very natural and “glowy”; I got a sun-kissed look without looking too orange! The product was also not too wet or dry, but dried down easily without clinging to my dry skin. In the pictures, I haven't used a large amount of bronzer, so it looks very natural. The product can be built up for a more dramatic look if desired! I also found that it held relatively well throughout the day. It’s also a minimalist and nice packaging that looks sleek! I was of course at #lyko when I visited Birsta and I wasn't really supposed to get anything, and for those of you who saw my latest unboxing, I gave away the mascara I got to my mom. However, I couldn't help but buy a mascara from #makeupstore 🤭 I was actually going to buy another brown mascara that is available online but not in-store, but I got this one as a tip instead from the woman who worked there (she was really super nice and skilled)! As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this blush stick from #makeupstore ✨ I really liked this blush stick, maybe especially because of the color, which is EXACTLY my color and which I always try to buy (or a similar shade) when I buy blush. A bronzer stick with a nice tone
As a #lykoinflutester, I had the honor of trying this bronzer stick from #makeupstore ✨ A big disclaimer is that I’m generally pretty "scared" of bronzer - I think it has to do with the fact that I have a pale skin tone with a cool undertone, which makes almost all contour look... well, it’s VERY VISIBLE, to say the least. However, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by this bronzer stick! It is incredibly pigmented (which made me even more scared at first), but it is so creamy and blends in SO nicely with the skin that I didn’t get that feeling I usually have, that it looks like I’ve tanned my face but nothing else 🫣 In the second picture, you can see the swatch unblended at the bottom and blended just above. It held "just right" well throughout the day - neither more nor less than other cream makeup products I’ve tried so far. I got to try Make Up Store's new Superior Colour Blush Stick in the shades Cool Pink and Soft Coral. It’s a luxurious packaging and feels sleek. I also appreciate the detail with stickers in the same shade as the product, it really helps when rummaging around for a specific color in the makeup bag! It’s a creamy yet somewhat powdery formula that is easy to blend both with fingers and brush (I don’t see any issues with a sponge, though I haven’t tried it myself). I find the product to be pigmented, matte, and both shades I’ve tried are cool-toned. A really nice product, but it’s not for me. A bit too pigmented, but it’s saved by how easy it is to apply. BUT I get a serious headache from something in the product's scent. I haven’t been able to wear it for more than 30 minutes before I had to take off the makeup. If you’re not sensitive to the fragrance in the product, it’s definitely worth the price tag. I have tried Make Up Store's new Superior Sun Bronzer Stick in the shade Caramel Touch, which works well with my pale skin. First and foremost, I want to say that the packaging feels luxurious and sleek, I also appreciate that the color is found on a sticker on the bottom of the stick (such a thing makes it so much easier when rummaging around for products in the makeup bag). I got to test these from lykoinflutester! So much fun to do this test since I have tried many bronzer sticks! And I am actually really satisfied with these, so incredibly easy to work with. For me, a brush has been the best result when I have done my makeup! I used soft tan and it turned out so good now that I have started to BUSA myself. About the actual product Maybe a bit plasticky packaging, but really not a big deal because it’s what’s inside that counts! Pros/cons • incredibly easy to work with • easy to build up (without getting a teenage stripe ala 2000s!) • affordable price • needs a little, so it will probably last a while • no particular scent Con • I would say it would be the packaging But otherwise really good job make up store! 🩷As a Lyko influencer, I got to try 2 Blush Sticks and 3 Bronzer Sticks from Make Up Store. 🩷In this review, I chose the Blush Stick that I liked best of the two, which was Rusty Rose. 👍My skin tends to react to products with acne and redness sometimes, but I had no negative reaction during the testing period. 👍I thought the shades I got to try were nice, and I also saw that there were several shades to choose from. 👎After a little practice with application and brush, it wasn't so hard to get it right. The downside is that the color fades throughout the day, maybe it's due to my skin type, which is both dry and oily. 🩷I will continue to use these because I liked the shades. I think the sticks will last a long time since you don't use that much with each makeup application. I give it a rating of 4. 🤎🩷As a Lyko influencer tester, I got to try 3 bronzer sticks and 2 Blush Sticks from Make Up Store. 🤎In this review, I chose the color that I thought suited my skin tone best of the three, Caramel Touch. 🎬There are also pictures in this review of the remaining 2 and the 2 Blush Sticks. I took photos after each Stick I tested and thought there might be interest in seeing all of them. 🖌️I like that you can apply a little at a time like with a dry bronzer, which I didn’t do with my first makeup using Midnight Bronze, which was too dark and orange for me, but I still share that photo 🫣 I used a foundation brush to get it right and took a little at a time. 👍My skin, which can sometimes react to products with increased acne and redness, had no reaction during the testing period. 👎I found it wasn’t too hard to use the sticks after a little practice, but I felt that some color faded during the day. Maybe it’s due to my skin type, which is both dry and a bit oily. 🦧Overall, the colors were a bit too much towards the yellow or orange side for my skin tone, but the color Caramel Touch was the best shade of the three.
