Spring with Essence and the gang
I love doing my makeup when I've got a bit of color! Today I used Nyx glue face primer, Isadora CC cream and brow pencil, W7 tandrops, a bit of Male up store wonder powder for some glow (I use it quite often as a highlighter since it's super glowy), blush from The balm and Essence I tried the two matte shadows from Essence and I just say WOW. Such good shadows for such a good price (30 SEK each) is almost ridiculous. They are at least as good as the shadows in their nude palette and the brown is the perfect shade to have in the crease to build subtle depth! Decubal on the lips and the tubing mascara from Essence. Hey! I received some goodies from Make up store and decided to do a full face makeup using them. Today I’m going for a grungy yet simple look that can be worn during the day. My tips for simple makeup: - Think less variety of products, more longevity. Set cream products with powder if you want to wear them all day. - Eyeshadow sticks tend to set themselves but are often patchy or a bit transparent, use powder eyeshadows on top. - Blush is in trend but not for everyone, choose the coral shade if you’re still unsure about too much blush. Spring Feelings with Pink 🥰🌸
After a base with primer from Make up Mekka and a mix of #lumene cc-cream medium and #idun skintint Kungsholmen, I got a feeling for pink and went wild with my "Vintage rose" palette from #morphe after the shadow primer from #urbandecay. I honestly thought that my red hair would kill my use of pink, in general, but oh how wrong I was! I probably honestly use more pink than ever, but in a different way. The mascara from #catrice in the color burgundy and brow pencil from the same brand. I used my coral blush from #moira, but stood there dreaming of the plum pink and mid-tone blushes from #makeupstore 😋 Must have them! Had Dreamcoat from #colorwow last wash, and it’s hopeless to keep the curls then (shiny and smooth, but that’s the only thing it wants to be). Stubborn as I am, I made a futile attempt today with the dry heat protectant from #happycrazymine, texture spray from #rco, and curling iron from #ghd. On a completely normal weekday, I like to work from a café if I don’t have lessons to lead. Today I’m going to the gym afterward and the glam factor is low but the comfort is high 😋 I curled my hair yesterday so today it was a bit unruly.
