I have blonde, thick hair with many fine hair strands and waves (2a-c waves/curls) that tends to get a bit dry. I style my hair almost always with at least blow-drying (straight or curly), and flat iron/curling iron/airwrap has also been used frequently over time. Sun, some coloring, etc. have of course also taken a toll over the years. I won a package with the entire series and have used this mask along with shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in. I think the tube is sleek and it is HUGE! All products in this series have solid packaging, and that, along with their being concentrated, makes them last a very, very long time. (The tube in the picture is not new, by the way ☺️) Like the other products, it smells fresh but not strong. The mask is concentrated, and I only need to use a (old) five-cent size for all my hair. This treatment really feels rich and nurturing when applied. The hair feels soft, and you can already feel in the shower that the product does not consist of like 3/4 water. I have taken this with me on the sun trips I have made during the time I have had it (normally alternating with moisturizing products), and considering what I expose my hair to (diving, sun, etc.), the quality of my hair has been very well maintained over the 7 weeks. I can only recommend this treatment! Shu Uemura's Ultimate Reset is slightly better, but then we're talking 200ml for upwards of 900:-... and this is among the best I've tested after that, so it is incredibly affordable. A lovely splash of color in the shower
I have started losing hair - Lots of hair! So much that I can't have my hair down without feeling it just falling off, or shower without clogging the drain.... Terrible! I've been wondering if it's stress or hormones that are the culprit. I'm on high doses of hormones due to endometriosis (a disease I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy!!) I've started using different products to get my healthy hair back, and this one has become important in my routine. Every shower, it massages my scalp to stimulate hair growth but also to work in shampoo, etc. You feel happy when you see it in the shower, and the bristles are just soft enough for me to appreciate the feeling. Gloss with more flavor than color
I bought the gloss in the shade Watermelon and it looks as deliciously transparent on my lips, however, I thought it tasted like watermelon (without knowing what it was called 😅), so they did that well! I think the name of the brush is misleading as it is not thin enough, in my opinion, to be called an eyeliner brush. Great primer!
This primer makes the eyeshadow stay put on the eyelid all day/evening. I also think it helps to enhance the pigment in the shadows. One downside is that it is very hard to get product out of the tube. You have to press with both hands, and only a very small amount comes out. Floral Scent for Every Day
I approached the review of these perfumes with enthusiasm, as I am a big fan of the Cacharel brand and have many different scents in my collection. However, this one is new to me. My first impression is a floral boom. Over time, it fades to give way to a deeper vanilla-patchouli. I don't detect any coconut here at all. Bergamot sometimes subtly makes its presence known. I can admit that this is a very pretty floral-fruity perfume. Perfect for every day, as it is not aggressive, but consequently has average projection and average longevity. The scent lasted on me for half a day. Ella Ella has something of Coco Mademoiselle in it, but it is definitely not a substitute. For me, Anais Anais, Eden, and Lou Lou will still be at the top of Cacharel scents. However, I consider this little bottle to be a nice variation that I would gladly reach for from time to time. I can recommend this scent to those who like floral, patchouli, and sweet-powdery scents. Liquid mineral sunscreen that doesn't irritate the skin!
Got this here last summer in a Lyko Lovable, and it was great since I was planning to buy it anyway☺️ I have dry, very thin, light sun-sensitive porcelain skin. This one does NOT contain niacinamide, which is in almost every skincare product nowadays (unfortunately), and I like that👍 I can't tolerate that ingredient on my neck and décolleté where it causes eczema, so I've had this cooling🧊 sunscreen there. Since it's so liquid (consistency: yogurt😅), it's easy to spill but also very easy to massage in. Truly absolutely incredible powder! ❤️ It gives an airbrushed look where lines, pores, and imperfections disappear. It provides a matte finish but without looking cakey or dry in any way. The base looks incredibly nice. 🙏 It keeps the makeup in place all day and has made my concealer completely stop creasing. It comes with a powder puff (I recommend using it under the eyes), but it works just as well to apply with a brush if you prefer that. 😊 I love the design where there is space for the powder puff in the lid if you’re going to travel, for example. Over the powder, there is like a "net" that only releases just as much product as you need, very practical. Yes, the price is high, but this beats all other powders I’ve tested by miles. The scent stuck to my clothes!
Naa, I don't know if I agree that the deodorant has sweat-reducing effects. Essence makes the best mascaras!
The Lash Princess mascaras (this one and the one in the green tube) have been my favorites for several years! They hold the curl after using an eyelash curler, give really good length and volume, and are unbeatable in price. They can flake a little after a long day, but that’s not a dealbreaker for me. Larger packaging please!
Pretty okay serum, I wish it was a bit thicker in consistency. Sure, you get a nice glow from it, but I don't really feel like it's the best serum I've tried. It runs out quickly. If you take too little of the product, it leaves my skin dry. For that price, I wish the serum was a bit thicker and that it came in a slightly larger packaging. My face felt more hydrated when I took more of the product. Otherwise, it's easy to use. Nice bottle and it comes out easily with the help of the dropper. Very subtle scent, nothing that bothers. I probably won't be buying this serum again. Long-lasting shine for summer parties
The beautiful shade Petals is a rusty brown with lots of sparkling pink and gold particles. Sometimes it can even look like a duochrome! Even though it looks like it has a dark base on the swatch, it doesn't stand out much from my light skin color on my eyelids. I recommend applying it with your finger and doing it quite quickly! It dries fairly quickly and then stays intact all day.
