Good hand cream 😍
I have been so lucky to receive #lykotestpilot for #lyko and got to test this product for a little while now :) I have tried O´Keeffe´s hand cream and am very satisfied with it for everyday use and how it leaves the hands. 😍☀️ I also got my partner to test this since he has much drier hands that peel and has struggled to find a good fragrance-free hand cream, and he loved this so much that it became his favorite and he carries it everywhere. His hands are no longer dry and he got rid of the peeling. It promises intense moisture and care without perfume and without being sticky, and this is true even with the rich consistency. Even though the cream feels quite rich, it absorbs relatively quickly into the skin and does not leave the hands particularly sticky. It is easy to use several times a day as needed. After a period of use, I experience that both my and my partner’s hands feel softer and less dry, and the skin stays moisturized longer. I have been trying O’Keeffe’s Working Hands for a few weeks, and I truly understand why this hand cream is so loved! 💚 I work in healthcare and constantly wash and sanitize my hands, which makes them easily dry. Lovely Face Cream
As a Lyko test pilot, I have had the opportunity to test Dermalogica's Pro-Collagen Banking Water Cream for a few weeks, and I am very pleased with the product. I find that the face cream delivers on its promise of intense hydration, and my skin feels firm after use. The fact that it works anti-aging is a big plus. I like to use water-based face creams during the summer for a lighter feel on the skin, and this one has become a new favorite. It suits my normal/dry skin well. Promising anti-aging serum
As a Lyko test pilot, I have had the luxury of testing Dermalogica Phyto Nature formula for a few weeks, and so far I am impressed! The formula is supposed to stimulate cell renewal, and I find that it actually helps to exfoliate dead skin effectively. This in turn gives my skin more radiance. The product works anti-aging, and I use the formula preventively to minimize signs of aging on the skin. Simple and convenient application with a pump bottle, the formula is light and absorbs quickly into the skin. Works well on my normal/dry skin. Luxurious Day Cream with SPF50
I have had the luxury of testing Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 for a few weeks as Lyko’s test pilot. I find that the day cream ticks several boxes I look for in my skincare routine; moisturizing, ingredients with anti-aging properties, and high SPF. Smooth application with a pump bottle, the cream takes a while to absorb into the skin. The day cream leaves some shine but feels more like a radiance/glow and works well for my normal/dry skin type. I’m impressed that the day cream has SPF50 and I feel it provides good protection. When I’ve been in the sun, I have also applied sunscreen as extra protection. I feel my skin has gained more radiance and it feels hydrated and protected. A rare SPF day cream that is actually light!
Most skin creams with SPF are quite greasy, which gives me breakouts, but this one doesn’t! It’s not as light as gel creams, but it’s perfect for me with dry/normal skin. It’s easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I use this in the morning, and I don’t experience any issues with makeup. Doesn’t leave a white cast! The only thing to be aware of is that even though there is SPF in the skin cream, you still need to apply regular sunscreen in addition during summer/in heat. If you’re just going out for a quick trip, the cream alone is enough, but for longer periods sunscreen should also be used. I took this with me to the south and used it on my face before regular sunscreen. I highly recommend this as you get extra protection + moisture back into the skin (something you need after lots of sun and swimming!). The pump is very easy to use and perfect for travel. Although the product is very good, in my opinion the price is a bit too high for everyday use considering it’s only 50 ml. It absorbs into the skin better than I expected and leaves the hands softer without feeling slippery afterward. Good foot cream for dry feet
I have been so lucky to be #lykotestpilot for #lyko and got to test this product for a little while now :) I have tried O´Keeffe´s foot cream and am very satisfied with it for everyday use and how it leaves the feet. Now that the weather is getting warmer and you, for example, are going to wear sandals on vacation, it is extra important to take care of your feet so they don’t get drier and you get cracks in your heels, which I struggle with. I have dry and rough feet that easily get calluses and cracks in the heels. I agree that #okeeffes foot cream soothes and moisturizes dry and rough feet, but it showed no effect on my cracked heels. So they were probably a bit too cracked for this to handle. I have therefore also used another foot cream that helps with these cracks. But as an everyday foot cream and for dry feet, this one is very good :) Some foot creams tend to be very greasy and hard to absorb, but that was not the case with this foot cream from O’Keeffes, and it is therefore a must for everyday use to make the feet softer. As a #lykotestpilot, I have recently been using the #okeeffes hand cream in everyday life and really like it💗 This is a hand cream that nourishes and gives softness and moisture to the hands. But it is very thick in consistency. It should be said that I don’t have dry, cracked hands, so it was a bit heavy for my hands. I didn’t feel it had much of a scent either, I would say it is completely fragrance-free. I feel the hand cream might be best suited for those who mostly work with their hands in trades. Good foot cream
O´Keeffe´s foot cream has been a must for me in everyday use for a while now! I have tried this foot cream as #lykotestpilot and am very satisfied with how it leaves the feet. I have tested O’Keeffe’s Healthy Feet Foot Cream 80 ml, and this is one of the few foot creams where I actually notice an effect quite quickly. I especially had dry heels, and after a few days of use, the skin became much softer and less rough. The cream is quite thick and feels a bit greasy when you apply it, but it absorbs after a while and gives a clear protective feeling. I prefer to use it in the evening, as it works like a kind of "overnight repair." Redder dry hands
I have tried O’Keeffe’s Working Hands 80 ml during a period when my hands were quite dry, and I noticed a difference quickly. The cream is very thick, almost a bit waxy, and it feels a bit heavy right when you apply it. But after a few minutes, it settles, and the hands feel much more protected. For me, it especially helped with rough and cracked skin after a lot of hand washing and cold weather. It doesn’t give a "luxury feeling," but it really does its job well. Nothing special
I got the chance to try this product as #lykotestpilot along with a couple of other products from the same brand. This is my honest review and thoughts about the product When I first received the product, I was drawn to the cute appearance. It’s a cute and simple but "clean" bottle. That made me even more excited to try the product. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any noticeable difference after a few weeks of using the product. It felt good on the skin when applied, was easy to spread, and didn’t feel drying. But over a longer period, I didn’t see much difference. This product has many different properties, some of which can only be seen over several months. I used the product gradually since it has active ingredients and I have a slightly more sensitive skin type. Therefore, during the first week, I only used it twice a week in a smaller amount and gradually built up to more frequent use. This also contributed to me maybe not seeing a bigger effect yet and needing to try even more. I have acne and normal to combination skin and have struggled with acne for several years. Therefore, I am very involved in skincare and very careful and picky with the products I try. To summarize the product, I haven’t seen any noticeable difference yet, but it might be that I need to try the product more before I can fully say how good it is. I haven’t noticed that it has damaged my skin at least, which is positive. Not sure about my acne-prone skin
I got the chance to try this as #lykotestpilot had no real expectations but was still excited to try new skincare hoping to find something that suits my acne-prone skin, but unfortunately that was not the case. The bottle is very nice and luxurious which strongly attracted me to want to test the product. However, for its price, it feels like the money goes more into the packaging than the product. I didn’t notice any significant improvement after using the product. What I did notice, however, was that it gave me lots of small pimples. It made me so disappointed that it didn’t work on my skin. For that reason, I also feel like I didn’t test it as much as I actually needed to. Since it gave me pimples, I used it less and went back to my usual skincare routine instead to strengthen my skin barrier and avoid more pimples. I only tested this together with their cleanser, which also gave me pimples. The product smells nice and felt good on the skin at first. The skin felt clean and refreshed. I have dry/normal skin that can get oily after a full day. I have also had acne problems for several years and am very invested in finding good skincare for my acne-prone skin. So I was disappointed that this didn’t become a new favorite. The conclusion I’ve come to is that if you have more sensitive acne-prone skin, this product might not be for you. I was assigned to test this product & here is my opinion: First impression: Like the design & that there is a small spatula to take the product with for hygiene reasons. The scent is pleasant & I think there is a lot of product in it. Like the packaging Background info about my skin: Dry, sensitive, pimples that come & go, some old scars & pores My opinion: First time I try a "balm" & I am positively surprised. When you take the product on the spatula & put it on your face, it’s almost like a mask because the product itself is thick in consistency, which I like. It’s easy to blend out with water & cleanse with. Very smooth & light on the skin. However, I feel like I need to go in twice to completely remove makeup but that doesn’t bother me. Got the task to test this product & here is my opinion: Background info about my skin: Sensitive, dry, pimples that come & go, some acne, large pores First impression: The packaging is very nice & sleek. The color is magical but the scent wasn’t something I liked at first. Already at first use I liked it. My opinion: I like this product. I don’t have an advanced skincare routine so I was a bit afraid my skin wouldn’t like it. Already at first use it absorbed quickly into the skin & felt immediately hydrated & calm. The scent is not a favorite but I’ve gotten used to it & think it’s nicer now haha. Like that it’s not a pump but you pour the content into your hand, much more hygienic. Also saw on their site that you can use it as a “sheet mask” which I haven’t tried yet but definitely think it would work well for my skin. Why doesn’t it get 5/5 stars then? Partly because of the price.. I’m a budget girl even though I of course appreciate a bit more luxurious products. Also don’t think my skin is magically changed even though I agree it feels more hydrated & calm. As a #lykotestpilot, I got to test this product together with PDRN & Retinol Shot Ampoule and Hyal Reyouth Melting Foaming Balm from #drceuracle. I have combination skin, and I usually use other products in my routine, but for this test, I set them aside. I have used it for almost three weeks in my evening routine. The packaging is very nice, it comes in a luxury glass bottle, and the product is very aesthetically pleasing. It is a two-phase liquid with a light green and a dark green shade, and when you use it, you shake it, and then they mix into a beautiful color. It has a runny formula and a faint scent of matcha, but it is not disturbing. Immediately after application, the skin feels calm and moisturized, and it gets a nice glow. I am very pleased with the initial results but later started to get breakouts. As a #lykotestpilot, I had the chance to test three products from #drceuracle, and I have used them for almost three weeks. I have combination skin and use active ingredients in my skincare routine daily. Since I already use retinol regularly, I chose to pause my usual serum during the test period to give this product a fair chance. My first impression was very positive – the packaging is really cute! The product comes in a small shimmering bottle with a dropper that feels both luxurious and appealing. The PDRN & Retinol Shot Ampoule contains the much-talked-about ingredient “salmon DNA” (PDRN), which has become a big trend in skincare, so I was really curious to try it. The formula is light and absorbs quickly into the skin. The scent is a bit special and not quite to my taste, but it disappears quickly after application. You can feel the product working, as it gives a slight tingling sensation on the skin. When I compare the results, however, I have to say that I prefer my usual retinol serum. It seems to have a stronger effect, and I find that my skin gets a better texture and looks more even and smooth. During the test period, I also got some breakouts. At the same time, I also used the Jeju Matcha Tea Essence from the same brand, so it’s hard to determine which of the products possibly caused the reaction, or if it was the combination of them. Although I really appreciated the product’s aesthetics and felt that it had some effect, it didn’t become an immediate favorite for me. Lovely Hair Serum
I have been testing the serum for 2 weeks now. This serum claims to be clinically proven to increase hair growth by 214% in just ten days. I have applied it to my scalp every night. I divided my hair into sections and applied 3 drops in each section. This serum is very concentrated and spreads so easily – which I love! It has a gel-like texture. The hair looks quite wet after application but dries very quickly. I also love the dropper on this, it’s very easy to get the right amount of product out. Even after 2 weeks, I still have plenty left in the bottle. I haven’t had any negative reactions on my scalp from using it and feel my scalp is more moisturized. I sometimes struggle with quite a bit of itching on my scalp, which has completely disappeared with the use of this serum. The hair also doesn’t feel greasy the next day, which is a big plus for me. It smells quite masculine when applied, but I think the scent fades once it’s dry. Whether it helps with hair growth, I don’t know yet. Even though it claims to show visible results in ten days, I personally haven’t noticed anything yet. Maybe in the long run! I will continue to use it anyway, as I like how moisturized and healthy my scalp feels.
