Decubal is actually a EXPECTED lifesaver in need, but for the lips. A somewhat more unexpected use appeared when I got chafing on my foot from my slippers. When it got warm, there was friction and the top of my foot became irritated and chafed. The problem was also that in the afternoons the sand on the road was so hot that I burned my feet when I walked barefoot… between a rock and a hard place. After a few days, I desperately tried putting a dollop of Decubal ointment on, and oh how nicely it went to walk with the slippers then! In other words, necessity is the mother of invention, and for lighter friction chafing this worked excellently! Be Lucent keeps moving forward and now I’ve received both a tongue scraper and teeth whitening strips. Fun! I haven’t tried either before, so it will be fun to test them out. I don’t have particularly stained teeth, but I do sometimes toy with the idea of whitening them. I mixed a little color treatment cocktail the other day with quite a bit of conditioner to get a less intense color. Besides that, I used two parts Deep copper, one part of the pink, and a little dab of the brown. By the way; for those of you who have also noticed that there has been something seriously wrong with the app’s algorithms regarding views and feed the past few weeks, I have emailed customer service about it. Or actually some of the most used shadows I have are from Essence; their nude palette is amazingly usable and super cheap! I was really happy when I opened these single shadows and felt like they seem to be in the same formula as the palette because it’s been a long time since I found single shadows in the budget category that I liked (Otherwise Mac always sets the standard but at a higher price 💸) These are just soft enough, well pigmented, and both the matte and shimmery have such a nice finish! The glittery one is also nice but I haven’t had time to test if the glitter stays on the eye or if it falls off over time so I can’t say more than that it looks nice on the hand.. There’s a very dark brown/black one too and I wished for something in between that and the brown I have. The light brown is however the perfect shade to have in the crease and is quite neutral in tone so it suits most. I immediately want more shades towards mauve and a warmer medium brown. I love doing my makeup when I've got a bit of color! Today I used Nyx glue face primer, Isadora CC cream and brow pencil, W7 tandrops, a bit of Male up store wonder powder for some glow (I use it quite often as a highlighter since it's super glowy), blush from The balm and Essence I tried the two matte shadows from Essence and I just say WOW. Such good shadows for such a good price (30 SEK each) is almost ridiculous. They are at least as good as the shadows in their nude palette and the brown is the perfect shade to have in the crease to build subtle depth! Decubal on the lips and the tubing mascara from Essence.
