I bought this pretty palette from YSL as a gift for myself. I've always really liked YSL powder, blush, and highlighter in powder form. π©· The palette contains 3 blush and 3 highlighter. Just the right pigmentation on both blush & highlighter, but they can be built up, which I like. It's so fun that @daarcosmetic is finally launching at Lyko! I've tested all the products and I'm going to share my thoughts: π The bronzer and blush sticks have an incredibly soft formula that blends out like a dream on the skin π I really hope that the pink shade in "Lip heart duo" comes in full-size, it really has the perfect pink milky shade that I love and the formula is like a lip balm. ποΈ The brushes are really good, just the right softness and pick up product so well, blush brush 01 is my favorite for the bronzer sticks. π€ My favorite mascara is panorama, but this one is a solid 2nd place, I wish for a bit more volume then it would probably share first place! I recently bought this blush after looking for a purple blush for a long time. I bought one that leaned purple at H&M a while ago, and sometimes I've used a light purple eyeshadow as blush. Mostly because I think it's fun to do a little different for different makeup looks. What I've noticed is that it's mostly k-beauty that has this type of light purple blush, I haven't seen it anywhere in Sweden directly. Then it's also true that you have to have color theory in your head when looking at blush/rouge just like with other makeup. I naturally have quite red skin, so it won't show up directly purple on the skin. The color instead becomes a cool light pink. It's very discreet, which might not really be my vibe. Easy to work with, but it can't be built up that much. I actually wish there was a bit more pigment in it. Well. As I said, I've wanted a blush like this for a long time, so I got that request fulfilled π And if you're looking for a very discreet blush, maybe you should check this out. But otherwise, I'm not that impressed. The other colors look nice, but I'm not really tempted.
