Looks with updo hair aren't exactly trending on my profile, so here comes a refreshing of my look for tonight's event! Quick fix
The weekend was dedicated to the dance studio's final shows, which meant 34 hours away from home with backstage work and 20 rounds of choreography on stage (yes, I dance too ๐) and I still don't feel human in either body or soul ๐ Wonderful weekend but I'm not tough right now. My quickest favorite when I want to look more awake is the Bye bye under eye-concealer from IT-cosmetics, the blush stick from Isadora, and the light cool shimmer shadow from Nyx that takes away shiny tones on the lid. I assumed that Lyko sells this lip oil from Clarins, so I recorded the video first. Now it becomes more of a โHey Lyko! You should bring this in!โ๐ Clarins lip oil Shimmer, shade pop Coral ๐ค Otherwise, itโs standard makeup for me right now! A bit of Nyx liquid shimmer on the eyes and then a bit of macโs nice mauve/lilac gray shadow on that and a line with the darkest shadow from elfโs lovely palette along the upper lash line. I was really surprised when I tried this primer. I had no high expectations and thought it would be fun to try something new. After testing it for 3 days in a row now, I feel that this is a 10/10. The makeup stays like a charm! This reminds me a bit of elf primer grip. Highly recommend! I love glow and just had to try Nyx Buttermelt Glaze, and I like it, but unfortunately it doesn't last all day on me, I have combination skin with a shiny T-zone and large pores. I use a pore-filling primer and apply with a damp beautyblender, and at application, it looks so nice โค๏ธ with a brush it doesn't work for me either with fingers. Nr. 02 is very yellow and it oxidizes, I can use base products that are yellow in tone but this one is borderline and a bit too yellow unfortunately. Hey!! I thought Iโd share my make-up routine here on LYKO to give others tips and tricks I have and use to get my regular make-up routine down!! TIPS: - Apply the concealer where you want but let it "dry" a bit before blending, it makes your concealer more covering!๐ - Lumene cc Cream, apply it on your hand and warm it up with your finger on the back of your hand, and with the help of the warmth, I find it blends in super nicely! This cc-cream is PERFECT, you should try it!! - Got2b hair gel, I use it for my eyebrows partly because itโs cheaper in the long run but also because it really keeps the brows in place!! Just comb up with an eyebrow brush and shape!๐ - The eyebrow pencil from NYX is a really perfect pencil for you if you want a multi-product. I use it for eyeliner, brows, freckles, filling in moles. - I cut the false lashes 5 wide from the outermost in (longer strands on the band), then I cut there and place it on the outermost part of the eye. This creates the illusion of a "Cateye"๐ถ๏ธ๐. Hugs to you!!!
