I’m 56, look much younger according to those around me, and have very light, porcelain-pale skin with a cool undertone, so here you only see cool🧊 shades😄 Much of my makeup is also organic🌱 I count brow products and perfumes as makeup! 💄Estelle & Thild’s Biomineral healthy glow foundation was super comfortable but at least one shade too dark even though I had the lightest and coolest🤥 = the eternal fate of the lightest! 💄Rose Inc Concealer LX10 had plenty left but smelled bad after a year (so I got 6 months bonus because it’s organic, lacks conventional preservatives, and is only supposed to last 6 months). The shade was good! 💄Artdeco All in one waterproof mascara was probably a dry Monday sample, unfortunately, because it barely gave any color at all🤔👎 💄Inika Long lash mascara gave super long lashes👍 💄Lenoites Eyelash activating serum is my favorite serum that brought back the long, dense lashes of youth (yes, they get shorter, fewer, and less pigmented with age, fun right?) so I’ve repurchased it👍 💄Pixi by Petra Brow Tamer - clear brow gel that didn’t tame my stubborn brows for more than a couple of hours😄 💄PÜR COSMETICS On point tint creamy eyeshadow & primer in "Cashmere" unfortunately stung my eyelids and the shade was way too warm on me👎 💄Hynt Beauty Finale finishing powder "Translucent" - the finest loose powder I’ve had👍 Super comfortable and probably lasted 6 years (huge jar)🤑 💄Laura Mercier Caviar Stick eye colour "Kiss from a rose" was super pretty and so easy to use🌹👍 Of course, the shade was limited edition🤥 💄Lily Lolo Pressed blush "In the pink" had changed color after 6+ years and the cool neutral shade had become warm so I bought a new, cool one😊 💄Isadora Perfect contour kajal waterproof 39 "Deep Grey" has been my favorite eyeliner for 10 years because it’s icy dark grey and stays put like a rock and handles tears, pollen, and rain👍😄 💄Depend Nail polish glitter polish was super pretty but had hardened beyond saving after a few years. 💄The 7 virtues "Vanilla Woods" - one of my absolute favorite vanilla scents👃👍 so I later bought it in a bottle (because I only had 10 perfumes😉). (Yes, the wallet feels irritated after purchase💸😉). 👌Maria Åkerberg Hand cream - the easily absorbed organic🌱 hand cream that heals my husband’s eczema hands with, among other things, marigold🌼 👌Emma S Deodorant Soft colour antiperspirant is a super good mildly scented antiperspirant for us heavy sweaters👍 🤔OK - BUT MAY NOT BUY AGAIN🤔 🤔Dermosil Facial oil smells citrus = migraine trigger but otherwise ok. 🤔Dermosil Night cream shea - unscented night cream that was extra nice during winter and spring. 🤔Skin 1004 Light cleansing oil also smelled citrus👎 but cleansed ok though I prefer cleansing balm due to spill risk with liquids. 🤔Sephora Cleansing scalp scrub was very coarse in grains but not very effective🙄 🧴SAMPLES THAT (DID NOT) TEMPT TO BUY🧴 🧴Sisley Black rose precious face oil I would gladly buy if it didn’t cost more than 2000 SEK🤥😁 🧴Novexpert Protective Rich cream is and remains my organic favorite cream for the cold months but is no longer available in Sweden🤥👎 🧴L’Oréal Bright reveal dark spot UV-fluid spf 50 was nice in the t-zone but doesn’t suit the rest of my face (too dry skin). 🧴I+M Naturkosmetik Crème de la crème is nice for mature skin but unfortunately I don’t like the scent👃 Love many of their other face products! 🧴Dermalogica Skin smoothing cream was nothing particularly memorable😁 Thanks to lovely Malin Malinadenfina who started #empties and #projectpan here on Social so that we beauty hoarders train ourselves to use up our many beauty purchases🧴🧴🧴, sometimes in new ways, before we buy new finds🛍😊 It sometimes works😁😉 #empties2026 maj

Here we have April's beauty empties🧴🧴🛍 and FINALLY it's less than usual😄 I haven't bought any new boxes or so for about half a year, really trying to use up what I already have (which I've hidden from myself in different places so it looks less👝🙄)! I've reviewed most of them IF they are available on Lyko😃 🥇FAVORITES🥇 🥇Esfolio's ceramide caffeine essence sheet mask with caffeine ☕️ is supposed to be de-puffing and that can (unfortunately) be needed sometimes😄 I also liked it for the cute🌸 packaging, childish as I am😄 🥇Patchology's eye masks are luxurious little treatments for my often quite puffy eyes but so good that I sometimes buy them despite the price💸 These, Serve chilled on ice🧊, are SO nice😊 🥇Dermosil Dry shampoo Classic Apple smells mild but fresh of apple🍏 Unfortunately, it was discontinued before I could repurchase it🤥 Dermosil is Finnish, gentle on sensitive skin and sensitive wallets😉😁 and guaranteed cruelty free🐇🐭 👏 🥇NCLA Beauty Hi butter Birthday cake smells wonderful of creamy caramel and so nice for dry skin on the body😊 🥇Bioderma Sensibio H2O eye is the second best eye makeup remover for waterproof makeup and sensitive eyes👁👁 in my opinion. The best is/was Medik8 Lips and eyes which unfortunately has been discontinued🤥👎 Bioderma's is however gentler on the wallet🤑😁 🥇Yves Rocher PÛR BLEUET The gentle makeup remover is organic🌱 cornflower which is caring for the eyes. I usually use it for non-waterproof eye makeup! 🥇Yves Rocher Bath & Shower gel in Bourbon vanilla I've used for foot baths - the bottle lasted more than a year🤑 Wonderful vanilla scent👏 🤔OK - BUT MAY NOT REPURCHASE🤔 🤔Nurme Facial foam Rose was a totally okay, very economical organic🌱 foaming facial cleanser. 🤔Yves Rocher Vanilla Orchid body scrub was maybe a bit rough but still had too few grains - it was like a thicker peeling shower cream. The scent was okay but I prefer their bourbon vanilla😊 ⛔️NO - NOT FOR ME⛔️ ⛔️Oat & Cica calming face cream gave me horrible pimples on my cheek immediately👎 I had missed that it contains 2 ingredients from coconut🥥 which my skin hates! Was okay on neck and décolleté. ⛔️Doctor Babor Lifting collagen booster cream - the perfume on it was not good so it lasted forever😄 IF the warmth comes - 10 degrees and rain here for the third day🤥 - it will be SO nice to be outside and enjoy the sun (in the shade and with 🕶👒) because my skin feels best during summer😊 I would like to be able to use more of all my SPF, lighter summer creams🧴🧴🧴 and nice makeup👄 so that there will be more #empties and I can eventually buy new stuff😄 #empties2026 april37 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. So I finally get my act together with March #empties just before it turns May😅 I keep blaming the pollen allergy🤧 that makes me more sluggish in the head than usual🤪 First come the FAVORITES where everything I’ve already bought again or want to buy again is included, but I’m not listing everything – you can see it in the photo! 🥇FAVORITES🥇 🥇Kocostars Glow Ho ho Hydrating face mask was one of their Christmas masks and was wonderfully nice👀 🥇Saturday Skin Cotton cloud probiotic power sheet mask was soft as a cloud☁️ but too expensive (and has too long a name😅). 🥇REN Skincare Jelly oil cleanser smelled a bit like birch tar (i.e., marzipan) and was incredibly good👏 🥇REN Skincare Glow and Protect serum is one of my 3 favorite serums among vitamin C serums🍊 This one is wonderfully moisturizing and extra nice during the cold season! 🥇Tirtir Light toner came in a box, I think🤔 because I don’t remember buying it – but I’d gladly buy it again😅 🥇By Wishtrend Blue Oasis aloe hydrating serum was, because of the aloe vera🪴, doubly moisturizing and also a soothing serum👍 🥇NCLA Birthday cake body butter smells absolutely lovely of caramel, cream, and sugar🎂😋 Was also very rich and good for my dry skin👍 🥇Loelle Argan oil is just the world’s best argan oil👌 Also a Swedish brand🇸🇪 eco🌱 and cf🐇🐁🐒 I go through at least one bottle a year! 🥇Eco Cosmetics Lip care – the world’s best lip balm👌 🤔OK – BUT MAY NOT BUY AGAIN🤔 🤔Dermosil Ceramide toner mist was a bit dull😄 🤔Revox Just alpha arbutin 2% + HA was moisturizing💦 thanks to the hyaluronic acid but not much more. 🧴SAMPLES THAT TEMPTED ME TO BUY🧴 🧴Skin 1004 Madagascar centella Hyalu Cica sleeping mask I will soon start using the full size as a night cream😊 🧴Dermosil Gentleman niacinamide face cream I strangely liked, so I’m thinking of trying it in the T-zone, which has gone from being dry my whole life to combination skin🤥 I don’t like niacinamide serums or rather my skin doesn’t😄 but it seems to work better when the ingredient is in a cream😀 ⛔️NO – NOT FOR ME⛔️ ⛔️REN Skincare Ready steady glow daily AHA toner was terrible👎⚠️ It took me a year (!) to finish that stuff. With 10% glycolic acid, I could only use it max once a week and then only on parts of the T-zone and elbows😄 Every day was out of the question – I don’t understand whose skin can tolerate that🤨 ⛔️Jorgobé Bio-Active balancing moisturizer was quite nice but not balancing at all – shea butter (one of the ingredients) usually isn’t either😉 Most of it is reviewed by me if it’s available on Lyko😁 One reason I force myself to finish even things I dislike is that I want to punish myself for dumb impulse buys😆 I think it should teach me to stop! Time for a new version of an old 🥇favorite🥇
One of my first and absolutely most loved powder blushes is the British Lily Lolo "In the pink"☺️ It is a light, cool to neutral pink that blends perfectly into my extremely fair skin with a cool undertone and gives a natural result👏 Unscented, cf🐇🐁🐒 and made in the UK👍 My version was a few years old now, not sure exactly how many🙄 but at least 5😀 It works but has lost some pigment and suddenly was warmer in tone than was pleasant😉 It’s certainly not finished but has been used for many years! Considering the brand has gentle clean ingredients and no strong preservatives, it has still lasted beyond expectations! Bought a new one when there was a sale here and in the photos you can see the difference – the new one looks exactly like the old one did once upon a time! On my cheeks it’s even cooler👏 So the old one is retiring now😄 Lily Lolo has many more products than Lyko currently has (the range here is unfortunately tiny now). Too strong scent
Got this micellar water in a box and have just barely used up the bottle – as it looked before it got new packaging😊 – but as I wrote in my latest #empties2026, it was absolutely not for me, a real disappointment👎🤥 For my dry, thin, somewhat sensitive skin, I prefer unscented micellar water, but I love roses🌹🌹🌹 and thought this would probably be fine. This artificial rose scent was... not good, to put it nicely🤢 Also, it stayed on the skin, so an immediate rinse was a must, something I really didn’t like👎 The other thing was that it was very drying, unfortunately🤥 Micellar water can contain glycerin, panthenol, aloe vera or similar for me, as that makes it gentler on the skin. This actually contains glycerin but still managed to be drying🤔, which was skillful but not good👎 Gives two stars because the price is good for those who like the product + the bottle is transparent so you can see how much is left! ⭐️⭐️ #lykoreview1 product in post Too strong scent212 views
