I remember being very curious back then whether all the hype about snail mucin really made sense… and I definitely was not disappointed. Since then, the product has regularly returned to my skincare routine 🥹 The essence has a characteristic, slightly sticky and "slimy" consistency, but you absolutely shouldn’t be afraid of it – after application, it blends very easily into the skin. It gives a pleasant, moisturizing embrace without leaving a heavy layer. The skin after is soft, smooth, elastic, and beautifully reflects light, almost creating a GLASS SKIN effect ✨ What I appreciate most, however, is that with my acne-prone and clog-prone skin, it doesn’t feel burdensome. I don’t have the feeling of "sticky" skin, and at the same time, I get exactly what I’m looking for – proper hydration, smoothing, and a healthy glow. It’s definitely one of those cosmetics that has stood the test of time for me. There have been many new products, many enthusiasms, and even more products that disappeared from my bathroom after one package… but Snail Mucin?
