These pads are really easy to use, and it makes you actually want to be consistent, which is really half the battle with skincare. I use them 2-3 times a week in the evening after cleansing, and let my skin have "rest days" in between. This is more like a hybrid between toner and lotion, which I actually really like. The consistency is super light and almost watery, but not too runny, more like a slightly thicker “milk” that is easy to work with. It absorbs quickly without sitting on the skin, and the skin feels immediately fresher and more “plump”. This surprised me a bit. I expected a pretty standard cleansing balm, but this one actually has a bit of "personality". The consistency is firm in the jar, but as soon as you work it between your fingers, it melts quickly and becomes an oily, silky-smooth texture that is very pleasant to massage into the skin. It dissolves makeup and sunscreen, I especially noticed that even mascara comes off quite quickly. It doesn't feel like you have to "work" to get your skin clean, it does the job for you. Afterwards, the skin feels soft and calm, not tight or dry.💧 BUT, and here we have to be honest, it can leave a little "film" if you just rinse it off. For me, it worked best to use a damp cloth or go in with a light cleanser afterwards. I have been so lucky to test the Mamonde Pore Shrinker Bakuchiol Cream for a few weeks, and I have been very positively surprised 💕 Already from the first time I tried it, it felt incredibly good on the skin.
