AZELAIC ACID 💚 This is seriously one of the best ingredients in my opinion. My evening routine (skincare) 🧴
Below you can see which products I’m currently using on my face in the evenings. 🎇 1. LUMENE I use their remover for waterproof eye makeup since I use waterproof mascara. I also usually use it on my eyebrows. 🩵 2. anua First, I use their deep pore cleansing oil that dissolves the makeup. Love it, just a little annoyed by the pump as it’s not so easy to control. Then I use their pore deep cleansing foam. 💚 3. Clarins I use their toner for blemished skin. It works well for me without irritating. You can see there’s not much makeup left on the cotton pad. 🌸 4. dr ceuracle my favorite serum/ampoule ❤️ 5. Beauty of Joseon eye serum. Hope it will help with my dark circles over time. 🤍 6. Dr. Althea my absolute favorite product at the moment. Their relief cream 345 works fantastic for my sensitive acne-prone skin. It calmed my skin the other day when I tried a new product that my skin didn’t like. 🙏🏼 As you can tell, several of my favorites are K-beauty. K-Beauty favorites! 🧖🏻♀️✨
I've been using almost the same K-beauty products for several years but feel it's time to try something new, partly because the previous products no longer give me what I'm looking for and my skin has also changed over the years 🥰 So this time we're going with the following products, first impressions: 🔸Anua - which is a completely new brand for me, exciting! I like the scent, the oil feels light and easy to work with while still effectively removing makeup and other stuff. The downside is that it leaves a blurry film if you don't follow up immediately with a cleansing gel 🔸Cosrx - snail mucin has been in my cabinet for several years, it will be interesting to see how the cleansing gel works. The scent is a bit like lemon dish soap, but it cleanses the skin gently and leaves a nice glow. Doesn't feel tight at all after use (so far) 🔸Centella toner - not exactly new to me but we're including it anyway. Used it during pregnancy and it worked great on super sensitive and dry skin – curious to see how my skin reacts now. 🔸Centella cream - heard a lot of good things about this and was pleasantly surprised by HOW GOOD the moisturizing and soothing cream is. The scent is mild, the texture smooth and light despite being super moisturizing. 🔸Skin1004 Pumpkin masks - smell like honey, feel a bit like honey when applied, easy to spread on with the included brush. Got a bit of a rash the first time, no reaction the second time and woke up with the world's glow and moisturized skin.
