#lykotestpilot #kerastase I’ve tried this whole series in one month exactly. Unfortunately it is the first product from this brand that disappointed me. I have tested almost everything from Kerastase and just love it! It is usually my choice #1, but not this one, or at least not after a month. I will continue using until the bottle ends to see. Positive: - smell is amazing as well as other smells that Kerastase has, will even work if you are sensitive, it’s not strong - texture is easy to work with, it’s not making big foam so you know, but you don’t need too much product. Recommend to wash hair twice. - it did not hurt my hair or made it worse - it didn’t irritate my scalp and I didn’t get any dandruff or dryness. It is a big plus for this shampoo because I have extremely sensitive scalp. Negative: - price is not cheap - in the beginning it dried out my hair but later. - balsam is too light, didn’t help my long hair. It was dry and no sights of improvement after shower. I did give just three stars ⭐️ because this series did not do what they were supposed to do and I was waiting for it and wanted to get more strong hair. But still it’s not like to give one star because it was still good shampoo that wash hair well without irritation on the scalp. Balsam is good, but not strong enough for my colored hair, but will work good on one with fine natural hair. Serum it didn’t get at all. Freshen up the curls day two
Yesterday I posted my entire styling routine and I think you can join in on today's refresh of what we did yesterday! 🤩 The post from yesterday is among my “looks” on my profile here on Lyko social if you're curious. Besides the products used today, I also had heat protection and a little spray yesterday. Sometimes I freshen up the curls with just mousse and sometimes it becomes a whole procedure with lots of water, mousse, gelée, etc., it depends on what condition the hair is in and what I used before. I have had the honor of being a test pilot for #kerastase 🌸 I have fine, thin hair that is damaged from daily use of a flat iron. Serum: The serum is the best I have tested. I have hardly lost any hair and it smells really good. But it is not very economical, I have used up a bottle in 4 weeks. Hence the low rating. I probably won't buy it again due to the price. Unfortunately not the right match for my hair
I got to test this product as part of the Lyko Test Pilot program, in exchange for an honest review❤️ First impression: The bottle feels luxurious and of good quality since it is made of glass. Large bottle. Experience: I have used the serum according to the instructions, but for me, it feels a bit drying. After application, it leaves an alcohol-like scent on my fingers that reminds me of dish soap. My hair type: My hair is damaged, porous, and dry at the ends. I wash my hair about once a week to avoid further damage. Result: Unfortunately, I have not noticed any improvement regarding hair loss or hair quality. I have had the honor of being a test pilot for #kerastase for about 4 weeks🙌 My hair🌸 I have fine, thin hair that is dry and damaged. Bain hydra fortifiant Shampoo I ALWAYS use shampoo twice to get it really clean! You also don’t need to use much product as it is so concentrated. (I have used it for 4 weeks and there is still more than 3/4 left) The shampoo is meant to combat hair loss, and I really think it works; it cleanses even from the depths! And it feels clean and fresh for several days! I also love the scent! Fondant renforcateur Conditioner I think the conditioner works great against broken and frizzy ends. It doesn’t weigh the hair down either! However, I think the conditioner could have been in a larger tube since it gets used up faster than the shampoo. I REALLY LOVE this series from Kerastase, but I don’t think I will buy it again since it is a bit over my budget. (hence the fewer stars) But if you can afford it, I really think you should spend your money on a good and luxurious product like this. That's why I want stiff curls. First 😊
For me with a slightly weaker curl pattern (2 a-c) it's gold when the mousse and gel give a stiff surface to the curls as they dry! Why then? Well, it's not because I want them to stay hard, but because when I scrunch out the hard, the curls will hold their pattern better since they previously set in this pattern 🤩 In the video, I show how I do it when I scrunch out the hard from the curls along with a bit of hair oil. "The wet look" disappears, the hair gets more volume, and the curls become bigger and softer. A nutrient-rich serum!
Product tester 👋🏻 Serum from Kerastase, which I have tested for the last 4-5 weeks along with shampoo and conditioner also in the Genesis series. My assessment🌟 ⭐️ A light serum with a good and fresh citrus scent ⭐️ Easy to apply via pipette, and it settles nicely in the hair without giving a greasy appearance (something I often experience with hair oil) ⭐️ Overall, together with shampoo and conditioner in the same series, they complement each other very well and the hair feels shiny, strong, and light ➖ A bit pricey, even though there is a lot of product in a bottle ➖ Not used daily as recommended but 2 x a week, so unsure if results can be achieved with just the serum ➖ Should be tested over a longer period and also without using Genesis shampoo and conditioner to see if the hair strengthens only with the serum My assessment is that the serum has been useful together with shampoo and conditioner in the same series, but I haven't tested hair serum before, so not much to compare with. Fantastic products for shiny hair!
I was selected to be a product tester for Keràstase, a series in the Loreal family. I have tested many hair products before but never the Genesis series. I was very positively surprised by how soft, shiny, and strong my hair became. I have tested the product for 4-5 weeks, and I wash my hair about 2-3 times a week. My hair is long, relatively straight, and thick but damaged and has had some hair loss due to stress over the past year. I think the products gave life to my hair, and there was less hair in the hairbrush after using Kerastase. ➕Fantastic scent, summery, citrusy touch! ➕The shampoo and conditioner give the hair a light, shiny finish ➕ resets and nourishes the hair while washing! I find that the series removes sweat, oily hair as I often have hair gel and hairspray in (since I often wear a slick ponytail and train daily and can't wash my hair every day) ➕High quality of ingredients in the product, which makes it feel like you've been to the hairdresser and you don't use as much product compared to cheap brands ➖I wish the conditioner was also 250ml (it's 200ml) especially for that price and that I therefore run out of conditioner faster than shampoo ➖It's difficult to measure the effect of hair loss in such a short time, it probably needs to be used for several months to have a clearer result All in all, I would give the Keràstase Genesis series top marks, I am happy to invest a little extra money in hair products, previously used Miriam Quevedo hair products, and will definitely buy these products myself! #lykotestpilot #kerastase #genesis1 product in post Fantastic products for shiny hair! - 2 weeksRating: 4 out of 5

The serum is incredibly light in consistency and absorbs quickly without weighing down the hair, which makes it perfect even for fine hair.🌸 It is specially formulated for weakened hair that is prone to hair loss due to broken hair strands – something I have personally struggled with, both due to breastfeeding hormones and wear on my hair from highlights. Since I started using it, I have really noticed a clear difference. After washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner, I massage the serum into towel-dried hair at the roots, and it feels both fresh and light, without leaving a sticky or heavy feeling✨ I also like that it becomes a little moment of self-care; the massage in the scalp feels both relaxing and beneficial. Kerastase shampoo Genesis Bain Hydra Fortifiant Shampoo is a strengthening shampoo that protects weakened hair prone to hair loss. Contains a unique blend of ingredients that reduce hair loss. During periods of significant hair loss, the product from Kérastase strengthens the hair follicle and thus reduces the risk of hair falling out. The formulation soothes and reduces itching by strengthening the naturally protective barrier of the scalp. I have been trying this shampoo for 3-4 weeks now. I have medium-length blonde hair with light highlights. The hair strands tend to break easily. I hoped to achieve improved hair quality with less hair loss and broken hair strands. The first wash with the shampoo was not a success. The hair felt hard and tangled. This improved after several washes and regular use of the shampoo. I also had some itching and a sensitive scalp. After two weeks, the itching decreased. After 3-4 weeks, there is little tenderness and itching. Kerastase hair serum! Strengthening serum from Kérastase for daily use, prevents hair loss and hair strands that break. The serum is enriched with an effective combination of aminexil, Edelweiss Native Cells, and ginger root, which makes the hair more resilient. I have been so lucky to try this hair serum. I have been using it for 3-4 weeks now, and that might be a bit short to see the full effect. The serum smells good and is easy to apply with the pipette. I apply the serum in the evening so that it can work overnight. The hair does not get greasy. I will continue with the serum for the recommended trial period of six to eight weeks to see the effect of this fantastic serum. I think the serum is somewhat insufficient as one bottle does not last longer than four weeks of use. My hair feels stronger and healthier🌸 Kérastase Genesis shampoo is a real hero when it comes to strengthening and caring for the hair. Already after the first few weeks, I saw less hair in the brush and in the shower, which gave a reassuring feeling that the product actually lives up to its promise🌸 The shampoo smells wonderful and cleanses deeply, while the hair stays fresh and clean long after washing – perfect for a hectic everyday life. 🫧 However, I do find that the shampoo can leave the hair a bit rough right after rinsing, which makes me want to complement it with a moisturizing hair mask for extra softness. Summer Smokey Eye
After a summer of “light and fresh” makeup, I felt like doing my makeup properly yesterday and went all out with a smokey eye. A pretty soft, brown/gold makeup look with the two VERY affordable palettes and the best primer in the world for us with slightly damp eyelids who can only use really good stuff if the shadows are going to stick! Lovely balm with a wonderful scent 🌹
I have been so lucky to be #lykotestpilot for #kerastase's genesis series, both shampoo, balm, and the serum. I love the shampoo and balm, they don't weigh down my Nordic fine hair and smell amazing. Really luxurious 🩷 I have only used them for a little over 2 weeks (received the products a bit late in relation to the review deadline), so I can't give a full assessment on whether they have helped with hair loss.
