I like to apply this foundation with a brush and think it gives a blurring effect since I have bumpy skin/pores and reduces the shine as I like to be matte. Nice all day and perfect packaging to take with you in case you need to freshen up ^^ quick and easy to apply. I use Mili Cosmetics Pro Primer before this and it works well for me and that combination plus their setting spray. So, what a base and finish, blurred, natural glow but still a bit more matte.
