My “must haves” now for summer☀️
Here come my favorites now for summer🥰 I can start with the most important! Beauty of Joseon sunscreen with SPF50+ This is the absolute best for the face! It sits nicely on the face and is perfect to have under makeup!❤️ Next up is Ole Henriksen lip treatment and I’m currently using the glittery Creme Brulée. Perfect to carry in your bag or pocket! Gives a nice sparkle on the lips while also being nourishing! Now in summer, I usually go for a lighter makeup look and then I use Milk Hydrogrip as a primer A light primer that sits nicely on the face and makes the makeup a thousand times better😍 As a base, I use Lumene CC cream in the shade FAIR Perfect with a CC cream on the face when it’s hot instead of having a lot of heavy foundation ❤️ I don’t use any “concealer” in summer but prefer to use a color corrector and then I go for BECCA For contour, I use PIXI on the glow bronze Easy to work with and looks so nice on the face and who doesn’t want a glow on their face like 😍 For blush and highlighter, I use my new favorites!! Dreamy SPF for the face
Wow ! The product I didn't know I was missing. Leaves the skin with an incredible glow and an even, light coverage. A high sun protection contributes to a safe summer tan and allows me to use the product every day. It wasn't entirely easy to find the right shade though, but I chose a slightly darker one than usual since I will mainly use the product during the summer months. Always SPF when running in the sun!
☀️ I always apply before I run – especially when the sun is shining. When I sweat, I find that my skin becomes extra sensitive to burning, so I apply on all exposed skin and extra carefully on my face, shoulders, and tattoos. 🧴 On my face, I use Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun Aqua. It feels like a moisturizing day cream, with high SPF and without niacinamide – perfect for me as I easily get reactions from niacinamide. This is my go-to whether I’m at work, home, in the garden, at the beach, you name it. It gives a nice glow without becoming greasy. 👶 On my body, I use ACO Sun Kids Spray SPF 50. It’s actually for kids – but I love how convenient it is. Spray, done. It’s water-resistant and works just as well on my run as it does at the beach. Yep, I even have this at the beach. Maybe more of a product we share freely in the family. 👀 I previously used Dr. Ceuracle Hyal Reyouth Moist Sun on my face. It gives a more glass skin glow and is suitable for you if you like that – if you can tolerate niacinamide – and aren’t externally dry. My friend, who has drier and perhaps especially externally dry skin, finds it funny that Hysl Reyouth MOIST sun dries her out. I have normal, maybe slightly dry, skin and haven’t experienced that. Preparing for vacation 🏝️
Sun in sight, so now I'm prepping for what my face needs on my deeply longed-for vacation in March! I have Bondi Sands Lipbalm spf +50 in the flavor Strawberry from before, but what do you do if you lose the only one you have while you're away? Refill of favorite products
Today I went and picked up a package with refills of my favorite products. The shower oil is a new product for me, but I'm excited to test it and see if it lives up to expectations. The sunscreen from #BeautyofJoseon is a fantastic product that I believe will suit all skin types. It absorbs nicely and never leaves a sticky film like other SPFs can do. Shampoo and conditioner from #Moroccanoil are always a safe bet and have been a repurchase for many years. One thing I miss is when Lyko sold in 1000ml bottles. Now unfortunately 500ml is the largest size, and I always find that the pump is poor. This is my third bottle in 500ml, and I never had issues with the pump for 1000ml.
