Poorly pigmented eyeshadows are always something negative… or? 👀 I tested palettes from By Lyko and was actually a bit surprised. They swatch nicely, but on the eyelids the pigment is more buildable than intense. For those who love really dramatic looks, they might feel a bit too soft, but for those who love natural makeup and soft glam, I actually think it’s an advantage. A berry Escada-inspired aquatic body mist 🍓🫐🚿
Received a sample of Biotherm's new body mist and had high expectations from good reviews. But no, unfortunately not for me! Smells roughly like a typical “berry raspberry Escada scent” but diluted with aquatic notes (watery fresh), and I didn’t think the two types of scent matched that well 😅 But I’ve also never found a berry scent from Escada that I fell for, and I don’t think I like raspberry in perfume – if you usually like them, you’ll probably like this one from Biotherm more than I do 🩷🩵 Notes according to me: - Mostly raspberry - Aquatic / clean water - Just a little citrus Good price for the amount 100 ml and strong at first (almost like a perfume), but gets quite weak within an hour. Super nice and thick lip balm that you really feel MAKES A DIFFERENCE! I have dry skin and am also on isotretinoin, which is an acne medication that removes allll moisture from the skin❤️ However, the price of 340 SEK is hard to justify. Gleeze has a lip treatment that costs 35 SEK and is, in my opinion, just "a little worse". Favorite setting spray
I've always loved this setting spray since I tried it for the first time! I often have problems with my makeup coming off or rubbing off during the day when working and accidentally touching my face, etc. But as soon as I use Urban Decay setting spray, you notice a huge difference compared to without🌸 It smells fresh and has a perfect spray that isn’t too focused. It covers a large part of the face when sprayed just once. I think that’s important because the makeup sits nicer when the spray is more spread out after “application.” So that’s a big plus with this one🫧 Even if you use it often, I still think it lasts a long time! Just a few sprays are enough to keep the makeup in place all evening!🤩 I also recommended it to my mom (who didn’t believe setting sprays worked), and it changed her mind because now she’s obsessed with using setting spray every time she goes out dancing. For years i have struggled with finding a foundation that actually works for me and my sensitive, dry skin. This however exceeded my expectations and more! A super natural yet pretty finish. One of the best blushes I've tried!
Incredibly pigmented yet still easy to work with. It melts beautifully into the skin and never gets patchy, which is a big plus. I also find that it works no matter where in the routine you use it, and it even applies nicely on top of powder without any issues. I usually use the cream part as a base before powder, then build up with the powder part. Sometimes I even top it off with a bit of the cream again for extra glow, and the result is so pretty every time. I've tested it with both Revolution's translucent powder and Morphe's pink loose powder, and it works great with both. This is definitely a product I will buy for my future MUA kit, and I really want more shades. For the price, you get really high quality. Tip: together with their cream bronzer stick, this is truly a perfect combo. I have through Smartson gotten the opportunity to try Redken Acidic grow Full System, this is my review. About me: Hairtype: Wavy fine, Low Hair Porosity (my hair has a mind of its own, i can not make my hair do anything it does not want to do) scalp: tendency to olilyness I recieved the package the 10 march. for those who wonder about smell; the products has a subtle mellow fresh scent and all the products are easy to apply. The system has Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum and Treatment. I was a bit confused at first about which one of the spray bottles are serum and which one is Treatment and wich one to use first after shampooing and conditioner. Turns out the largest spray bottle is Treatment and is to be used on the hair lengths and the smaller spray bottle is serum and is to be applied to the scalp. according to the Testpilot email from Smartson, serum (the larger bottle) goes first and then Treatment (the smaller bottle). I wish there were a bit clearer instruction on this on the bottles. Anyway, using the products I have noticed results: -the products are great for dealing with frizz, seriously!! -My hair became really soft and glossy -my hair truly feels clean -My hair grows faster than weed !! 😳 These products keep all their promises. I took before and after pictures though the lighting isn't the best and it does not do the results justice, my hair grow a shocking amount in a very short time 😲 conclusion: Would it recommend these products? Bare Minerals bareMinerals Powder Foundation I used as a bronzer and it’s so easy to blend out. The blush from Revolution Makeup Revolution is TOTALLY magical! As you know, Victoria’s Secret models have a red blush and I can say this is one of the nicest and easiest blushes I’ve tried. Will buy again! The lashes from Ardell Ardell are so pretty since I love having a lash on the outer edge of the lash line. They are perfect for that! E.L.F. glitter eyeshadow is so pretty but I used it as a highlighter. essence glitter eyeshadow is totally AMAZING!!! Reminds me of Fenty’s glitter which is frosty. It’s so pigmented and works best with setting spray, a dense eyeshadow brush, or your finger. WOWOWO! I also carved my eyebrows and am so happy. Easy to use and it removes everything. Idawarg kabuki brush was SOOOOO good! Love it. However, if you like longer handles, it’s a bit shorter. But I think it should be that way for a brush like this. Used it for foundation and bronzer. Also bought concealer from E.L.F. LOVE IT!!! So good. Covering, buildable, and not thick on the skin! 🥹❤️ and then I used L'Oréal Paris mascara. ABSOLUTELY my favorite mascara! A perfume that gives compliments
I get very often compliments when I wear this perfume. It is quite strong initially, and at first scent, I didn't like it. But I love how it smells on me, on my skin.
