Amika heated brush
Amika hair brush. Many asked for a review of the Amika brush when I showed it in my haul. I have taken the time to try it for a while, and I find the brush very sturdy and compact – it’s not cheap or plasticky. The only downside is that I think you need to clean it often, but it’s worth it for the function it serves. Otherwise, the brush has long bristles that reach through the entire hair, even if you, like me, work in large sections & thick hair. The brush has two different functions: ion (red) and regular (green). ION apparently means the heating plate emits negative ions that help reduce static electricity in the hair. If you choose without ION, you can instead get more volume in the hair if you want. The cord rotates 360 degrees, which makes it easy to style the hair without the cord tangling or getting in the way. Unlike many other products from ida warg beauty, I actually liked this toner. The biggest difference is that this one isn’t as heavily perfumed as many of the other products. Furthermore, this is actually a series that works well on my hair, which I was worried it wouldn’t. I have very fine hair and many series don’t work well on my hair. What brings the score down a bit is that I feel you need quite a lot of product😅 I have previously used Olaplex, which unlike this series is very economical.
