I tested the Shine & Repair Conditioner from Izel Beauty and here comes my honest review. 🫧 A little about my hair type: I have typical Scandinavian hair - fine, normal in thickness, and pin straight. My hair is colored and can sometimes get a bit dry at the ends and frizzy. I wash my hair every other day! I have now washed my hair with conditioners every other day for two weeks along with the shampoo in the same series. The design is super nice, sleek, and in my favorite color pink. The scent is very sweet and floral, quite strong, and lingers in the hair for a long time. It’s a nice scent, but it easily overpowers other scents because it’s so strong, and I didn’t like that unfortunately. When it comes to the conditioner itself, I would say it’s just okay, but nothing more than that. The consistency feels quite watery, and I don’t feel like it does anything extra for my hair. I miss that moisturizing, soft feeling you want after conditioning your hair, especially when my bleached hair needs a little extra love. So for me, unfortunately, there was no wow feeling. I got to test the Shine & Repair Shampoo from Izel Beauty and here comes my honest review. 🫧 A bit about my hair type: I have typical Scandinavian hair - fine, normal in thickness, and pin straight. My hair is colored and can sometimes get a bit dry at the ends and frizzy. I wash my hair every other day! I have used the shampoo every wash for two weeks and am positively surprised, as other reviews may not have been the best. I always shampoo my hair twice every wash, and this shampoo lathers really well. The first time I used it, my hair got quite tangled in the shower, but after a few washes, it felt like my hair kind of "got used to it", because now it’s not a problem anymore. The shampoo cleanses as it should, and my hair feels softer and shinier than before. The feeling after washing is really fresh. The bottle is super pretty, and pink happens to be my favorite color, so it feels luxurious to have it standing in the shower. One thing to be aware of is the scent, it is very sweet and floral, very intense and lingers in the hair for a long time. I think it smells good, but it easily overpowers other scents like perfume, which is the only downside for me and brings the rating down by one star. But overall, I am very satisfied. As a #Influtester, I have tested this stylish, sleek Spray. Sunsational SPF 50, Face Mist - A new favorite 💛 Summery, yellow appearance. I like Lyko’s own products. A lovely SPF with high sun protection factor, SPF 50. Shake the bottle first, spray about 20cm away. Applies easily by spraying a decent amount all over the face (Not in the eyes) Absorbs quickly. I have been so lucky to test this cream as a #influtester at Lyko 🩷 First, I just have to say that I can't get over how good this series smells 😍 It's just magical! Especially if you like fresh floral scents 🌸🩷 I love that it has a thick and good consistency that absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving it lovely and soft. 🩷 Personally, I prefer creams that come in pump bottles, but for this scent, I'm willing to take on the jar 😂 🌸 Leaves the skin silky soft. 🌸 Smells absolutely heavenly. 🌸 Large packaging that lasts a long time, so very economical in use. 🌸 Thicker consistency that doesn't feel runny, and leaves the skin with a nice moisturized feeling. Affordable Self-Tanner
I had the honor as. #influtester to test this self-tanner mousse from Lyko. I'm not a fan of self-tanners as I find it hard to get it even and the color often turns orange-like. I was very surprised when I pumped out the self-tanner and it was white. That was something I didn't like as it makes it hard to see where you've applied it and not, which made it take longer than with a colored mousse to apply. But I eventually managed to get it everywhere. The result was very nice, it didn't turn out overly colored but gave a sun-kissed feel to the body. I tested it on my legs and will definitely use it again. Very affordable self-tanner that smells good and gives a nice finish. Surprised at how good this actually was
I’m used to toners often being very watery and liquid, but this had a completely different consistency. You didn’t need much of the product on a cotton pad before you could apply it all over your face. I really liked the scent, it was a mix of peppermint and something else that smells fresh, if I’m trying to explain the scent. „As a #influtester, I had the opportunity to test this product for a month. My lips are an area that I don't usually focus on much, as they aren't super dry or anything. However, I have had some cracks in the corners of my mouth over the past year that I am constantly trying to heal. So this has been my starting point when testing this product! ⬇️ To begin with, I can say that the packaging is solid with 14 grams of product. It comes in a plastic jar with a screw lid that is neither particularly pretty nor ugly in my opinion. However, I do find that the screws on the jar are a bit troublesome, making it hard to screw the lid back on after use. Maybe a minor detail, but still something that affects my overall impression. ⬇️ The first thing that strikes me when I try the product for the first time is that it is strongly scented, just like almost all products from this brand are. I don't really like that, especially since I have sores in the corners of my mouth. ⬇️ The product is creamy and glides on smoothly. You don't need much, so this jar will last a long time. I don't find that the scent is noticeable in taste, and fortunately, it doesn't affect my mouth sores for the worse either. I've used it both during the day and at night, and it feels nice when you apply it, but I don't think it's very long-lasting. I don't wake up with soft lips after evening application, and during the day I have to reapply several times. ⬇️ I don't really know, I don't think it's directly bad, but it hasn't become a new favorite either. The fact that the products are so strongly scented makes it feel a bit outdated to me. There are many really nice products with similar purposes today, especially in K-beauty, so you need something a little extra to stand out. I don't really feel that this product has that "extra". Nice scent
First a little about my hair. I have a mix of my mother's straight Swedish and slightly thinner hair and my father's thick and curly Persian hair. So I have naturally curly hair (2b-2c) but on the thinner side. I rarely or never use a curling iron and usually just use a diffuser. My hair can easily feel heavy from too many or the wrong products. I have tested Lyko's Beat the heat, Heat Protection spray for hair. Since I rarely use heat tools, I was curious about how the product would work. I straightened my hair to really test it, and I was positively surprised. The spray applies easily and smells fantastic. I felt that it effectively protected my hair from the heat. But unfortunately, it doesn't work at all for my hair. After application, I feel that my hair becomes heavy and separated, which gives a stripy appearance. It also feels sticky and heavy, which is not what I'm looking for when I want a saltwater spray. I wish it could give my hair a more natural and wavy look, but unfortunately, it doesn't work for my needs. The scent is however very pleasant, and the product has a good price, which is a plus. Despite this, I don't think I will buy it again, as it didn't really work for me. I received this product from #neccin that I will be testing as a #influtester. 😊 I usually don’t use hairspray, mostly because it tends to make my hair feel crunchy and stiff, which just makes me want to wash it immediately. This gives a nice mist with spray, has light hold without weighing the hair down. Personally, I use small, short sprays and it doesn’t give that gross, crunchy feel to the hair. So for my use, this will be long-lasting, and will probably last a while. I love this scrub, it is 100% worth it. The scrub cleanses and melts nicely after the appropriate time, while it smells absolutely fantastic. I think it smells like what I associate with strawberry lemonade. 🍋🍓 You get a good amount, and I find that it is economical to use. When I use it, it doesn't feel sticky on the skin, other than feeling clean. I also smelled really good after using it. I think, for example, that the scrub from Rituals (sakura series) can feel a bit sticky after use, but I don't experience that with this one. I absolutely recommend it. Moisturizing, but not wow
This lip balm has worked fine because it is moisturizing and tastes good. It comes in a sweet jar and the design is nice. The moisture lasts a very long time, and it works great as a lip mask in the evenings. What I don't like about it is that it has a bit of a strange smell with different scents, and that makes it feel a bit distracting almost. 📉 It is a bit pricey, and I think you can find other alternatives that have the same properties and functions at a lower price.
