Incredible as a luminous base!
I really love the glow this gives! A little warning that the shimmer particles (the pearls) in the product are quite large, which can make it look a bit too glittery if you just apply it as a regular highlighter on top of makeup. But as a base, it’s absolutely magical! By applying it under foundation or mixing it in, you get an incredible radiance that really shines through and looks luxurious all day. Favorite setting spray
I've always loved this setting spray since I tried it for the first time! I often have problems with my makeup coming off or rubbing off during the day when working and accidentally touching my face, etc. But as soon as I use Urban Decay setting spray, you notice a huge difference compared to without🌸 It smells fresh and has a perfect spray that isn’t too focused. It covers a large part of the face when sprayed just once. I think that’s important because the makeup sits nicer when the spray is more spread out after “application.” So that’s a big plus with this one🫧 Even if you use it often, I still think it lasts a long time! I got to test Urban Decay's All Nighter makeup setting spray with a matte finish 🤩 And hello, the packaging is just so pretty! 😍 Right now, I feel like I haven't had the chance to test it to its full potential yet, but so far it seems really nice. Lately, my skin gets oily quickly, and I've noticed with this that my makeup stays put nicely with minimal cracking in fine lines, but it does transfer easily, since, as I said, I've been very oily and probably haven't prepped my skin properly. I have been assigned as #lykoinflutester to test this All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray Matte Finish from #urbandecay! ❤️ My go-to setting spray is the original All Nighter setting spray, so it was very exciting to try the matte version! 🥰 My first impression was that the packaging was very nice! It seems like Urban Decay has renewed the design of the box and the bottle, and they are very nice! 🫶 I used the setting spray like this when I did my makeup: I do my base makeup (primer, foundation, contour, powder) and spray one layer of setting spray. Then I do my eyes & eyebrows and spray another layer of setting spray. Finally, I apply bronzer, highlighter, and lipstick and finish with a layer of setting spray. This makes my makeup last extra well! The setting spray does not make the skin feel dry even though it is a matte product. It also dries relatively quickly into the makeup and holds it in place very well! This is a super good setting spray! The makeup lasts a long time and gets a nice and smooth finish! However, unfortunately, I don’t think the result is matte. It gives a slightly blurred finish but the face still has a clear glow. It is a great setting spray but I don’t notice much difference from the regular All Nighter setting spray. Glazed donut or gold coin?
Now that highlighter is in again, I have as #lykoinflutester gotten to try #urbandecay Half baked. I haven't used highlighter in YEARS so I was a bit unsure about using the product but was positively surprised. Half baked melted into the skin and gave a really nice glow. At first, I was afraid of the color (looked like a 10kr coin), but when I blended it with my makeup it looked really nice. I looked like a glazed donut which I loved. It looked extra nice in the sun and I got many compliments. One downside with this is that you have to blend FAST and one side at a time. Girls! This product didn’t come to play! I got to try #urbandecay All Nighter Matte Finish as #lykoinflutester and I’m obsessed. The setting spray is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I LOVE when my makeup is matte especially during summer when it’s warm. As you can see in the video, I did a smudge test and MY MAKEUP DID NOT MOVE! I have been assigned as #lykoinflutester to test this Face Bond Compact Waterproof Luminizer All Day Glow in the color Mirror Ball from #urbandecay! 🩷 This was the first time I have used a highlighter in liquid form, and I really like it! 🫶✨ My first impression was that the packaging is very nice and luxurious! Both the box and the bottle with the product look very nice. In the bottle, the highlighter looks very white, but when you apply it to the skin, you only see pink glitter/shimmer which is really pretty! I also noticed that the highlighter looks different in different lights. Indoors it is more like a glowing, pink shimmer, while outdoors in direct sunlight it looks like a radiant, pink glitter instead. 🩷✨ I want to add that my camera does not do this highlighter justice at all. 😭 It is MUCH more visible in real life and it is more pink than it looks through my phone camera! It is also more glittery than it appears in my pictures. ✨ I have tried using the highlighter in a few different ways as mentioned in the product description; 🪩 As a highlighter on cheeks/face: It is SO pretty as a highlighter on the face! Since it is pink, it is like a blush and highlighter in one. It reflects light beautifully and gives an intense but very nice glow! It also does not disturb the foundation underneath when you apply it, which is a big plus! The only negative I noticed was that it created a bit of a white/gray shadow on the cheeks when the light does not reflect directly on the highlighter. 🪩 As an eyeshadow: Unfortunately, I do not like it as an eyeshadow. It is barely visible on the eyelid and it settles into the fine lines of the eyelid and creates streaks. 🪩 As a body glitter: I love it as a body glitter! It looks very glittery and pretty. I have gotten to test this luminizer in the color Space Cowboy from #urbandecay now for a few weeks as #lykoinflutester. The first thing I did when I got this in the mail was to lightly apply it on my hand to see if it was dewy or full of glitter. I was quite relieved when I saw it was mostly dewy with a hint of glitter in the flash (in the video I film with flash so you can see for yourself). I was also very happy when I saw that it was easy to blend out and I didn’t turn yellow in my skin as I feared (I am quite pale😜). It is also very economical to use and lasts all day without transferring👏👏 This will be perfect for summer both on the face and on the body! As a #influtester, I have tested this setting spray from #urbandecay for a few weeks. I was a bit skeptical since I heard the new formula wasn’t as good as the previous one.. Urban Decay Face Bond Compact Luminizer is something I wanted to try and was so happy to receive it for the test! Great universal luminizer that can be used both for face and body. I used it on eyelids for the sparkle, a bit as a highlighter and for the body. Easy to carry with you, and easy to apply. I have been so lucky to get the opportunity to test Urban Decay’s luminizer in the shade Half Baked in collaboration with Lyko. I usually tend to choose something with a bit of pink tones, but this time I thought I’d try something new and I don’t regret it for a second! Glassy glow that's really cool looking for the summer
I am a makeup artist and have been using tons of different setting sprays. Most of the time I prefer the ones with the glow, that's why I chose All Nighter Glow Finish from Urban Decay for the test. There isn't much to say about sprays except their functionality and some perks like a nice smell or finish. This spray: - really gives you a cute wet glow, that looks good both for a high coverage or low coverage makeup look 👍 - it holds makeup well, and hydrates the places with powder products on it. 👍 - the spray works well and doesn’t just splash into your face, very mild mist 👍 - I used it both for my type of combination skin and also on several models, all tolerated it well. 👍 the downside might be the smell. Because it has this typical setting spray smell, that can be found in many. (Makeup Revolution Glow Spray for example). It's not something bad, but it's sweet and plastic-y at the same time, if that makes sense 👎 That's why I removed one star, but again it's not very strong and it settles and disappears much once on the face. A setting spray that does its job🥰

New favorite
I got to try the new Urban Decay Face Bond Compact Waterproof Luminizer All Day Glow in space cowboy. I have previously tested quite a bit from Urban Decay and am always very satisfied. The packaging is nice and has a luxurious feel with this new technique to dispense the product, making it easy to dose and minimizing mess. As someone who doesn’t use liquid highlighters or similar glow products, I was a bit unsure about what I would think. But I have to say that I probably only tried bad liquid highlighters before because this one is really so nice. Both to use with a base, as a highlighter, or well, anything. The product is light on the skin and melts in nicely. I noticed right away that you get a pretty good small amount out, which means you don’t use too much. A little goes a long way, and a dab is enough to give the whole face a glowing radiance. When I use it as a highlighter, I put a drop on the back of my hand and then use a brush to apply. I really have to say that this product truly exceeded my expectations. The yellow color on the cap might not be the most glamorous color, but otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.
