    Soft glam ✨

Look with radiance, warmth, and soft transitions 🌸. I used a naturally fresh base and added bronzy warm colors on the eyelids that highlight my blue eye color in a subtle yet impactful way. Perfect for both everyday and summer parties! 💄 some products I used: – Lumene CC Cream – evens out the skin with light coverage and glow – Isadora Contour Stick – for defined yet soft features – Caia Eyeshadow Palette – the burnt tones complete the whole look – Isadora Mascara – lifts and separates the lashes with fine blackness #lyko #lykobeauty #glowylook #makeupoftheday #bronzeeyes #caiacosmetics #lumene #isadorabeauty #sommarmakeup #beautybylyko #makeupinspo #sminkinspo #getthelook #sminkfavoriter #lykolove #naturalglow #softglam

    ✨ 90s vibes! ✨

Today's look is inspired by the best of the 90s: colorful details, glossy skin, and flirty lashes. I wanted a soft yet vibrant feel – and this is the result! 💿💖 Products I used: 🔸 Nyx Marshmallow Primer – provides a smooth base and smells magical! 🔸 Lumene CC Cream – light yet covering, perfect for a natural and fresh finish. 🔸 Isadora Contour Stick – favorite for sculpting the face to perfection. 🔸 Morphe Eyeshadow – bright pink eyeliner with bubblegum pink base for that 90s vibe. Love how it pops! 🔸 Caia Mascara – gives separated, defined lashes with volume – without clumping. 💅 The pastel nails and my colorful jacket completed the look – for what would the 90s be without a little extra color? #90smakeup #lykobeauty #colorpop #glowvibes #makeupinspo #lyko #lykolove #lykocommunity #ColorfulMakeup #NYXCosmetics #Lumene #IsadoraBeauty #MorpheBrushes #CaiaCosmetics

Love the color - but loose powder has its challenges

So… I was skeptical about loose mineral blush – who has time to spill over half the bathroom? But this little jar has probably won me over. The color Amaretto is a warm, soft rose-brown that gives that “just took a walk in the sun and feels good” cheek look. It blends in super nicely with the base and gives glow without glitter. Downside? The packaging requires patience – it’s easy to use too much product and it feels like you’re spilling half of it. But on the other hand: it’s so pigmented that it lasts until the next life. Affordable, pretty, and gentle on the skin. I’m converted.

    Glowy, stylish, and wallet-friendly.

A stylish everyday look that lasts all day – glowy base, a little lift in the brows, and a hint of espresso on the eyes (literally). Skincare first (always): Dr. Ceuracle Kombucha Tea Essence + The Ordinary Argireline Serum + Erborian Centella Cream – glow & plump, no fuss. Makeup: Lumene CC in medium, Caia concealer for a little extra bright, Isadora contour stick (beige neutral) for soft sculpting. Amaretto blush from Bellapierre = naturally fresh. The brows got a little love with Brow Game Wax. Eyes? Espresso Yourself + Lottie eyeliner + Lumene waterproof mascara. Done. Hair: Maria Nila heat spray + Dyson Airwrap = volume without chaos. Yes, Dyson is expensive and honestly maybe not worth what it costs. But if you have it, you use it 😇 Hashtag-time: #vardagsglow #lykofavorit #makeuplook #budgetbeauty #lumene #caia #mariainila #dysonairwrap #browgameonpoint #hudvårdsrutin #snålmensnygg

Dewy dream for the evening – but less is more

Erborian markets their Serum 17 as a gamechanger for the skincare routine, where they promise it will help improve skin texture, give a youthful glow, and reduce the visibility of fine lines and pores. It’s packed with super ingredients that are supposed to make your skin feel plump and smooth, almost like wearing an Instagram filter in real life. And yes, I can agree that it’s a really nice serum – especially if you like oil-based products. The serum is rich and moisturizing, which means that if you have dry skin, you probably don’t even need to use a moisturizer over it. It does the job itself, and your skin feels hydrated and “dewy” all night. But a heads up: this is not a serum you want to use during the day, especially not under makeup. The oil base makes it feel like your face is melting, and that’s not really the look we’re going for, right? Now for a little warning: if you’re thinking about putting a moisturizer on top of the serum, think again. I tried it and… breakouts. So yes, less is more here. Use the serum solo if you have sensitive skin or easily get breakouts – it seems to work best when it gets a little “space”. Summary: love the serum, but go without extra cream if you don’t want unwanted breakouts. And only use it in the evening, because you don’t want an oily shine in the middle of the day.

Gentle and affordable retinoid with long-term potential

I have tested The Ordinary's 5% Retinoid in squalane and have some thoughts to share. My skin is dry, not particularly sensitive, but I have large pores and a reddish tone – and this serum has still worked quite well for me. The formula is really pleasant. The squalane-based solution feels like a light oil on the skin – moisturizing without being too heavy, which is a big plus for my dry skin. It feels like a lovely final touch in my evening routine. One downside is that the product tends to run, and if you're not careful, it can get too close to the eyes – which stings quite a bit. So it requires a little extra attention during application. When it comes to effectiveness, it's hard to see any clear results. I haven't noticed any dramatic difference in pore size or skin tone, but maybe a slight preventative effect against fine lines. It's not the type of product that delivers quick results, but feels like a stable part of a long-term skincare routine. A big advantage is that my skin hasn't reacted negatively at all – no redness, flaking, or irritation, which is quite unusual with retinoids. And for the price, it's really a worthwhile option for anyone looking to start with retinoids without risking too strong reactions. In summary: A gentle and affordable retinoid with a lovely oil base, but with some risk of running and requires patience for results.

    Good but not perfect

I have tried Erborian's Centella Cleansing Oil and have mixed feelings. First and foremost, the formula is really nice – it feels soft and pleasant on the skin and is easy to massage in. It’s not too runny and feels luxurious during use. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fully live up to expectations when it comes to removing makeup. It handles lighter makeup easily, but if you have a heavier foundation or waterproof mascara, it often requires a second cleansing or another product to get everything off properly. As for skin health, I haven’t noticed any significant difference after using it for a while – neither for the better nor for the worse. It’s gentle and doesn’t irritate the skin, but it also doesn’t provide any clear results. The packaging, however, gets a big plus! The pump works really well and it’s easy to dispense the right amount of product without mess or spill. In summary: A lovely cleansing oil with a nice feel and smart packaging, but it could be more effective as the first step in double cleansing.

    Smells fresh!

Sunscreen usually doesn't smell good, but this one - yum! The consistency is a bit thicker and creamy. It's quite economical and feels moisturizing as well. It needs a little time to sink in, which is understandable given the consistency. I still give it five stars since I've never burned myself as long as I've used this. Tested in really sunny climates like Thailand and Bali.

    Reduces redness and moisturizes

This is, to this day, the best day cream I have tested. - clearly experience that it has reduced red areas - moisturized all day - absorbs into the skin FAST, I can do my makeup just a minute after application. Will definitely buy again.
