I was soooo happy to get to try this lovely hair oil from #KERASTASE as a #lykotestpilot 🥰 Kerastase really has such great products, a bit pricier but soooo worth it, I think. What’s special about this hair oil is that you can refill the bottle instead of buying a completely new one. Which is so good for both the wallet and the environment 🌳 (a separate review for the refill will come too!) The bottle for the product really screams luxury✨ Sooo pretty and elegant design! Smooth pump function and the scent is incredible. This scent reminds me so much of when I studied to be a hairdresser about 10 years ago. Back then, we got to use Kerastase products. I can’t describe the scent other than hairdresser and luxury😄 The product makes the hair incredibly soft, frizz-free, and shiny. Super good that it also protects against heat (up to 230 degrees). The hair feels strong and healthy after use. The product is also economical, you only need a few drops for the whole hair. If you're looking for a luxurious hair oil that actually delivers, it's hard to beat Kérastase Elixir Ultime. This is a classic for a reason, and after trying it, I understand why it's many people's favorite year after year. What I like: The shine: It's almost magical how hair goes from dull to shiny with just two drops. It gives that "salon glow" that lasts for several days. Heat protection: I love that it has built-in heat protection (up to 230°C!). This means you can use it both as a nourishing oil and as protection before blow-drying or straightening your hair. Light feeling: Even though it's an oil, it never feels greasy or heavy. It absorbs directly into the hair strands and just makes them soft and manageable. Sustainability: The new bottle is refillable! It feels good to be able to buy a refill and keep the luxurious glass bottle. What’s less good: The price tag: It's expensive, there's no denying that. It's a luxury product. The scent: It smells absolutely fantastic (a bit woody and floral), but it's quite strong. If you're sensitive to scents, it might be a bit much, although I personally love it. Conclusion: This is the ultimate oil for you if you want control over frizz and maximum shine. Very good product
It doesn't make the hair greasy if you use a small amount, and it has a pleasant and "expensive" scent. The downside is the high price, and the effect is more cosmetic than reparative. Girls, if you’re considering buying the oil from Kerastase, I’m telling you it’s one of my best purchases. First of all, I used to use other hair oils, and they made my hair feel very unpleasant to touch, but this oil is simply gold and honey. It’s a miracle for my hair. This oil is wonderful for my hair. 💓 Its formula is very gentle, which means it doesn't tug at the strands, even with regular use. The hair is noticeably smoother, soft to the touch, and beautifully shiny, yet still remains light and natural. Additionally, it wonderfully smooths the ends and helps tame frizz, making the hairstyle look more well-groomed and healthy.
