I was soooo happy to get to try this lovely hair oil from #KERASTASE as a #lykotestpilot 🥰 Kerastase really has such great products, a bit pricier but soooo worth it, I think. What’s special about this hair oil is that you can refill the bottle instead of buying a completely new one. Which is so good for both the wallet and the environment 🌳 (a separate review for the refill will come too!) The bottle for the product really screams luxury✨ Sooo pretty and elegant design! Smooth pump function and the scent is incredible. This scent reminds me so much of when I studied to be a hairdresser about 10 years ago. Back then, we got to use Kerastase products. I can’t describe the scent other than hairdresser and luxury😄 The product makes the hair incredibly soft, frizz-free, and shiny. Super good that it also protects against heat (up to 230 degrees). The hair feels strong and healthy after use. The product is also economical, you only need a few drops for the whole hair. ✨ A hair oil that feels like a salon visit at home!
So, Kérastase Elixir Ultime is truly a hair oil that feels luxurious from the very first use. 🥹🤍 There’s something about the feel, the scent, and the results that makes me understand why it’s become so popular. I usually use 1-2 pumps on the lengths and ends, especially when my hair is towel-dried. I think that’s when I get that really nice feeling as the hair dries and becomes soft and manageable. What I like most is the shine. The hair really gets that glossy and well-groomed finish that I usually associate with just having been to the salon. ✨ At the same time, the hair doesn’t feel heavy when I stick to a small amount. And the SCENT! 😍 It’s really a big part of the experience. It smells incredibly luxurious, and the hair has a nice scent afterward without feeling like I sprayed perfume directly onto it. I also like that it works both on damp and dry hair. On dry hair, I think a small drop is perfect when the ends look a bit dull or when I want to tame small frizzy strands and give the hair some extra shine. The only thing you really need to be careful about is not overdosing. 😂 The first time, it’s easy to think “a little more will probably be even better,” but no! With this one, less really is more. If I use too much, the hair can feel heavier, but with the right amount, the result is so nice. I also think it feels very economical. You need so little each time that 75 ml feels like a bottle that will last a long time. This is simply one of those products that makes me feel like my hair is a little extra styled even when I haven’t really done much. Worth every penny!
Freshens up frizzy ends, gives shine and bounce! I have fine strands, but lots of strands = thick hair. Bleached highlights, so it easily gets dry. I really love this hair oil from kerastase! 🤍 It makes my hair so soft and shiny without feeling greasy or heavy. I usually take a pump in the lengths after styling my hair, and it makes such a big difference right away. The hair looks much healthier, feels less frizzy, and the scent is also so wonderful. Honestly I don’t know if they reformulated the product cause the packaging is different, but either way this oil is my HOLY GRAIL! It does not make my hair separate like most oils tend to do, it leaves that shiny look and the best, it smells heavenly! Have now tested Kérastase Elixir Ultime Oil for the first time, and all I have to say is WOW🤩🤩 So positively surprised. Both the glass bottle and the oil give me a feeling of luxury The oil gives the hair so much more shine, plus it provides long-lasting frizz protection and is supposed to make the hair stronger and help prevent breakage😍 This oil gave my hair immediate shine for dry curly hair. It felt so soft and moist. I have bought this hair oil over and over again. It smells amazing, makes the hair insanely soft, and makes it so easy to comb through. It is an expensive hair oil, but in my eyes, it’s worth the price. You only need a couple of drops for the whole hair, and it takes a long time before it runs out.
