As one of Lyko's Influtesters, I have had the chance to try this product and my opinion about it is 100% my own. ✨ My age and skin type: 36 years old. I have combination skin but sometimes get dry patches on my face. My skin sometimes feels dehydrated and tight despite an oily T-zone. I am prone to small pimples on my face, possibly hormonal. Relatively large pores. Slight redness on the cheeks. ✨ Packaging: Love that it’s a tube because it’s easy to get all the product out. However, I would have preferred a flip-top cap instead of a screw cap. So many mornings I have to stand the tube up and the cap flies off. 😅 Otherwise, great packaging! Nice color also on the new design. ✨ The product and results: The product has given really nice results together with the serum and night cream. I don’t get as shiny during the day and my pores have visibly reduced. A very economical cream, so you don’t need much product. Absorbs easily into the skin. As a Lyko influencer, I got to test this day cream, here is my opinion 🥰 First and foremost - My skin type: Combination skin with an oily T-zone, dry cheeks, and somewhat sensitive. There are definitely things I like about this day cream. The texture is incredibly lovely, it absorbs quickly into the skin, and it's a big plus that it is completely fragrance-free. Also, the price is fantastic, which is something I love about ACO, they offer very wallet-friendly skincare. Unfortunately, this did not work at all for my skin. As a #LYKOINFLUTESTER, I got to try the #ACO Purifying series. Day Cream, Booster Serum (BHA), and Night Balm. I have combination skin and use skincare daily. My first impressions of the Purifying series are positive. The packaging feels nice and is easy to use. The day and night creams have the same type of packaging, but the large and clear text makes it easy to see which is which. All products are fragrance-free, which I think is a plus. The day cream has a light texture that quickly absorbs into the skin. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how well moisturized my skin felt afterward. It’s not the most moisturizing day cream I’ve tried, but considering the price, I still think it performs well. However, I don’t think it lived up to all its claims. It’s supposed to reduce the visibility of pores, but I didn’t notice much difference in my pores. I’m also a bit skeptical about the “purifying” part, as I got a few pimples while testing the series. Nothing more than usual, but still something I noticed. I think it’s a good day cream for the price. Nice day cream
As a Lyko Influtester, I have had the opportunity to try the Face Purifying Day Cream from ACO. I'm usually not a big fan of using day creams because I don't always feel that the cream absorbs quickly enough into the skin and it can leave a greasy layer. This in turn makes the skin look worse than it usually does without day cream. I normally have quite oily skin in some areas and drier in others. Regarding ACO's day cream, it's the opposite. In my opinion, it absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves the skin non-sticky. It has become a pleasant companion in my daily skincare. It comes in a good package where it's easy to get out a suitable amount of product quickly. The consistency of the cream is light and quick to apply. A big plus is that I feel the pores have reduced slightly or at least are less visible. For me, who is very busy, it has fit well into the daily routine. How it works under makeup I dare not comment on as I currently rarely use makeup. Pretty standard
As a #influtester, I got to test the purifying series from #aco. I used the combination of booster serum, day cream, and night cream over a period. I have combination skin with both dry and oily areas and often get pimples even though I’m 36 years old, but I choose to think of them as teenage pimples 😉 I don’t have sensitive skin by definition, but I’m under investigation for MCAS as I can flare up unprovoked on my skin. This tends to happen when I change my skincare routine, but to my great joy, I didn’t react at all when I tested this series! 🎉 First impression is that it’s a very sleek series with good packaging. The fact that it’s fragrance-free is a plus since it also suits sensitive noses, so to speak. It would have gotten an even higher rating if the day cream had a pump bottle! But the cap is still easy to screw off and on. A little goes a long way, and that’s common for the whole series; you don’t need much product to work it over the entire face. The day cream is absorbed smoothly by the skin and doesn’t leave any weird residue or anything like that. It’s hard to separate the reviews when it comes to results since I used the series in combination. But what I noticed was that I initially got worse with more pimples, which I think is a completely normal reaction from the skin regardless of when you change your skincare routine. But it settled down after a while and went back to normal. Unfortunately, it’s normal for me to have some pimples, so it didn’t get better or worse compared to before. Price-wise, I’d say it’s a very good price for the amount you get. Will I switch my routine to this? Doubtful since I didn’t get better results than my usual routine gives me, but I will use up all the products. For anyone looking for a new routine, I definitely think it’s worth trying! Amazing day cream for problem skin! 🤩
As a #lykoinflutester, I received products from the purifying series from #aco ✨ I have used the products daily for about a month, so here is my review of the day cream: My skin type is combination, oily in the T-zone with a tendency to dry patches. I also tend to get acne and clogged pores easily. I am almost always on the hunt for the ultimate day cream that doesn’t clog pores, absorbs quickly into the skin, and fights impurities while mattifying without drying out. Yes, the list of requirements is long.. This day cream ticks all my boxes and deserves all the hype it can get! I will order a new one as soon as this one runs out. The best effect is achieved together with the other products in the series (serum and night cream). I like the consistency which is moderately rich and moisturizes the skin well while not making the T-zone shiny. The cream is also very economical, which is appreciated. Pretty okay
I received these three new products from Aco via Lyko as a #lykoinflutester assignment to test and review. Their Purifying series is supposed to prevent impurities, reduce redness, strengthen the skin barrier, exfoliate, and moisturize. I have sensitive combination skin and have used these every other day, combined with different products in the other steps of both my morning and evening routines. I think the packaging is nice and it’s fun to try products from Aco. The day cream has a lotion-like consistency and is thinner when applied, absorbs quickly, and leaves the skin soft and moisturized. It’s also supposed to have moisturizing properties. But some days it irritates me, and I think it’s because it doesn’t work well with another product in my routine since I’ve tested with less and more, etc. But some days it happens and others it doesn’t. ✨ A fresh start to the day ✨
The first thing I noticed about Face Purifying Day Cream was the nice, fresh feeling and how easy it is to make it part of the morning routine. I really like skincare that feels well thought out but at the same time easy to use every day. The cream feels pleasant on the skin and fits perfectly as the last step in my morning routine. I especially appreciate that the skin feels cared for and fresh without the routine feeling heavy or complicated. A pretty okay cream!
As #lykoinflutester, I had the opportunity to test this day cream over the past month. I am 41 years old, and my skin is oily, and lately, I've had major problems with acne. It's nothing new to me, but something I had hoped would have cleared up. But no, the last month (a bit more) has not been fun at all for my face. I had hoped that this cream, which I tested along with the booster and night cream in the same series, would show some results, but unfortunately, it hasn't. However, I don't think the cream is bad! The day cream comes in a tube with a screw cap of 50 ml, and I think a pea-sized amount about the size of two peas is enough for the face. It contains hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and sarcosine, which are supposed to hydrate, protect against free radicals, and reduce excess oil production. I can agree that the cream feels properly moisturizing, and it absorbs nicely into the skin. But as for reduced sebum production, I can't say that I've experienced that. The cream works great under makeup, which is an absolute must for me. Since I am often quite stressed in the morning (!), I usually start applying foundation maybe just a minute after completing my skincare routine, and that hasn't been a problem. Nothing that flakes or ruins the makeup, which is appreciated. My skincare routine currently consists of a mild facial wash, toner, ACO Purifying Booster, and then I finish with this cream in the morning. As I mentioned at the beginning, I don't feel that the series has done much to improve the condition of the pimples my face is dealing with, but I still think it's a pretty okay moisturizing, light cream. Considering the reasonable price, I feel it might be worth trying! More moisture needed
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try ACO Face Purifying Day Cream 🩵✨ I have acne-prone skin but am also quite dry, so for me it's always a bit difficult to find a day cream that both works for pimples and provides enough moisture. This one feels light and absorbs quickly into the skin. However, unfortunately, I didn't feel it provided enough hydration, especially on days when I wear makeup. Towards the end of the day, my skin could feel a bit dry and the makeup didn't look nice anymore. Both yes and no..
As a Lyko influencer tester, I have had the opportunity to try some products from ACO, and it has been fun to test more products from them. Here is my review of the Purifying day cream, which is a moisturizing and soothing cream that also calms irritated skin + reduces blemishes, which I think it does well. It is also developed for us adults with acne-prone skin, and I am definitely the person who gets pimples even though I am 52 years old. I have used it as a primer under makeup, and it is excellent – it keeps the skin matte all day, and I also think it feels a bit "blurring," which I like. But some days it has made my skin feel very dry and not moisturizing. It’s not all the time, just sometimes, which could be due to my "skin," menopause, etc. Otherwise, I think it is a nice day cream that is also not too expensive. Do I recommend it? Yes, absolutely as a primer, as a day cream both yes and no. No home run
I got to try a day cream, night cream, and serum. At first, I was so excited because I have large pores, small pimples, and sometimes get a pimple here and there. But unfortunately, I was disappointed 😪 But to the review! The cream has a pleasant texture that isn’t too thick and feels smooth to apply. I also like the packaging, which feels hygienic and easy to use. I would have preferred a cap you can open rather than screw off, but that’s really a minor detail😂 Unfortunately, it doesn’t work very well under makeup for me because the makeup started to roll😔 Unfortunately, I also got a skin reaction from the product. Since I tested several products from the same series, I chose to test them separately to try to find out what I reacted to, but I got a reaction from all of them. This is actually something I haven’t experienced before with other skincare products in my 30 years, so I really don’t know what I reacted to.
