No major difference…
I tested the Maria Nila Cool Cream in hopes of getting a cooler tone and refreshing my color between salon visits. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any major difference in the results. In the before-and-after pictures (right is after), you can see that the tone in the hair is basically the same – no noticeable toning down of the warm shades that I had expected. The positive is that the hair felt soft and moisturized after use, and the product is easy to apply. But when it comes to the promised color effect and cooling of the tone, it unfortunately didn’t live up to my expectations. I would say that this might be a product that works better for someone with an already cool tone who just wants to maintain the color, rather than actively neutralizing warmth. #marianila #hairreview #haircare #lyko #lykolooken #hårvård #blondhair #lykomission1 product in post No major difference…7509 views- The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The comment was made 6 monthsI think there are a bit too weak pigments in it for your hair shade, I think it works better on lighter hair 🙂 I have tried Revlon's color packs and think they are better, and there are several "cool" shades you can use on blonde hair. One that has something with "mauve" (mauve blonde) and one that is called "light beige". I can also recommend Fanola's "no yellow" silver shampoo. Very affordable and has a bit more blue pigment (which is good for darker blonde hair) without risking being discolored.2 likes

Gray Hair Strands
I have dyed my hair but quite a few gray strands are popping up. Is this a good product to cover the gray? I guess cacao is my color1 product in post Gray Hair Strands245 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 5 daysHi Heidi! 👋🏼😊 This is a color treatment that is great for refreshing and maintaining an already colored shade, but unfortunately it does not cover gray/white strands because the pigments only sit on the outside of the hair strand 🤗 If you want better coverage of the grays, I recommend instead a toner or color. A toner gives about 50-70% coverage, while a permanent color covers even more ✨ These are close to the shade Cacao: Permanent color 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/garnier/garnier-olia-6.0-golden-light-brown Toner (70% coverage) 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/schwarzkopf-professional/1277-960-6000 They give a more even result and help to tone down the gray strands🤎 Have a nice day ☀️

Which color?
I just bleached my hair, pretty satisfied but a bit uneven in some places. Can cool cream or something else make the highlights cooler? What happens to my brown hair if I apply it all over?1 product in post Which color?590 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 6 daysHi Malin 👋🏼😊 Absolutely, Cool Cream will make your highlights cooler and neutralize the warm tones 🤗 On your brown hair, it gives a soft, nice shine without changing the color, making the whole hair look fresh 🤍 Have a nice day ☀️1 likes

It doesn't make the hair any particularly lighter but makes the hair get a cooler blonde.1 product in post Good596 views - The post was made 2 weeks
Untreated hair?
Do these not work at all on untreated hair? 😔 Is there any other product that does? I have dark blonde hair that I want to have a cooler shade on.1 product in post Untreated hair?585 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 1 weekHey Karin! 👋🏼😊 A color pack is mainly used to preserve and refresh already colored hair, so it becomes difficult to achieve the same effect on untreated hair - as you need something a little "stronger" 🤗 To give your dark blonde hair a cooler tone and refresh it, I recommend this instead: 👉🏼 lyko.com/sv/wella-professionals/wella-color-fresh-881-light-blonde-pearl-ash-silver It’s easy to use at home and helps you remove warm tones, so your hair gets a lovely cool finish 💁🏼♀️ Good luck in your home salon and have a nice day ☀️

Color Shade
I wonder what shade I would get from Maria Nila's cocoa hair mask on my hair, I would like something like milk chocolate but I don't know if it would give me that shade with my dirty blonde hair.1 product in post Color Shade - The post was made 1 month
Want to get rid of the yellow tone in my bleached hair
If I have bleached my hair and want to get rid of the yellow tone, can I use Maria Nila colour refresh in the color Pearl silver, or is there something else that is better?1 product in post Want to get rid of the yellow tone in my bleached hair1573 views- The user's roll: Hairdresser at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHey Patricia! 👋🏼😊 If your bleached hair has a light yellow tone, Maria Nila Colour Refresh Pearl Silver is an excellent choice. It neutralizes warm, yellow tones and gives a nice cool shade 💜 If your hair instead has darker yellow tones, Maria Nila Colour Refresh Cool Cream is a better fit. It works more intensively to neutralize "strong" yellow tones and provides an even, cool result 👌🏼lyko.com/sv/maria-nila/maria-nila-colour-refresh-cool-cream-300-ml Take care ☀️

Extensions
Does this work on hair with hair extensions?1366 views- The user's roll: Employees at Lyko. The comment was made 1 monthHi Renathe! This should work on hair with hair extensions (as long as it's light enough) - but here it's important to keep in mind that hair extensions are treated beforehand and do not absorb color in exactly the same way as natural hair, so it might not turn out exactly the same as on your hair. Here you just have to try it out! I would test on a small strip first to see how the color turns out on both your hair and the extensions 🤍 Have a nice day!1 likes

Super good!
This one is really good, I think. The hair looks nice and fresh. My golden highlights in the hair are toned down. The gray highlights get a better color. The blonde (platinum) highlights get a nice pearlescent color. I'm trying different ones right now to find the right one, and this one is probably the best so far. The product lasts a long time.1 product in post Super good!1677 views
