    Untreated hair?

    Do these not work at all on untreated hair? 😔 Is there any other product that does? I have dark blonde hair that I want to have a cooler shade on.

    Not cold

    The hair didn't turn cold but brown-warm :( I've tried several other shades that are cold, but this one wasn't, at least on my hair.

      Hey Karin! 🥰 There could be several reasons why the desired result wasn't achieved with this one, such as underlying pigments, previous color treatments, or that this one might have had a harder time neutralizing warm pigments.
