    Not cold

    The hair didn't turn cold but brown-warm :( I've tried several other shades that are cold, but this one wasn't, at least on my hair.

      Hey Karin! 🥰 There could be several reasons why the desired result wasn't achieved with this one, such as underlying pigments, previous color treatments, or that this one might have had a harder time neutralizing warm pigments. Otherwise, I hope you can fall back on another color that you have used before and that you think has given the desired cool result 💖
