I often find it difficult to assess shampoos and conditioners because my hair type reacts differently from day to day, depending on weather, climate, and season😅 I've been using this series for a while since I had to save a bit and avoid buying expensive hair soap, and this one seemed interesting as it is supposed to help with oily scalp and drier lengths. I squeeze out all the water after 2 rounds of shampoo and apply the conditioner to the lengths and ends. I let it work for about 1 minute while I use body soap, before rinsing out. I think it lathers well in the hair and feels very clean! I always wash my hair twice with shampoo. Also smells really good☺️ I get oily hair after about 1-2-3 days (varies), and that happens with this one too, so I haven't noticed anything new regarding that. The post was made 4 daysDyeing eyebrows and lashes with Refectocil🤎 I use the color True Brown because I like dark eyebrows on me, and it also gives a natural look to the lashes🤎 I have bought a set from Refectocil with a brush and a small "bowl" to mix the color. I mix the color with the drops and stir well with a q-tip. I use the brush for precise coloring of the eyebrows, and the jagged brush to apply on the lashes. Less frizz and UV protection
My hairdresser recommended this product to me, specifically for a vacation trip I’m going on, since it has UV protection in addition to heat protection💜 I spray the product into towel-dried hair before I brush, as it makes it easier to comb through. The hair becomes lovely and soft, and after blow-drying I notice there is less frizz. I still need to heat-treat with other products to get rid of most of the frizz. The post was made 1 weekEvening routine with Torriden💦🩵 After testing many different products from various brands, I’ve accidentally landed on a full Torriden evening routine🩵 Maybe not entirely accidental, as I keep coming back to these products again and again and am super satisfied!! I also have individual reviews on each product where I go into more detail🩵 I have slightly dry and dehydrated skin myself, so hydration is my main priority in my skincare routine🩵💦 I start with the oil cleanser, which I take my time to massage into the skin. It easily removes makeup! The only downside is that it has a very strong scent, but I hardly notice it anymore. I add a little water before massaging further and remove the oil cleanser with a cloth and water. Then I use the water-based cleanser, which I massage well into the skin together with some water, and wash off with a cloth and water. The skin feels sooooo clean after this combo!🩵 I do this every afternoon/evening Then I use the green Torriden pads to exfoliate. I do this once a week💚 I use the rough side first, then the fine side. These can also be used on the lips! The product removes dead skin cells and gives the most beautiful glow! Makeup sits so nicely after using this. Next is Torriden’s dive in serum, which feels so hydrating and nice on the skin🩵 I finish with the dive in cream, which is also sooooo good and cooling. Good volume, okay hold
Got recommended this product and was excited to test it! First impression is obviously the look of the product which is sooo pretty with nice colors and pattern😍 Looks gorgeous on the bathroom shelf✨ The foam comes out easily and is simple to apply in the hair. I apply well to the scalp and lengths for as much volume and hold as possible, and blow dry my hair upside down. The product doesn’t weigh down, but I can feel it makes the hair a bit harder to comb through with fingers, but this can also be a good sign regarding texture and hold!✨ Then used heatless curls that I slept with overnight, the result was really nice with lots of volume, but I’d say it was just okay hold, and almost a bit frizzy result. Spot on color!
I had the chance to test the Sky High mascara in the color True Brown as #lykoinflutester! The waterproof Sky High mascara is definitely my favorite and the only one I use and compare with. Still, I was very curious when the original came out in the color True Brown!🤎 I have very light features and low contrast, and I imagined that the brown color could give a softer look and be a bit less harsh. The color is spot on!🤎 As expected, I found that the brown color made the eyes look a bit softer and suited me better than the black does. Unfortunately, it can’t compare to how the waterproof version holds the lashes up. When I use an eyelash curler + Sky High, the lashes hold the curl and stand straight up! With this one, however, I could see the lashes drooping and standing straight forward, despite the curler. It almost looked like I didn’t have much mascara on at all. I can warmly recommend the waterproof type; it gets 5 stars from me! This one unfortunately doesn’t quite make it this time. Fingers crossed for a combo someday! Lovely mask!
On recommendation, I applied this mask after my evening routine so that all the products could absorb well into the skin along with the mask💦 The mask was a bit tricky to pull out and get on, but it fit nicely on the face! It tore a little here and there and got holes quickly from nails, so you have to be careful! I cut the mask with scissors so it would fit the face even better, and also used the small patches left on the paper around areas that needed extra coverage. The mask felt really hydrating and stayed well on the face all the hours I used it! I wore it for 3 hours, but you can also sleep with it💤 It can be a bit tiring to wear a face mask for 3 hours, especially if you need to eat, so it might be smart to plan ahead😅 I took off the mask when it became transparent, and the skin was clearly glowing after I removed it! New favorite!
I have often been skeptical about primers as I don’t feel they add that much, and usually go without. After this round as #lykoinflutester, however, I am convinced!✨ The primer glides so well in the hands and over the face, and when I looked in the mirror I almost just wanted to stop there. The primer gave such a nice glow and fullness to the face that I almost considered going bare-faced instead!✨ It almost feels like a skincare serum and provides lots of moisture💦 Under makeup it’s also gold, it dries quickly into the skin and prepares for new products. After work I could see that the makeup held significantly better than usual! Blush and bronzer, which often disappear fastest on me, are just as present as when I first applied! Brows that stay!
This brow gel has been on my wishlist for a while, and I finally got to test it as #lykoinflutester! The product is marketed as brow lamination in a tube, and that's pretty accurate! You squeeze the product into the built-in brush and comb through. The only downside is that you have to work quickly! Because the product dries and becomes stiff fast, so you have to be quick to comb through to get it the way you want, and it can be hard to fix once it has dried! Because once it has dried, IT STAYS! Which is totally amazing!✨ The shape holds all day, work and workout!🩷 My favorite part is actually the brush. With other brow products, I find the brush gets so full of product that it's hard to comb through the hairs, which I haven't experienced with this one!
