A good soap from a nice company
As a #lykotestpilot, I got to test this hand soap from #mariestellamaris. The bottle is super nice and looks really good on the sink. The scent is pleasant. I previously bought a hand soap from &otherstories with exactly this scent for my yoga studio and always received compliments on it, but unfortunately, they have discontinued it. The consistency is thick and lovely, and the scent lasts a long time, so if you are very sensitive to scents, I wouldn’t buy this one. Marie-Stella-Maris is a very nice company that, through its foundation, donates to clean water projects. They are also very transparent about how much they give to the WASH project. They have a firm commitment to allocate 2.5% of sales to the WASH project, which is quite a high level compared to many other commercial companies with a social purpose. I found this when I googled: * They often show the exact amount your order contributes at checkout. * According to the company, a combined donation of about 20 euros is enough to give one person lifelong access to clean drinking water through their project. * They collaborate with organizations such as Aqua for All and Project Maji to ensure the projects are sustainable in the long term. The only negative is the price. I don’t spend over 1000 SEK per liter on something that is used as much as hand soap. If it were a bit cheaper, it would get 5 🌟. I had the nice honor of receiving products for an honest review!☺️ It smells super good and gives a much more exclusive experience since it’s in a glass bottle, which isn’t often the case! ✨ It has a strong scent of citrus fruits and green tea, and it’s definitely a scent that makes you feel clean and the smell lingers for a good while after washing your hands. However, I think it doesn’t lather as well as I had hoped, which was a bit disappointing, but everything else was a plus. You can discuss the price, but I believe a lot of it is due to the glass bottle, so in that way, I think it’s worth it. Silky soft 😍
As a #lykotestpilot, I got to try this incredibly smooth shower mousse from #mariestellamaris. It feels incredibly soft, thick, and creamy. It feels extremely luxurious on the skin in the shower and seems great for dry skin. Thanks to the green tea extract, I noticed that my skin became noticeably soft, moisturized, and smooth. 🧖🏻♀️ It doesn’t give that tight, dry feeling that regular soaps can cause. If I compare the mousse to similar products (for example from Rituals), this one feels much richer and leaves a very nice feeling afterward. What’s good to know is that it has an intense scent, but nothing I thought was bad. I have had the opportunity to test Marie-Stella-Maris Silky Soft Shower Mousse for a few weeks, and I think it is a good shower product. It has a soft and creamy texture that feels nice to use, and it cleanses the skin while leaving a fresh feeling after the shower. The advantage of the product is that it contains ingredients like prebiotics and green tea extract, which can help the skin feel soft and moisturized. Which is absolutely fantastic for us dry skin types 🥰 I also like that it has a nice scent. Sparkling and fresh! As #lykotestpilot, I had the honor to test this product. The packaging is as sleek as #mariestellamaris's other products – simple, stylish, and luxurious. A bit tricky with the cap and safety clip, I haven't experienced this with other shower foams. When you press out the foam, you get a creamy, sparkling, and full foam that feels wonderful on the skin. The scent is both natural and fresh at the same time, it smells of citrus and green tea. And with mostly natural ingredients, it feels really good to wash the body with this. Extra plus that it contains prebiotic ingredients, that can never be wrong! It feels like the skin becomes really clean afterwards and soft, and smells very nice. There’s really nothing negative to say about this product, I liked it the most among the products we got to test. In summary, it feels luxurious and fresh, but this is not something I use before work at a fragrance-free school! Exclusive Hand Soap Test Pilot
The product was delivered in a nice box sealed with a sticker – feels luxurious! However, I generally wonder why the company doesn’t package their glass bottles more securely, like bubble wrap around the glass bottle or something similar. The outer box is also very thin. My products were not damaged, but it could easily happen during postal handling! The product has a thick glass bottle which feels both luxurious and rustic at the same time. Positive that you can buy refills for the soap, good that the bottle itself can be a one-time purchase! Nice with a striped label on the inside, it reflects beautifully instead of just being white like many other packages. The soap itself feels a bit like a gel, a bit thicker than regular soap. Which is good, it saves on the amount that comes out with each pump. It quickly becomes a creamy lather with water which feels luxurious. The scent is very nice, it smells fresh, clean, and natural at the same time because it smells of citrus and green tea. The scent lingers for a long time afterwards! A big plus is that it contains 96% natural ingredients, nature is incredible! Also a big plus that #mariestellamaris contributes to clean water worldwide with a project. The downside is the price, unfortunately I can’t afford to spend that amount on a hand soap. But a nice gift and fun to try! After we used the soap for a few days at home, I put the bottle back in the box and gave it to my mom as a housewarming gift, oh how happy she was! Really a nice thing to give as a gift to someone. Smells good but strong
Test pilot for fragrant luxury! Got to test this product as a test pilot for Marie-Stella-Maris. The product came in a nice box, sleek and sealed with a small sticker. Feels luxurious just by that, why is that, one wonders? 😄 Easy to “start” the product, you just remove a small plastic cap inside the cork and insert the sticks. The bottle itself is made of glass and feels genuine, heavy lovely glass, there we have the luxury feeling again! It is beautiful and sleek. Also nice are the stripes inside the label that reflect from different angles. The scent? Yes, thank you, it smells very good! But too strong! I placed it on a shelf in the hallway because we have both hockey equipment and a litter box that can smell less luxurious when you enter our home 😆 So, the scent from these diffuser sticks removes many of the less pleasant odors. But too strong! The first day I almost got a headache. In the picture, the bottle had been out for a day, I thought much of the liquid had been absorbed. Then I removed all the sticks except two that remain in the bottle. The other sticks that already had the scent in them I placed in the basement and bathrooms. The sticks will probably smell for a long time. Maybe I should hide one in my son's hockey bag, the whole locker room will smell of green tea and flowers 😆👏 The scent is, by the way, as described, we think it smells of green tea, citrus, and flowers. One suggestion would be to put some kind of closure at the very top of the cork instead of the bottle standing completely open. Maybe a small plastic cap where you can stick any number of sticks into holes that are sealed but etched so that when you insert a stick it releases just that seal. I think it smells so strong because the cork is open. Another suggestion might be to dilute the liquid more and make it more viscous. That way the scent would be dispensed in a milder degree. In summary, it is a nice, luxurious, and fragrant product. The price is on the high side and not something I would have bought myself, so it was fun to try something out of the ordinary! The downside is that it smells too strong, I wonder if my cats are intoxicated by the fumes in the home (joking aside)! Another downside is the price, dilute the liquid and make it more viscous so it lasts for more bottles in production instead. The best thing about the product and the brand is that they contribute to clean water in the world through a project. Big plus. So, a beautiful and luxurious product but I recommend only putting in one, max two sticks in the bottle. And not something I would buy myself because of the price. I had the honor of testing these fragrance sticks from the Marie-Stella-Maris collection in exchange for an honest review!☺️ My first impression was that the bottle and sticks had an incredibly sleek and very fresh feel. After just a day, the whole bathroom started to smell, and it felt incredibly intense to the point where you almost got a headache, but my other family members felt differently about this, so it varies from person to person. It also gives a bit of a spa feeling with the citrus scent and grass. And it really grows on you, because it’s a scent you either like or don’t, and it’s very individual🌿 The description said it would last 3-4 months, and I’ve had it for maybe just under 1 month, and in the second picture you can see how much is left now, and as you can see, it won’t last another 3 months, which is a bit disappointing in that way! I got the product to give an honest review☺️ The shower mousse was super good, had a soft foam, and the foam was much thicker in consistency than normal mousses, and the packaging was sleek so it gave a slightly more luxurious feel✨ The scent itself is a bit divided as I loved the scent at first, it reminds a bit of lemon without the sweetness, but it was strongly perfumed so for irritated skin maybe a bit too strong. But the positive was that the scent stays very strongly on the body. I had the opportunity to try Marie-Stella-Maris scent sticks, and I am very satisfied with the product. It smells really good and makes the room feel fresh with notes of citrus. I like that the scent spreads nicely without becoming too strong (a bit individual since I like strong scents). It gives a lovely feeling in the home, and I also think the bottle is very nice and fits well as a decorative detail. I think the scent lasts a long time and that the room/bathroom smells magical. Fresh hand soap with a citrus scent, which like all other products in the series, smells like a spa. You can tell it’s more exclusive than budget soaps because the texture of this one is soft and silky✨ It cleans without drying out the skin, which is great. The bottle is nice and sleek and makes a nice detail in the bathroom. I find the packaging practical since it’s small, which fits my small sink, and the pump is smooth and doesn’t get stuck or jam like budget soaps can. It’s made of glass, which makes me think it’s especially good as a refill. But here you really feel clean! However, it leaves a bit of a "squeaky" clean feeling on my skin. I haven't experienced it as drying, but I always moisturize after showering 🚿🫧☺️ Scent: Should smell of green tea, citrus, and sage. I find it extra tangy, almost grassy, and "green citrus." The scent reminds me a bit of lemongrass, but without sweetness, or bergamot. So very light, green, and fresh. I find the strength a bit milder than in the hand soap, but the scent still lingers a bit on the skin after showering 🌿🍋🟩 I'm torn about the scent. At first, I thought of household cleaning products and was a bit disappointed, but it has grown on me. A mix of fresh, lively fragrance with a lovely muskiness. 🫧 The first few days it was a very intense smell, so I placed the diffusers in the living room, which is our biggest room and often has a draft. But after a few days it calmed down and now it’s in the bathroom Really good scent and the bottle looks incredibly luxurious! What a luxury to get such a sleek but also excellent product delivered home! Incredible reed diffusers! The glass bottle and the sleek design give such a luxurious feel to the home. I've had the reed diffusers at home now for two weeks and am just as amazed by the fresh scent every time I walk through the door.
