    Soothing reactive skin 🩹

I accidentally used active skincare products a bit too harshly last week, so my skin totally freaked out. Red patches, small bumps, and flakiness. What do I do to calm the irritated skin? - Well, I dig out Klairs’ fantastic products from the bathroom cabinet. I already know I can trust these 🙌 A cleansing shower first, then I try to unfold this face mask. It’s made of tencel, which is especially good for sensitive skin. The texture is thin and sticky; I almost get a small outburst before I manage to stick it on my skin. It comes in 2 parts, and when I unfold one corner, the other corner wrinkles up again. I struggled with this for quite a while 😅 That’s why it doesn’t get a 5-star rating. But once it’s on, it stays well. I took the chance to do some “Netflix & chill” meanwhile, and after 30 minutes my skin was calm and moisturized. I patted in the excess from the packaging as an extra moisture boost before applying moisturizer. This is a product I think is good to put in the fridge for a while before applying. I have another one in stock. Maybe I’ll try it again after some time in the sun this spring/summer? 🌞

    Affordable but a bit sticky

I have had the honor of being #lykotestpilot to “Magic lube” from #rfsu 🪄 A hybrid lubricant that combines water and silicone. It is gynecologically tested & fragrance-free. Safe to use with both condoms and sex toys. The consistency is a bit thicker and the color is milky. The tube has a flip-top and it is an affordable tube of 150ml for 99:- It is easy to squeeze out the desired amount. It should be especially good for sensitive skin. I want a long-lasting glide, so I choose silicone-based over water-based. This one is a combination of both. My first impression is that it is economical as you only need a small pea for it to glide well 😅 The downside I experience is that it is hard to wash off. It leaves a film afterwards. If I don’t wash off the lubricant immediately, it becomes sticky and slimy, so I wouldn’t choose to use this for dry mucous membranes. It gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the usage and an extra ⭐️ for the price!

Hybrid lubricant that gives me hubris 😍

I have had the honor of being #lykotestpilot to ”Glow lube” from #rfsu 🤩 A hybrid lubricant that combines water and silicone. It is gynecologically tested & fragrance-free. Safe to use with both condoms and sex toys. The consistency is light and the color is milky. The tube has flärplock and it is a handy little tube of 75ml. Even though it is runny, it is easy to dose the desired amount. I prefer silicone-based lubricants as I find that water-based ones dry out too quickly. This little gem delivers like a silicone-based one but is just as easy to wash off as a water-based one. Besides delivering top-notch performance in sex, this is a multiproduct. I have issues with irritated mucous membranes after my period, but this was like a balm for my lower regions 🙌 It is incredibly affordable at 129:- Full marks from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Water-Based Classic Lube

I have had the honor of being #lykotestpilot to “Natural lube” from #rfsu 💦 A water-based lubricant that is supposed to mimic the body's natural moisture without stickiness and no leftover traces. It is gynecologically tested & fragrance-free. Safe to use with both condoms and sex toys. The consistency is a bit gel-like and the color is transparent. The tube has a flip-top and is generously sized with its 150ml. It is easy to squeeze the product out of the tube to get the desired amount. When the product comes into contact with body heat, it becomes a bit more runny 🔥 I personally prefer silicone-based lubricants as I find that water-based ones dry out too quickly, so you have to keep reapplying. That’s also my experience with this one. It is “the classic lubricant” - neither more nor less. A mediocrity simply. For that reason, it gets an average rating ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Good but not more than that.

All 3 packages are pretty and stylish with their dark purple color. The scent is fresh and the consistency is good for both shampoo and conditioner. Neither too runny nor too thick. It's easy to dose the right amount from the bottles, and I have a fondness for color choices on all products for the sake of simplicity, so it makes my heart beat a little extra for. I have typically Scandinavian hair with fine strands that easily become flyaway and electric. I just cut my very long hair to shoulder length, so I am a heavy user of dry shampoo and other volumizing products since my hair feels flat and lifeless most of the time, especially in this season. It's not a wow experience with either the shampoo or the conditioner, but they do what they are supposed to. I can't really agree that it gives "72 hours of volume and full hair" but it feels fresh and airy the day after washing at least. I haven't really gotten along with the volumizing spray, I unfortunately don't notice any difference after using it other than that it smells good. Will I buy the products? The shampoo and conditioner can certainly be purchased in the future, but not the volumizing spray, there I prefer regular dry shampoo to get volume and hold. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot has been allowed to try the product for free.

    Really good!

I bought this hand cream by chance when there was a deal on Dr Ceuracle, and it was/is really good. It absorbs quickly into the hands and leaves a soft and nice feeling without being too sticky. I am really sensitive to sticky products, so I sense a liiittle stickiness while my family members who have tested it do not experience the same thing at all 🫢 The scent is mild and smells kind of like regular hand soap, no strong scent at all which I appreciate. I already have a new tube in my handbag, so that indicates that it’s good enough that I repurchased it 🙌 There is a MINUS ➖ The screw cap… do I need to say more…?

    Yummy for Fruity Vanilla!

The perfume opens up with a floral orange-like 🍊 scent, then tones down to become more of a ”fruity vanilla” for me. It doesn’t trigger my migraine and works great as an everyday perfume considering the scent doesn’t have much ”weight” to it at all. I’m positively surprised by the longevity of the scent, it’s at least as good as my other significantly more expensive perfumes. I’m 40+ and my first thought was that I was well above the target age group 👵🏻 And I definitely thought it was a sporty perfume given the brand Adidas. Think how wrong I was 😁 The colors on the bottle give a clear hint of spring and summer 🧡 🩷 - which feels fantastic to dream away to like this at the end of February ⛄️ The spray bottle gives a concentrated and quite hard spray that places the perfume exactly where I want it 👌🏻 This is a keeper for me.

    A little sticky still…

This is a classic that has probably landed in the bathroom cabinet of most people at least once or twice 🎉 I had this as a favorite when I was younger and thought it was fantastic. But I think my skincare needs have changed since then because I don’t find it as fantastic now that I’m 40+ 👵🏻 I got a small tube as a gift when I bought other products from Biotherm and felt like “Yaaa, I’ve totally forgotten about this old gem,” but now that the tube is empty, I don’t feel the need to buy a full-size. There are better body lotions on the market today. I think the scent is okay, classic citrus that works with most perfumes. But I feel the stickiness right away. Even though I waited a while to get dressed, I don’t feel quite okay, but I should add that I really don’t like sticky skincare at all 🫢
