Dreamy scent & light feeling on the skin
It has a slightly lighter and smoother texture than Bum Bum Cream, which makes it absorb quickly into the skin without leaving any heavy feeling. And even though it feels so light on the skin, the scent lasts and the skin is left wonderfully soft and moisturized! I also love that it comes in a handy pump bottle, so practical and easy to dose. Since itβs a lightweight lotion, itβs perfect for daily use. If youβre looking for more intense hydration, itβs better to go for the classic Bum Bum Cream. Iβve really fallen for Sol de Janeiro Body Badalada! This is the kind of body lotion I actually look forward to using after the shower β and a lot of that is because of the amazing scent. π₯Ήπ€ The first thing I like is the texture. It feels light and smooth on the skin and absorbs quickly, so I donβt have to walk around feeling sticky afterward. Thatβs a big plus for me, especially when I want to get dressed pretty quickly. Lyko also describes it as a fast-absorbing lotion that leaves the skin soft and fragrant. But the scent is really what makes this one! πβ¨ I think it lasts a long time on the skin and makes me feel nicely scented long after Iβve applied it. Itβs almost like an extra step of perfume in the routine. I also like that it comes in a 400 ml bottle with a pump. Thatβs so convenient! I donβt have to dig into a jar and can just pump out the right amount. Plus, 400 ml feels like a big and generous amount that will last a long time. π€ The formula contains, among other things, hyaluronic acid for hydration as well as ingredients rich in vitamins E and K. I think the skin feels soft and well cared for after use, while the lotion still feels light. Above all, I think itβs perfect after the shower when I want soft skin + an amazing scent in one step. And if you then match it with a body mist from Sol de Janeiro, it really becomes a deluxe scent bomb. ππβ¨ The only small downside for me is that it doesnβt feel quite as intensely moisturizing as a really rich body butter. If the skin is super dry, Iβd probably choose something richer. But as an everyday lotion, I think itβs really lovely.
