Old faithful friend for my abused hair!
💖 I got the product for free as a #LYKOINFLUTESTER. I got to test a series of skincare products from #REDKEN, whose products from different lines have contributed for many years to saving my heavily bleached hair. Acidic Bonding Shampoo is therefore not a new acquaintance for me, but a product I have used before and still use. I can't say if the shampoo does anything so fantastically better, but the crucial thing is that the shampoo really doesn't do anything worse. It cleans so well without causing any extra wear on the hair, which feels strengthened and soft. I'm never afraid that hair strands will break, not even right after a session with my 40 vol developer. Sometimes I slack off and just use shampoo and maybe conditioner, and at those times I always use Acidic Bonding, as it makes my hair feel and look good without a bunch of extra caring products. However, I can't use it more than once a week, otherwise my hair gets a bit heavy, but that's to be expected with both panthenol and dimethicone (which care, protect, and are good for most hair and have been demonized on incorrect/overdue grounds 🤔) high up in the ingredient list. Once I finally learned how often my hair needs the shampoo, the negative effect disappeared immediately. The shampoo lathers a lot with a little product, and doesn't dry out either my hair or my sensitive, often slightly red scalp. The scent is neutral/unisex and mild, and I find that it completely washes out during rinsing. The packaging is practical and designed to be stood up and down when the product starts to run out. The colors are a hit or miss, but I love both colorful and white and sleek, so I think this grayish minimalist design is super pretty. ⭐️ After both several years of use and this testing period, I can still warmly recommend Acidic Bonding shampoo to those with very damaged hair that doesn't get weighed down too easily. However, if you have extremely thin, fine, and flat hair, you should use it in moderation, or look for another product. But for me, this shampoo is perfect, and I will continue to buy it as long as I bleach my hair 🥰 - Most helpful negativeThe user's roll: Lyko Creator. Shamefully bad
Shamefully bad I have thin bleached, fine hair that can easily feel and seem heavy. I also have thin hair strands, which makes it difficult to find a product that provides moisture but doesn't make it greasy. This is mild to say a disaster for my hair. After shampooing, my hair felt sticky, as if the product hadn't been rinsed out well enough, but it had. (girl, I promise...) The consistency is somewhat on the thicker side, with a luxurious scent that can feel heavy for many. On the first shampoo, it doesn't lather at all, (quite normal, as product residues are present) on the second it lathers very well, and the foam becomes thick and well distributed. I use about 1-2 teaspoons on my shoulder-length hair. After one day, my hair was so greasy that you would think I was back in puberty, only worse. It was shocking what had happened, I thought this was a coincidence, but it happened again the following day. Even dry shampoo gave up on my hair... After 1 week, I lost all hope and then gave the product to a friend. On her side, it was "fantastic!". The bottle is handy, as you can utilize 99% of all content by simply turning it upside down when you get close to the end. It comes with a flip-top lid, which is practical. Good to take with you on trips, as the bottle holds 300ml. Somewhat expensive shampoo, especially if you feel a bit "duped" if it crashes for you and your hair, on the other hand, I am glad I had the opportunity to test this for free :) This will probably suit you if you have a dry scalp, as well as bleached and chemically damaged/dry hair. Maybe it's gold for you! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #REDKEN #review2738 views- The user's roll: Employees at Lyko. The comment was made 1 yearsHey Dina Thank you so much for a super and honest feedback! It's nice to hear about different experiences with a product, and it seems like you got something that wasn't a match for your hair. Glad you could pass it on, and that your friend liked it Wishing you a lovely pre-Christmas season 🎄1 likes

A decent alternative for worn/dry hair
I have tested Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo. The shampoo has a rich consistency. Since I have very long hair, I feel that the rich consistency makes me need to use more shampoo than necessary. The shampoo has a fresh scent, so you feel like you have really clean hair after washing it with this. Unfortunately, what I experience with this shampoo is that it makes my hair very heavy. I also find that my hair gets greasy quickly when I have tried the product. A must for bleached hair
For those of us who have gone from dark to light hair, this shampoo is an absolute necessity. Since the lightening process is extremely harsh on the hair's inner structure, this shampoo is a must. The hair feels soft and not dry after use. (At the same time, the shampoo repairs the hair) Love everything in this series! Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo
I have now tested the Redken Acidic series for a few weeks, I basically have damaged hair with a tendency to frizz. This shampoo has a fairly thick consistency, unusual for me, but the advantage is that I didn’t need to use much product to wash my hair. It smells good and fresh with citrus. The packaging is practical with a flip cap. After use, the hair feels softer and smoother with less frizz. And after using the products over time, the hair feels healthier. The only downside I experience is that the hair can feel a bit heavy, so this shampoo might not be suitable for those with thin hair. Shampoo
I surprisingly liked this shampoo a lot. It lathers well, smells fresh, and the hair felt clean without becoming dry after washing. A big plus is that it doesn’t weigh the hair down. Together with the conditioner, I feel that the hair both looks and feels healthier. Very satisfied! Does what it promises
The Acidic Bonding series is supposed to strengthen the bonds in the hair and the hair's resistance to coloring and heat styling. I have bleached hair that is damaged from coloring, and it is dry/frizzy and tangles easily. The shampoo makes the hair softer, shinier, and it feels healthier. I find it very economical to use and it lathers easily. I also really like the scent; it simply feels fresh and clean. Together with the conditioner, I get very smooth hair without frizz. The only downside for me is that it unfortunately makes the hair a bit heavy, and it gets greasy quickly. So this is not an everyday shampoo for me and must be used sparingly. But if I need extra care, it is excellent, especially since you don't need a bunch of other products to achieve the same effect. Great product
I have tested this product on my many years bleached hair. The hair feels fresher and stronger after using this product. Will continue to use it now after the test period is over. Good for damaged hair
I have had the chance to test a series of hair care products from #REDKEN. I have been using Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo for a few weeks now, and I notice a big difference in my hair. The hair feels much stronger, easier to manage. The hair might get a bit "greasy" quickly when using the conditioner and bandage balm. But all in all, they smell good, the hair feels amazing, and I recommend the product. The Rescue for Damaged and Worn Hair
I have been using Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Shampoo for a few weeks now, and I notice a big difference in my hair. The hair feels much stronger, softer, and less frizzy after washing. I have quite damaged and bleached hair, and this shampoo actually makes the hair look healthier without feeling heavy. What I like best is that the hair becomes shiny and smooth while feeling clean for a long time. It also smells really good – a bit like a hair salon. I use it together with the conditioner from the same series, and the combination has really helped with dry ends and broken hair strands. The price is a bit high, but I feel it’s worth it because you need quite a small amount of product per wash. Especially recommended for damaged, bleached, or heat-treated hair. Perfect for damaged hair
Perfect for my hair, which is very damaged from bleaching. The scent is like you just came from the hairdresser, and I recommend it. After testing for a few weeks, I have found a new favorite. This one is good..
Have been using it for a while. Notice that the hair "tolerates" a bit more. The only thing is that with conditioner from the same series, the hair feels greasy. So using this series every other time will probably be better. Also smells good.69 views
