Really nice color and so easy to use
Got to try this and really like it! The color Feather is super pretty and gives such a natural and fresh tone to the cheeks. The texture feels really moisturizing on the skin, and despite my textured skin, it was easy and even to apply. I feel that many creamy products emphasize texture, but not the #milkmakeup products. The blush lasted wonderfully on the skin throughout the day, still without powdering. The product packaging is beautiful and simple, yet at the same time eye-catching and functional. The Cloud 9 shade suits my fair skin: my skin but better effect. I fell in love but must admit that I will buy these very, very rarely – the reason being the price, which is at the limit of my budget. Super satisfied
This definitely became my favorite of the two blush sticks I tested. Vapor has a softly blurring, matte finish with a kind of soft focus effect, and I think it melts very nicely into the skin without looking dry or powdery. The color also matches my skin tone much better and gives a natural, flattering flush. I especially like that the formula still feels soft and comfortable even though the finish is more matte. It’s easy to apply and blend out, and I think the result looks very even and like a “second skin” on the cheeks. On the lips, it wasn’t quite my favorite, but as a blush I liked it very much. It should be said that I generally don’t like multi-products on the lips. The new packaging is also a big improvement. The old Milk sticks I had could be a bit tricky to use, and I found that they dried out quite quickly. This one feels much more refined, and I love that you can now see the color on the lid. Nice color, but not very matte
Was so lucky to receive the relaunch of the “Lip + Cheek Blur Stick” from Milk Makeup as #lykoinflutester! 🤍 I’ve been so incredibly excited about the relaunch of Milk Makeup’s iconic makeup sticks, as I was never a big fan of the previous version of these sticks. What’s new is mainly: ▫️More product, 8 g instead of 6 g. ▫️New shape of the sticks and new packaging with a new closing mechanism. And there’s a picture of the color on the top. ▫️Creamy formula that contains lots of skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, jojoba seed oil, etc. ▫️More color shades (24 before, now 32) The difference between this and the regular “Lip + Cheek” is that this one is supposed to have a blurring, matte effect on the skin as well. I chose this in the color “Vapor.” A beautiful mauvy pink 🩷 I prefer to apply this directly on a brush instead of directly on the cheeks. Mostly to have more control over the product and to be sure I don’t ruin the base underneath. But honestly, these are so soft and creamy that I doubt they would ruin the base. But this color is also incredibly pigmented, so applying it like that can be pretty smart 😃 The formula is so smooth and easy to blend for an even result. But honestly, I don’t see much of the blurring and matte effect it’s supposed to give. I actually think I look quite glowy after applying. Luckily, I prefer glowy cheeks over matte ✨ This is also incredibly nice on the lips to get a tone-on-tone look with lips and cheeks. Moisturizing and a nice color that matches the cheeks 🥰 I’m also a big fan of the new packaging. It looks much more luxurious now than before. And being able to see the color on the top is a big plus. Very happy with this. Soft focus and satin feel 🩷
For reference: I don’t give 5 stars on products unless I really think they’re good! This multi-stick you can really use on the face. As you can see in my video, I use it on cheeks, eyes, and lips 👄 and it applies super nicely! Buildable color, actually blurs the skin as promised, and easy to blend out! And as always, I loooove makeup that also has some good skincare in it. You feel hydrated 💧 I have sensitive skin with rosacea/a bit of acne. Doesn’t cause breakouts. Super!!
I really like this multi-stick! It’s super easy to use and gives a nice, natural color on both cheeks and lips. I especially like that you can build up the color depending on how much you want. It melts nicely into the skin and doesn’t feel heavy or cakey. I have very acne-prone skin and have used this for a few weeks, I haven’t noticed any new pimples or breakouts, which I’m super happy about!! I think it gives a nice glow without being too glittery. I also love that you can use the same product on both lips and cheeks, which makes it perfect when you want a quick and easy makeup look. I like to keep it in my handbag for when I need to do small touch-ups! The only negative is the price – I think it’s a bit expensive for the amount of product you get. But overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely buy it again! Blush that melts into the skin
This blush, true to its name, perfectly blurs into the face. The texture is very creamy and when applied, it feels like the product melts onto the skin. The shade is beautiful both on the cheeks and also on the lips. Especially on the lips, the pigmentation is really strong, so you can use a very small amount and still get a striking result. A small downside is that I think the product doesn’t smell very pleasant. Lovely color and good pigmentation!
#lykoinflutester #milkmakeup Ether is an incredibly lovely red-purple color! 🍁💕It looks a bit more pink/burgundy on the skin, so it wasn’t quite as "berry" as I first thought, but I love it anyway. 💕Pigment & finish: Good pigmentation, so here it’s enough to be a bit sparing when applying and rather build up. Since this is a matte/blur variant, it’s a bit more matte than I’m usually used to, but very pretty on. ✨Application: A good tip with this stick is not to apply it directly on the face, as it can feel a bit difficult to blend out without rubbing too much (considering foundation etc. underneath). It works much better to warm up the product on the back of your hand or warm it into the brush before applying! 💖On the lips: I also tested it on the lips, but found it felt a bit dry/matte and smudged a little easily there (however, I’m used to only using lip liner and gloss). 💕Durability & packaging: It lasts incredibly well throughout the day! Very stylish and practical packaging. ✨Overall: Since I got to test this via Lyko, I have to honestly say I’m unsure if I would buy it with my own money considering the price, as I like other similar products that are cheaper. Perfect that you can use it on both lips & cheeks😍
I had the honor to test & review 5 products from Milk Makeup & here is what I think about their Lip + Cheek Blur Stick in the shade Wisp. I love the packaging, sleek & nice. The color is very pretty & goes well with the rest of the makeup. It has good pigmentation, is easy to blend out with a brush & can be built up if you want more color.🤩 The texture is quite thick but at the same time creamy. It therefore feels a bit heavy on the skin before you blend it out, but once blended it feels very nice & melts beautifully into the skin. It also works well with my foundation & concealer. I like the finish, it’s a bit glowy but at the same time blurred & the skin looks hydrated instead of dry. It can also be used without a base if you just want a little blush on the cheeks 😊 The wear time is okay. I also really like that it’s multiuse & can be used on both cheeks & lips, which makes it very convenient.
