This foundation gives an even and beautiful skin tone while feeling light on the skin ✨ What I've noticed after using it: It has very good coverage but still feels light and not heavy 💖 It smooths the skin really nicely and gives a smooth “blurred” effect 😍 The finish is natural and fresh, with a nice balance between matte and glow ✨ I've actually received so many compliments since I started using it – people say my makeup looks absolutely perfect 🥹💕 I have quite a few blemishes, and this – without exaggerating – covers everything and “blurs” the skin like a filter. I’m sorry but I hate this😭 I tried everything to get this to work! With primer and without, with different moisturizers and products, and with all of them I always have the same problem: The foundation moves and doesn’t stick. At first, this foundation seemed quite good, a light coverage consistency that gives a velvety finish. Sounds good to me. I also liked this bottle, I can imagine that you can squeeze out the last drops when the time comes. The shade was darker than expected, but on the face, the color difference thankfully wasn’t as radical as in the example video. I could have definitely chosen a lighter shade. When applying the foundation, you can already notice how the base doesn’t adhere to the face but moves and brings out everything that you just covered well. Also, no other makeup product on top seemed to stay in place. Even powder didn’t seem to have any effect. All impurities/acne scars shine through, and the makeup looks messy and cheap. If a collar or something touches the face, all the makeup has wiped off that area. Also, the oiliness of the face was maximal even though this cream was supposed to control it😮 By the end of the day, the foundation had also settled into the lines and around the nose. I have now tested this foundation from Lumene, and I am truly impressed! What I like best is the light coverage that feels natural on the skin, while giving a beautiful, matte finish. It evens out the skin tone in a fantastic way without feeling heavy or cakey.❣️ The very best part is how incredibly long it lasts throughout the day on my skin. It stayed perfect all day, from morning to night, with no need for touch-ups. For me, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a foundation. An absolute favorite that I warmly recommend! Easy use cover foundation
This cover foundation from Lumene is both light and handy to use. I chose shade 1.5 as I thought it would match my skin tone right now. My skin is a typical combination skin with drier areas and a greasier T-zone. I also have mature skin with pigmentation and fine lines. The packaging is plastic, 30 ml, with a smart “drop-shaped” tip at the top. This makes it easier to get out and apply the right amount, which also makes it economical to use. It’s easy to apply and has a nicely runny consistency. It’s a perfect size to take with you on the go. 😇 I have used it as everyday makeup and it has given a nice base coverage. Then I remembered I could test it on my horrible bruises I got after crashing my bike. 🙈😁😅 It is bikini season and heatwave after all. The pictures clearly show before and after on one of the worst bruises. It doesn’t cover 100%, but it still looks significantly better and is less noticeable. 😎 I find it a bit uneven in its coverage, but I did choose to apply it with my fingers. A makeup sponge would probably have been preferable in hindsight. 😅😇 I really like Lumene’s products as they are also relatively affordable. Right now there is also a promotion, so the price is even more advantageous. In summary, this is a good budget foundation that serves its purpose. However, it’s important to find the right tone as the skin changes depending on the season. I am really pleasantly surprised by the Lumene Blur Even Cover Foundation. I have relatively sensitive skin that easily gets red and sometimes breaks out, especially on the chin, so I am quite picky when it comes to foundations. However, this one worked really well on my skin. It gave a nice and even coverage without feeling heavy or cakey. What I appreciated the most was that my freckles were still visible, which gives a natural result instead of a fully covering mask. Additionally, the foundation didn’t settle into my fine lines or wrinkles but stayed looking nice throughout the day. I also found that it looked fresh for a long time and didn’t highlight dry patches. For me, it was the perfect combination of a natural finish, good durability, and a pleasant feel on the skin. I have been assigned as #lykoinflutester to test this product 😊 My skin: • oily • sensitive • redness • rosacea My thoughts: I have wanted to try this for a while now and was so happy when I got the chance to test it (plus two other products) I really think it “blurred” and I LOVE that it covered my red cheeks. 🥰 I like that it feels light on the skin while having an even and high coverage and that it has a radiant matte finish without drying out the skin. 😊 The product contains skin-caring niacinamide and Nordic blueberries for a smoother skin texture. Nice and Covering Finish
As a #lykoinflutester, I got to try three products from Lumene. The Even Cover Blur foundation is light on the skin but still provides good coverage. I've tried applying it with fingers, sponge, and brush, and I probably prefer fingers. That way, you don't have to wash brushes afterward 😝. With a sponge, it looked more natural and had lighter coverage, and with a brush, I think it was too thick. The color 1.75 is a bit light on me in the summer, but since it is so covering, I think it suits winter best. I have rosacea, so I prefer a base that can cover the red areas. The consistency is quite liquid compared to Lumene's CC cream, which I usually use. It is gentle on my sensitive skin. One downside is that it settles around the nose in a not-so-flattering way. Works great
As part of #lykoinflutester, I got to try this foundation from #lumene in shade 1.5. In recent years, I’ve hardly used foundation. Partly because fewer steps make makeup faster, and partly because it often looks cakey after a while. I was curious if this would make me change my routine, but no. Only yesterday when I used it to cover the redness on my nose and cheeks from slacking on SPF when the sun finally came out. + good packaging that, despite the very runny consistency, makes it possible not to get too much out + barely feels on the skin + even result The first picture shows half the face with and half without foundation to show the redness it covered. The second picture is right after finished makeup and the third is several hours later. Really good
I had the chance to test this foundation as part of #influtester and have now put it thoroughly to the test. I have combination skin and often struggle with getting oily and shiny on my forehead by the afternoon. This foundation really impresses here! It holds up incredibly well from morning to night without my T-zone getting shiny. The formula itself is quite runny in consistency. However, I find this very positive during application because it makes it extremely easy to blend out and work into the skin. I used a makeup sponge, and it gives a very even and seamless result. It also keeps its promise regarding the finish; it blurs pores and unevenness beautifully and leaves a very nice, semi-matte surface just as promised. My only real criticism concerns the product’s coverage. According to the description from #lumene, it should provide "high coverage," but in my experience, a single layer gives more of a light to medium coverage. It can definitely be built up if you want a more full coverage result, but personally, I don’t think you should have to work in multiple layers when a product is explicitly marketed as high coverage. Perfect everyday foundation
Got to test this from Lyko and I had been using the same foundation for way too long. So I thought this test would disappoint me... But wow, was I wrong!! Perfect everyday foundation that lasts all day. To be completely honest, when I first got it, I thought it was incredibly small. But Lumene has lasted forever and I've used it almost every day. The packaging is exactly as expected, not flashy but solid. The price is really, really good Durability is insane! It’s been put to work, I can say. Bad air on construction sites and warm weather. Of course, it hasn’t been flawless, it faded a bit around the nose and forehead. But after 10 hours, that’s actually a bit expected if you’ve been careless with moisturizing beforehand. A bit about my skin I have sensitive skin that easily gets pimples, dry and "mature skin" But I think this was absolutely phenomenal! I will DEFINITELY buy it again! As an influencer, I got to test products from Lumene, which happens to be one of my go-to brands already, so the excitement was total! Especially since for several years now, I have exclusively used Lumene's CC cream instead of foundation. I tested the Blur Even Cover foundation in shade 1.75. I think it has a sleek packaging in a small and handy size. It also has a light liquid formula that's easy to get out of the packaging, though I'm really a sucker for tubes to really get the last bit out when you reach the end. It's described as "providing high even coverage with a light feel," and I can only agree. I'm generally very "rosy" in my face and have some pimples; the foundation does a perfect job covering that and preventing all my emotions from showing on my face, which easily happens when I get stressed or exert myself as everything flares up immediately. At the same time, my birthmarks are still visible, and it doesn't give a heavy or cakey feeling or look like a regular foundation does. For exactly that reason, I basically only use CC cream otherwise and never foundation, but this one hits all the points I'm after. This lady rarely goes for full glam these days, usually aiming for natural everyday makeup, which this one nails. It promises 16 hours of wear, and I have nothing to argue against; it holds up and looks just as nice right after applying makeup as after a tough night shift at work or a day in the sun. I've used it both with and without powder, mostly depending on whether I wanted a more matte look or a real summer glow. Lumene Blur Even Cover - Longwear Foundation
I am usually very satisfied with Lumene's base products, and their CC Cream is a big favorite of mine. Therefore, I was excited to test the Blur Longwear Foundation in shade 2C, which turned out to be a good match for my skin tone. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the foundation to work the way I wanted. I tried different application techniques but still experienced that the product didn't adhere properly to the skin. When I finally got it to stay, the result was often a bit patchy and uneven. The texture feels light and comfortable, and the shade suits me well, but throughout the day I noticed the foundation moving on my skin and losing the nice finish it had upon application. Unfortunately, this wasn't a hit for me, although it may work better for other skin types.
