Excellent sun protection for the face!
I have tested ”Anthelios UVmuneUltra Light SPF50+ 50 ml” from La Roche Posay for about 4 weeks. I have also tested two other sun protection products from the same brand that are reviewed separately. My skin is mature, freckled, light with both pigmentation and scars. As a dog owner, I spend a lot of time outdoors in all weather, so my face is very exposed, and I am therefore careful with both cleansing and moisturizing. The consistency is quite runny, and make sure to shake the bottle well before use. It is easy to apply, feels a bit sticky at first but is absorbed by the skin and works excellently as a base for makeup. The packaging is quite dull, but the format is perfect when you are on the go. The cream has a high sun protection factor, UVB and UVA protection. It is also fragrance-free and does not clog the pores, so the skin can breathe and feels really well moisturized! It is perfect to use around the eyes, which are otherwise a sensitive area, this is a big plus for me as I am sensitive to sunlight and almost always have to wear sunglasses in strong sunlight. I have also tested two other sun protection products from the same brand that will be reviewed separately. My skin is light, freckled, mature with quite a bit of pigmentation and scars. I get sunburned easily and turn red at first, which then turns into As a dog owner, I spend a lot of time outdoors and have been waiting a long time for summer to come after the cold spring. The spring sun is especially strong, so out come the sunglasses and the face is slathered😎😅 I rarely get burned on my face but quickly get increased pigmentation and not least more freckles. The consistency is relatively runny, so make sure to shake the bottle well before use. I have tested the sunscreen "Anthelios Hydration Lotion SPF50+ 250 ml" from La Roche Posay for about 4 weeks. The cream has both a high sun protection factor and UVA and UVB protection. This is the first time I have used this brand as sunscreen. My skin is mature, relatively light with pigmentation, freckles, and scars. I get easily sunburned in the spring, and then my skin first turns red; this spring we had to wait extra long, which meant that the need for sunscreen was small. When the sun finally hit us with a storm, I of course missed applying it on the first day, which resulted in a severe sunburn on my back and front 🙈😎🫣. After that, I applied it thoroughly and quickly noticed that the cream really did its job! 🤗 The consistency is somewhat runny and easy to apply. It feels sticky at first, but the skin absorbs the product fairly quickly, and it is economical to use. The packaging could perhaps leave more to be desired, even though it is environmentally friendly, the lid has a tendency to open, and then the cream leaks out, turning the beach bag into a sticky mess 😎😬. It is fragrance-free, which is a plus since you just want to "sunbathe", swim, and do other outdoor activities. It is also water-resistant, which makes it easier since it is easy to forget that you often need to reapply. I have only tested the cream on my body as I have also tested two other products from La Roche Posay that are for the face. Moisturizing & Detangling
I have tested this leave-in treatment in a standalone collaboration with Vision Haircare, and it is by far the best leave-in product I have tried! 😍 My hair is long, thick, naturally curly, and easily gets frizzy. Moisturizing shower oil 💦
After about 4 weeks of testing this lovely shower oil, my skin feels both moisturized and soft. 🙏🏻🥰 The packaging is simple and practical with its hygienic pump function. It also means you don’t need to "waste" too much shower oil as it is very economical to use. It has a pleasant and fresh scent and can be used by the whole family. It cleans deeply and feels really nice on the skin. The consistency is like an oil and somewhat viscous, which then spreads nicely when massaged into the body in the shower. Afterwards, my skin feels really moisturized, so I, who normally always use body lotion after showering, have no need for it any longer. Moisturizing Serum
I have tested this Face Glow Vitamin C Booster for about 1 month along with 3 other skincare products from ACO. The packaging is luxurious with a glass bottle. It is also both practical and hygienic with its pump function. The consistency is slightly runny but quite concentrated and easy to spread on the face. I have used it on a daily basis together with ACO's cleansing mousse and face cream, which have been reviewed separately. Unfortunately, I have not experienced that it gives any direct “glow,” but it is quickly absorbed by the skin and moisturizes deeply. It has a certain effect on the pigment spots on my mature skin with lines/wrinkles. Being a dry skin type this time of year, it really does its job from a moisturizing perspective. 😇😍 The price is quite OK even though I would have wished for a bit more effect based on what it promises in the description. Nourishing & Moisturizing Face Cream
I have tested this lovely face cream from ACO for about 4 weeks. My skin is a typical combination skin with an oilier T-zone and drier areas otherwise. I also have mature skin with pigmentation and associated lines and smaller wrinkles. The packaging is quite simple but practical. It’s convenient to squeeze out the desired amount that can easily be applied to the face. The consistency is composed and makes it very economical to use. It’s easy to distribute the cream, and the skin really feels moisturized and soft afterward. It also works excellently as a base for makeup as it is on the oilier side. It is fragrance-free, which is a plus since so many skincare products mostly contain fragrance that can sometimes take over. It contains hyaluronic acid and vitamin E and really cares for the skin. I have used it both morning and night even though this is actually a day cream.
