Great serum!
I have tested this serum as a test pilot, and I think it works well! I have used the serum after cleansing my face and before the moisturizer in the same series. The consistency is a bit stickier than I usually prefer in a serum, but it evens out nicely when applied to the skin. The product absorbs quickly into the skin, and it feels soft and hydrated, while also giving a nice glow. The serum is scented, but the fragrance doesn't bother me. I can imagine that people with sensitive skin might react to it. PS. I see that many are commenting on the applicator of this product, but that's because the cap shouldn't be twisted off – it should be pulled straight off. Absorbs well into the skin
I have tested this cream for three weeks now as a test pilot, and I am generally satisfied with the product! I have combination skin, so I was a bit worried if the cream would be too greasy. It felt quite thick at first upon application, but melts nicely into the skin. The cream gives a nice glow, and the skin feels hydrated. I have been using it daily for three weeks now, but I haven't noticed any significant anti-aging effect yet. But I also didn't expect to see results after such a short time. The cream has a quite noticeable perfume scent. It doesn't bother me, but I think those with very sensitive skin might react more to the scent. Gives very soft hair!
I have been so lucky to test Noberu's 9 Wonders All-in-one spray! It has a light mist that distributes nicely in the hair, even though the spray itself comes out a bit uneven, almost like a two-stream spray. Still easy to work with and easy to distribute in the lengths. I love the scent! A luxurious and quite strong scent of cedar wood that gives the feeling of freshly styled salon hair. The smell lingers in the hair for a long time! The hair feels silky soft and smooth after use, and is noticeably easier to brush. Gives a nice shine and makes the hair more manageable, especially in dry lengths. Works well as both a leave-in and heat protectant, but I don't think it works against frizz.. Good conditioner
The conditioner has a creamy and soft consistency that is easy to distribute through the lengths. Smells really good, and has the same fresh and luxurious scent as the shampoo, and the scent lingers in the hair after use. The hair definitely feels softer and more manageable after rinsing, and it almost feels like there’s no need for a hair mask when using this. Even though the conditioner promises anti-frizz, I can’t say that frizz is noticeably reduced for me. And even though the hair feels softer, I wish for a bit more moisture, as my lengths get dry very quickly. Silky Soft Hair
The shampoo has a soft and creamy consistency that is easy to distribute in the hair. Lathers well and has a luxurious scent that gives a bit of the same feeling as after a visit to the hairdresser. The scent also lasts long after washing. The hair feels silky soft and smooth after the shower, and looks both healthier and more well-groomed. Even though the shampoo is marketed as anti-frizz, I can't say that my hair is noticeably less frizzy. But I haven't experienced that with other shampoos either. Doesn't weigh the hair down and gives a good, clean feeling that lasts. The hair feels light and pleasant even days after washing. Wow for a glow!
I have been so lucky to test the NARS Light Reflecting Luminizer in the shade Electra, and I just have to say WOW, This highlighter is something special. The color is absolutely gorgeous, has lots of shimmer, and gives a golden glow to the skin. It applies evenly and nicely on the skin, blends in easily, and works well layered with the rest of the makeup. What’s nice about this is that the effect is buildable, so you can regulate how much shimmer you want based on the look you’re going for. Even if you apply it multiple times, the result is still natural and doesn’t streak like other highlighters can. I don’t often use highlighter for everyday, but I can easily use this for just a little extra glow on the cheekbones. Melts into the skin
I’ve been so lucky to test the NARS makeup stick, which can be used for so much! For me, I’ve mostly used this as a blush stick😊 The color Orgasm Crave is, in my opinion, the perfect pink shade! Just light enough, and it matched my skin tone well. As several have mentioned, the stick isn’t very pigmented on the first application, but I actually think it’s nice that the product has a buildable effect depending on how strong of a color you want. I went over my skin 2-3 times before I was satisfied with the color result. I dabbed the brush directly on the stick, and then worked the product into my skin. It melts easily into the skin without creating unnatural lines, even with several rounds to achieve a buildable effect. I also love that it has a little hint of shimmer! It gives a nice glow without being too much. Works for everyday, but can also be built up more if you want a little extra shine. Brightens under the eyes!
I’ve been so lucky to test Nars’ concealer in the shade Vanilla, and I’ve been trying it for a little while now. I have very fair skin, and this matched perfectly in color and has a neutral undertone! The consistency is quite thick, which means you need very little product at a time. It’s a bit unusual for me to use concealer in a jar, which might be a bit more cumbersome than with an applicator, but it works fine. I liked best to first dab a little product on the skin with my finger before I worked it in with a brush. The result might have been even better with a beauty blender, but I don’t use that so often in my daily routine. What I really LOVE is how it brightens under the eyes and effectively hides dark circles. The result looks fresh and awake without becoming cakey. I’ve tried to show the brightening effect in the video. The price is a bit high for a concealer, but I think it delivers on what it promises, and the finish holds up nicely throughout the day. Even mist and good scent!
I have used a lot of different heat protection sprays over the past years, and I really liked this one! I have always had long hair that quickly becomes dry at the ends, so I am very focused on the spray protecting my hair as well as possible when using heat. This spray is like a light mist and distributes evenly in the hair without weighing it down. See video for illustration. I had a highly loved ghd a few years ago, but I had forgotten how GOOD these are! The straightener heats up in just a few seconds and is ready to use. It straightens the hair quickly and leaves a soft and shiny result. I love that the iron is also very rounded at the edges, as it also works well for making curls! I see that several mention it as a disadvantage that the iron doesn't have different heat settings. For me, I usually never have a higher heat than 185 degrees anyway, to protect the hair as much as possible.
