Lately, my hair has been breaking a lot due to too strong bleaching/highlighting :( In the gym locker room, I looked at my ponytail and was shocked at how dry, broken, and lifeless it looked! So I decided that now I need to invest in hair products again to stop the breakage and make my hair look lively again. The before and after pictures were taken on the same day, can you believe it! 1. I washed my hair with K18’s deep cleansing shampoo to remove all heavy product residues and accumulated metals/minerals from my hair. 2. I applied the fragrance-free hair mask from the Finnish brand Sim Sensitive DS, which is seriously good! You could tell from the texture that it would do good for the hair. I let it sit for at least 10 minutes. 3. My favorite conditioner <3 Redken’s acidic color gloss. My coarse hair needs a thick conditioner that really moisturizes and makes the hair smooth + shiny. Many of Redken’s lines are great for this. 4. Then almost the most important thing, the leave-in conditioner! The job of the leave-in conditioner is to lock in all the benefits of the hair care products applied in the shower. The product itself also adds extra moisture, shine, and most importantly protects the hair and prevents breakage. Also, Redken’s all soft moisture restore leave-in conditioner contains heat protection and smells absolutely wonderful. Good buy! 5. Then I blow-dried my hair and finished with Kerastase glaze drops hair oil… Such an amazing result!
