I bought this a bit spontaneously since I have some blackheads that tend to get encapsulated. I usually use this after I've tried to soften the pores a bit. Bought this in the summer since I love the LED mask from the same brand and thought who would say no to prettier lips. Don't wait to buy
I am a huge fan of face masks, everything from sheet masks to gel to clay. This mask from Beauty of Joseon is something completely different though. 🧼 I thought it would be like a clay, but it's like putting on a pearl cream ✨ I usually use a pretty thick layer and let it sit for about 20 minutes, then I take damp pads and massage it into my face before rinsing. 🧖♀️ The skin is left feeling like a completely new texture. If you have a pimple or a small sore from something you squeezed, it has healed for me at least. The skin also doesn't get dry, which is why I don't use clay masks too often. I have combination skin that is acne-prone and gets easily clogged - but not from this. A favorite
I think in many cases budget products don't live up to what they're said to do. However, this liquid contour does not fall into that category, I use the shade 1 fair. As you can see in the picture, I have a pale/light complexion and this gives me a perfect cool tone. You don't need much product and it's creamy in consistency but not so much that it smudges. I started using this cream in the summer when my skin started to break out. I had done stronger salon treatments in the spring that my skin wasn't quite fond of. Damaged skin barrier, pimples, clogged pores, and red marks. I bought both this and number 147 because I was unsure what my skin exactly needed. I love the gel consistency of this, for my part, I experience when the skin feels clogged, and acne-prone skin definitely doesn't want a cream that's too thick and heavy. Would have given 100 ⭐️ if I could
A real lifesaver I unfortunately have atopic eczema that at certain times has caused really severe and troublesome skin issues. 🌪️ During a stressful period in 2023, I got it on my lips and around my mouth and looked like this (picture) for about a year. The appearance may be one thing, but the pain became severe. ❤️🩹 That’s why this is my most important tip, I tried pretty much all lip products and home remedies I could find. Everything got temporarily better or worse. This lip balm comes in a ton of colors and even the nipple balm from the same brand works as a multi-balm for other dry areas on the body. 💦 I think I needed a product that was completely natural and didn’t contain anything water-based. This contains only natural products, basically just lanolin. Even the color is derived from nature. 🌱 Since I started using this balm, I have one in pretty much every bag, at home, at work, you name it. They last a long time and are completely affordable. Nice ingredients
I got to try this cleansing balm as a test pilot for Lyko 🧴, which I am very grateful for since I love trying new things, especially from K-beauty brands. Right now Mamonde is exclusively for Lyko, so it feels extra fun to try such premium products. My impression of the brand is that they go a bit beyond the usual standard products with both ingredients and formula. Fun with a playful design, it stands out in the bathroom cabinet and in stores. I'm not a fan of jars as I find it a bit unhygienic to dip fingers into the jar. Maybe it would be good if a spatula was included? My skin 👩🏻🦰: has combination skin, oily t-zone with dry areas on the rest of the face. It gets easily clogged but still tolerates all active ingredients. I currently have a slight hormonal imbalance. ❤️🩹 So fun with a cleansing balm with such a nice ingredient list including: aha, bha, pha, and my favorite ingredient; centella. For me, this worked best with damp hands on dry skin; if I applied it directly on dry skin and my eyebrows, it pulled out some hair due to my brow gel.
