  Oh over expectations

  Silk’n is an exciting brand that specializes in professional aesthetic products for home use. You can use them easily, safely, and effectively at home with what is normally provided in clinics. They currently have many different products. This LED tool is specifically for the lip area. In 3-5 min/day, the lips should look more hydrated and appear more naturally plump. Pigmentation should be reduced. Wrinkles are minimized. Yes, a lot is promised, and I was very skeptical before starting. I tried not to have an opinion but was hesitant from the start! How did it go? Well, first I want to say that it is very easy to use, goes quickly as long as you get it into a routine. You can smoothly and easily choose between programs. With the ergonomically shaped nozzle, it feels pleasant to use, simple, and completely pain-free. You look a bit nerdy, but you have to accept that, right? Before using, I made sure my lips were clean from makeup, and then I placed the nozzle as it automatically fits. After that, I started the device and ran it for the full time, about 3-5 min/session. Afterwards, I use some type of lip balm to further enhance the effect. In my video, I show how I use it and the results after 2 weeks of use. Turn on the sound, and you’ll hear me describe what I’m doing. I have very small and thin lips, and this actually gave me fuller lips already after a couple of weeks of regular use. But you can’t expect any super dramatic effect without having reasonable expectations and patience. I like that it’s easy to take with you, it’s hygienic since the nozzle is made of food-grade silicone that is both removable and washable. So it’s easy to keep clean. The only downside I can see is that it requires regularity to get results! But if you can establish a routine, this is definitely a device I can recommend. Especially for those of us who might want slightly fuller lips but don’t want to use any injections or similar. The effect on wrinkles probably requires longer use. [hashtag] [hashtag]

  I got to test this gadget from #silkn "LUMILIPS", since I am #lykoinflutester A handy thing to get fuller, plumper lips, reduce pigmentation spots, and it’s also supposed to minimize wrinkles/lines according to the advertisement... It has a preset timer of 5 minutes - so just put it in your mouth, press On (1 or 2 presses depending on which setting you want). Easy to use when you’re, for example, watching TV or lying on your back. I have used it every day during the testing period. I’ve alternated every other day with Setting 1 and every other day with Setting 2. Did it give me any results then...? Haha NO, really not!!! I can’t see any difference at all, and no one in my vicinity has noticed anything either 😂 So unfortunately, this thing doesn’t get a good rating from me. I am still incredibly grateful that I got to try it!!

Results can vary greatly between different people with Silk’n LumiLips. Some notice a difference after a few weeks, for others it may take longer, etc. The LED technology may need more time for visible results, but if you don't see any change after a while, it might be worth trying other products or methods.   Spent on long-term effects

  I've been testing this fancy thing for almost 3 weeks due to Helthjem...... such red light devices need to work over time to see/feel effects, but I feel like I have a bit to say anyway😊 ●It has a nice appearance ●It's light and comfortable to use ●Hygienic, easy to clean It makes no noise and stops by itself after about 5 minutes. As I said, there aren't big differences, but I will continue to use it to see long-term effects. I think the price is fair if I get results, but if it's just a little immediate "plump" and a bit redder color, then it's not the right price... If you like such gadgets, just add one to the collection 🤭🤷👍

  I received this sent to me this summer and was super happy to get to test it. As #lykoinflutester I love getting a new package from Lyko. I am an adult with lines around my mouth and I feel like I've gotten smaller lips over the years. So I read the intro book and started with 4 minutes every evening after cleansing my skin. What I experienced was that the lines around my mouth became a little less (I think), but I didn't notice anything regarding getting a little bigger 👄, but now I might have used it for too short a time, so I will start again and use it over an even longer period. I don't know if I can say run and buy here since I personally don't feel that it gave me what it promised. But it can of course work better for others with a different skin type. #silk’n #lykoinflutester

  I have been able to test this LED lip mask from Silk’n over the past few weeks 🌸 Below you can see my review: 🌺 PRECONDITIONS I haven’t had many problems with dry lips or similar, I feel that I am very careful to moisturize them, but sometimes I may need to scrub if I want things like lipstick or other to look better and last longer. I haven’t tested fillers or similar before, so getting to try this product has been very fun, as I have been very curious about what results it can provide. My skin around my mouth is actually nothing remarkable, it is quite “normal”. It rarely gets dry and I don’t notice any significant fine lines. 🌺 PLUS - Gives a plump result immediately - LOVE that it counts the time and turns off by itself, so you don’t have to think about how long it has been on. - Easy to use since you can do other things in the meantime - Notice a difference after just a few uses - Lips feel softer and I think they look more “plump” 🌺 MINUS - It has been a bit difficult to get comfortable with, and can feel a bit uncomfortable to have in your mouth, but that goes away after a few uses. - A bit too bright light for my eyes, you get used to it after a minute, but it is bright. Which is also the only reason it doesn’t get 5 ⭐️ from me 🌺 OVERALL IMPRESSIONS - I was positively surprised by this product. I don’t know if I’m imagining it, but either way, I think it succeeds in making lips fuller in a convenient, and not too expensive, way. - I really like that it has two different modes that you can switch between, which I have also done.   I was so excited to try this LED lamp for lips and have now been using it every day for a few weeks. It’s a sleek and easy-to-use product as it comes with a mouthpiece to have in your mouth, it only takes 5 minutes each day and is convenient to use while doing things in everyday life. I find the product handy, stylish, has a long-lasting battery as I’ve only had to charge it once since I got it. After using this for a few weeks every evening after cleansing my face, I would say my lips feel a tad fuller and softer than they did before.   I had the exciting task of testing this gem over the past few weeks 🤩 It promises results after just 2 weeks, so it was exciting! It comes nicely packaged, and the box feels luxurious and well thought out. I was struck by how easy this product is to use, only 5 minutes a day, and it’s super easy to keep clean. The little plastic tip that comes with it is easy to bite down on, and the mask itself isn’t heavy, so you don’t need to hold it with your hand or anything. I sat comfortably scrolling on my phone while using it ☺️ at first, the light was quite bright for my eyes, but I got used to it! I have some fine lines on my lips and also a bit when I smile 👄 during my period, I can also get some hormonal pimples.   Over expectation✨

  I have as #lykoinflutester had the chance to test this LED mask for the lips from #silkn and am over expectation so happy to have had the chance to test this mask! A little info about me| Age: 31 My skin: combination, often dry on the lips (dry mouth from time to time due to medication). I have also noticed more and more that my lips are losing both a bit of contour and color. I often use lip gloss, lipstick but mostly try to use Rituals Rescue Balm. I was really excited to test this mask and have mostly used level 1, which is supposed to give a fuller and firmer shape, that was what I was drawn to. Already after the first use, I could feel that my lips felt "fluffier", moisturizing, softer, and felt firmer👄 It is so easy to use, easy to attach the mouthpiece, and so convenient that there is a built-in timer so you don’t have to keep track of time yourself, but you get the freedom to do other things in the meantime, and it turns off by itself when it’s done (5 min). At first, it felt a bit uncomfortable to have something (the mouthpiece) so in my mouth, but I quickly found out how it would feel comfortable for me, and 5 minutes, which is the max time, goes faster than I thought😄 I already have quite a few routines around my skin daily, and it has absolutely not been difficult or troublesome to incorporate the mask into the routine, I alternate between using it in the morning after thoroughly washing my face or as a final relaxation in the evening (also there after washing my face) and before all skincare goes on✨ I love this mask and will continue to use it, as well as have it in my daily routine, can highly recommend it to those who are either looking for a lip mask that is reusable, which I personally think gives me what it promises, like more volume, also the feeling of it, no discomfort or anything. I don’t think it dries out my lips or skin either, I have followed my usual skincare routine and haven’t needed anything extra. Then it’s like with everything, all use regardless of product is often very individual how just one product works for oneself. But my experience is only positive🥰 I also think the price is great, considering that it can be used daily (reusable), and that it is significantly cheaper than other variants on the market☺️👌 Pictures show both before (there I had as usual used my Rescue balm) and today both without and with Rescue balm. As well as the mask and the mask in action in level 1😊 So I am super satisfied and it will be exciting to see how everything feels after even longer use of it😍

  I was really looking forward to trying this product, as I think LED masks seem very promising and luxurious. The product comes in a sleek packaging, where all necessary parts are included. The mask is easy to assemble, and you can easily adjust how far you want the mouthpiece to be. The mask itself is pretty and simple in design, and easy to clean. I initially struggled a bit with figuring out how to turn the device on, but fortunately, the user manual was understandable and descriptive. There are two different modes on the device, as the two different wavelengths have different effects/purposes. You should only use the device for a max of 5 minutes only once a day, which the device controls itself with a timer that turns off the device after 5 minutes of use. This is a big plus. You should also use the device on clean skin (without sunscreen and makeup), so that the light waves reach the skin. I have alternated between the two different modes every other day, so I get to test both wavelengths. I have also used the mask every day for about a month. When using the device, you can feel a bit warm after a few minutes, but it’s not uncomfortable. The process also makes no sounds, and the mask is completely silent. The mouthpiece itself is unfortunately a bit awkward to have in your mouth for 5 minutes, and it’s somewhat difficult to assess how to position your lips during the process. As for the results, I can’t see much difference in my lips before and after using the device (before is up, and after is down), but I notice that they feel softer and smoother. So even though there are no visible results, there is a noticeable effect of the product. I can also see that my smile lines have faded a bit (which is also an effect of the mask). All in all, I would say that I am satisfied with the result, even though I haven’t seen any change in the appearance of my lips. It is still somewhat time-consuming to have the mask in your mouth for five minutes every day, as you usually use the mask in connection with skincare or grooming.   Better than I dared hope for!

  As #LYKOINFLUTESTER I have been able to try Lumilips from #SILKN for a couple of weeks. I was very excited and looking forward to receiving this! 😃 About me: I am 43 years old. I don't have many signs of aging, but maybe a little hint of mouth corners starting to point downwards. I have fillers in my lips, done with a hyaluron pen. However, I haven't filled them for over a year. And my lips are not exactly very thin naturally. My impression of the product: ➕️ I thought already from the first use that my lips felt fuller. And after just a couple of uses, I thought it started to show as well. Of course, no drastic change, but still noticeable. ➕️ Easy and convenient to use, and easy to clean. The part you have in your mouth can be removed, and I usually wash it off with dish soap. I wash the mask off with micellar water after use. ➕️ After about 2 weeks of use, I also noticed that my mouth corners started to "fade out" a bit. I also think that the skin around my lips has gotten a nicer glow. ➕️ I think my lip contours have become clearer. ➖️ Already after the first use, my lips felt incredibly dry and tight! This is something that usually only happens to me in winter, but now it happened the same after using the mask. The only thing that works when it gets like this is natural beeswax balm, so I have had to apply lip balm almost constantly. This fortunately calmed down after about 2-3 weeks, even though I used the mask daily. But I was close to giving up the evaluation after just a few days. My lips felt SO tight! Now they feel normal again. But you have to be prepared to always have a lip balm on hand 😉 ➖️ Quite poor battery life. Even though you only use the mask for 5 minutes a day, you have to charge it every other day. And it takes quite a long time to charge it. Overall, I am satisfied with the mask! It is quite expensive, but I actually experience a positive effect from it. I will continue to use it every day ⭐️

  Fuller and more contoured lips

  I have been using Silk’n LumiLips for a little over three weeks now, and I must say I am positively surprised. I have tested with the same program (no. 1) that lasts for 5 minutes, almost every evening during this period, to see if I could notice any difference. Already after a couple of weeks, I started to notice that my lips feel a bit fuller, and that they look a bit more contoured than before. The most noticeable change is actually the cupid's bow – it looks clearly more defined and marked than before. It feels like my lips have had a little lift without any form of intervention, and the effect seems both natural and even.   The product I didn't know I needed

  I had the honor of testing this product from [hashtag] in my role as [hashtag] I want to start this review by telling a bit about my lips and how they are otherwise. I have a pretty thin upper lip that is quite protruding without much volume on the sides. Then I have a very small mouth and a crooked jaw. I also have quite downward-facing corners of my mouth that can give a very sour impression in a resting state. I have never done lip fillers before, and I don't use many caring products like lip balm for my lips. In winter, my lips can get quite dry, and then I use lip products, but otherwise, I usually just moisturize them with regular day cream that comes around the area. So I can sometimes have slightly dry lips that aren't very noticeable. Now to the actual product: The product came in a black box that gave a luxurious impression. The manual was easy to follow, and the product itself was very light but didn't feel sticky. The product comes with a silicone tip that I found very challenging to get in place as I had to push and push and wiggle to get it in place. The same applied when I wanted to take it off. Unfortunately, this takes away a point as I rarely took it off when I cleaned it because I found it time-consuming and cumbersome. The button with the settings I found extremely sensitive and accidentally hit it several times, which caused the program to switch in the middle of everything, and you had to try to keep track of the time yourself. This and that I had difficulty disassembling it unfortunately takes away a star from the rating. To the actual result and use of the product: I have tested this product for almost exactly 4 weeks and have used it almost every day. I have missed using it a few times, but at most with 2 days in between. I have primarily used the first setting, which is supposed to give plump lips and reduce fine lines. In the first week, I mostly used the second setting, which is supposed to improve the color of the lips. At first, it was a bit uncomfortable to bite on the tip, so I held it with my hand, but then I found a way to have it in my mouth that was relatively comfortable and worked for me. I like that it had a built-in timer, which made it easier if you wanted to do other things at the same time. After just 4-5 days, I noticed that my lips looked less pale and appeared softer, and that they had gained a bit more volume and felt more hydrated. In the last two weeks, my lips have been a bit drier than they were in the first two, but nothing extreme. I don't think it's this product but that I have switched to a lighter day cream that doesn't hydrate as much. But still worth noting. I will continue to use this product in conjunction with using lip balm. Now when I compare the before pictures with my lips today, I see a very big difference in the volume of the upper lip, and I feel that my mouth corners look less sour even at rest. Fine lines around the lips/corners of the mouth are not something I saw any significant difference in after 1-2 weeks of use, but only after 4 weeks, so I believe that if I continue to use the product, I will surely see even better results. It is difficult to evaluate my pictures completely accurately as the pictures were taken in slightly different light and can depend on facial expressions, but I still think it shows that the upper lip has gained more volume on the sides, but also a bit in height. What I notice in the mirror is that my lips look more alive and healthy with a bit more rosy color than usual! Surprisingly good results that give naturally plump lips! I was skeptical at first about whether this product would deliver what it promised, but I was quickly proven wrong as it actually delivers results! I can recommend this if you want a bit more color and volume on your lips but don't want to use fillers! Is there an extreme volume difference you get? No, but you get the best version of your own lips, and the product is easy to incorporate into your night or morning routine. I am still impressed by the versatility of this product, and the price is worth it. Do I want to try more products from Silkn? Absolutely! I am very curious to try Silkn's face mask as I have really gained confidence in their products.
