Rituals products are generally strongly scented, but this one is a bit milder. It is a mist, not a perfume. Therefore, the scent doesn't last very long. I've never used the mist on skin and hair, but a couple of gentle sprays over the duvet and pillow before I go to bed. To me, it feels calming to go to sleep with a mild, fresh, but also slightly warm floral scent.
