    Lovely foam

    I usually tend to be a bit lazy about using shaving foam when I shave. Most of the time I only shave with water, as I don't have much experience with shaving foam from before. I was therefore very excited to test this. I think the packaging is really nice and it adds a nice touch of color to the shower. It honestly makes me a bit happy with its vibrant color 🥰 This one smells lovely. It comes out as a clear gel that then transforms into a soft white foam when spread out. It feels very luxurious on the skin. The razor glides easily over this foam and it doesn't clog the razor like I've experienced with many other foams. My skin feels soft and moisturized after shaving and I had no irritation. This has become a new favorite and I will buy a new one as soon as this one is empty!     Not for my skin

    I thought this would be perfect for us with sensitive skin, since it says so on the front.. Well, I don't agree. My calves didn't look good after use, red and itchy spots all over. I should have probably taken a picture, but I didn't think about it then. My partner was shocked when I came out and showed him. This was the only new product I used then, everything else I've been using for a while, so it must be this. So I would probably look for other products if you have sensitive skin..

    Bottom Scrape

    First and foremost, it is incredibly runny (even though I have shaken it several times), so much product runs out of my hand. The lather doesn't foam well either and becomes completely "flat" and uneven on the legs/body. It smells a bit minty, which in my opinion is better than any sickly sweet scent. I also absolutely do not find it soothing or moisturizing in any way, and the razor (from Estrid) does not glide well on the skin. The result is small cuts here and there and burning skin. However, it could be Estrid's updated bad blades that are the culprit, but I still think there are better shaving foams out there on the market.

    Is this the same as the previous gel

    I have Estrid's watermelon jelly shaving gel that has worked really well for me but is no longer sold. Is this shaving gel just as good, or has the same thing happened as with the razor blades, that the product has been replaced with a worse version?
