Works as it should!
I got to try the product in collaboration with #lykoinflutester #izelbeauty. The heat protectant comes in a spray bottle in a conveniently sized format and material that is easy to take with you. The spray function is even and nicely misty. The product smells good and is easy to apply. After use, the product is weightless in the hair and you can't feel that it has been applied. It protects the hair without weighing it down, just as promised. My experience is that the product is affordable and suitable for those who want a heat protectant that has minimal other effects on the hair. I have fine Scandinavian hair that often gets weighed down and can lay flat, but this heat protectant has a light consistency that distributes nicely in the hair. I style my hair with heat tools 2-3 times a week and therefore think it's important to protect the hair. However, for a higher rating, I would have liked more features that would make me remember this product for repurchase. For example, UV protection is a feature that could be added to such a product, or a slightly more moisturizing consistency. For my hair, I can't use this as the only styling product, but I need to add a softening oil/lotion/conditioner spray as well as UV protection in addition to this. Gives shine but leaves hair frizzy
I have tried the product in collaboration with #lykoinflutester #izelbeauty. Convenient extra product in a tube. I prefer the tube over glass jars with droppers for hair serums as these often clog. The scent is nice and lasts throughout the day. The consistency is quite thick but distributes well over the lengths. The product gives a nice shine that lasts until the next wash. However, I do not find that it combats frizz as I still feel my hair is dry and frizzy after use. I have Scandinavian hair, but with many fine strands. I rarely feel my hair is dry, rather flat and quite shiny. Unfortunately, the series from Izel has made my hair drier and frizzier than before, and the serum unfortunately does not counteract this sufficiently. I got to test the product in collaboration with #lykoinflutester #izelbeauty 🫧 Positive first impression with packaging in a tube instead of a jar. It makes me use the product more often, which is fun. The product has a strange gray-purple color that feels very bad to put in the hair. The product leaves the hair shiny beyond expectations. My partner even commented that I had shiny hair, which he usually doesn't notice. Unfortunately, this was the only thing the product lives up to. The hair still feels dry after use, and I need to add additional products to be able to detangle it after washing. I usually use moisturizing hair masks, but I don't feel that this one gives the same effect. Tangled and Dry Result
I got to try the product and the other products in the series in collaboration with #lykoinflutester #izelbeauty 🫧 The conditioner comes in a nice and practical bottle that fits well in my shower shelf. The scent is lovely and stays well in the hair. The color of the conditioner scares me quite a bit as it is completely opaque and grayish, making one wonder what ingredients it contains. I find that the product makes my hair feel smooth in the shower, but when I come out of the shower, my hair is tangled and hard to detangle. Even after applying the serum and heat protection, it is still difficult to comb through, and I need to apply additional oil and spray conditioner, which I usually don't need to do. I have a lot of hair, but thin Scandinavian strands. Normally, I don't feel a big difference between conditioners, but this one makes me feel dissatisfied as it doesn't soften at all. One positive thing, however, is that the conditioner contributes as promised to a nice shine. Opposite effect, but clean and airy result
I received this product in collaboration with #lykoinflutester #izelbeauty. The product comes in a nice bottle in a convenient size that fits well in the shower shelf. It smells good, and in my opinion, the scent is not at all as young as some previous comments describe, but rather a good mix of sweet and fresh. The shampoo lathers well and is easy to apply and rinse out. The hair becomes clean and stays clean for a long time. Unfortunately, I do experience that it becomes very dry and frizzy after use and does not at all provide the moisturized and shiny result that was promised. I have Scandinavian hair with quite a few hair strands, and this shampoo helps me create air between the strands, which gives a satisfying volume. Normally, my hair is very straight and not frizzy at all, which it unfortunately becomes when using this shampoo. I have tried the product alone and together with other products in the series. Lovely but not as moisturizing as promised
A lovely thick conditioner that quickly softens my fine and tangled hair. I like that the upside-down packaging makes it easy to distinguish between shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Despite the ingredients, I don’t find this conditioner particularly moisturizing. I’ve tried it along with the other products in the line as a test pilot for Lyko during a period of weather changes. Last year, I can’t remember having static hair, but I’ve actually had it this year despite using this moisturizing line. The result is, however, detangling, which is also promised. The packaging of the hair serum feels luxurious, and the dropper works well. However, when I drop it in my hand, the experience is not as lovely. The consistency is thick, sticky, warm, and oily, and I get no serum feeling at all. My hair is Scandinavian fine, and when testing this oil serum, I find that it becomes way too heavy. Airy Result
A creamy shampoo that lathers up well and feels like a very economical shampoo. The result is surprisingly airy for a moisturizing shampoo, and my hair has stayed clean for a very long time between washes with this shampoo. The scent is okay, but not a favorite for me as I like fresh strong scents. I would describe it as sweet and candy-like. My hair is fine and blonde and often very voluminous. My routine usually consists of using detox and silver shampoo, moisturizing shampoo and mask, and lastly volumizing shampoo and conditioner every third shower. Sunday Mask
A wonderfully soft mask with quick effect. The mask comes in a large jar that will last a very long time. The consistency is soft and light, and it doesn't slip out of your hand as easily as other hair masks, making it easy to use. The scent is a bit too sweet for my taste, but this is nothing that bothers me after the shower. Upon application, the hair feels soft almost immediately, and I find that I don't need to leave the mask on for particularly long to get results. However, after the shower, the hair is not as easy to detangle as I expected, and I need to add an oil or cream before brushing to detangle my tangled fine hair. I usually do that anyway to get heat protection, so it's nothing that bothers me. The result of the mask is good as the hair feels rehydrated without being weighed down.
