I really have to say that I love this mascara! I was pleasantly surprised by how nicely and evenly it applied, and it was very easy to get a great result. I often find mascara can clump, but I didn’t experience that with this one. The brush was very easy to use and made it simple to reach all the lashes. I felt the mascara distributed evenly on the lashes without too much product at once. This also made it easy to build up multiple layers to get the result I wanted. What I liked best was how beautiful my lashes looked afterwards. They became noticeably longer and looked much fuller, while still looking nice and natural. I truly think this mascara made a big difference to my eyes. Additionally, I noticed it held up very well throughout the day, which is a big plus for me. All in all, I’m super happy with this mascara. It’s easy to use, applies nicely and evenly, and gives the length and volume I want. I've been using this mascara for quite a while now, and it has become one of my favourites. It gives my lashes beautiful length, definition and separation without making them look heavy or clumpy. I can build it up for a more dramatic look, but even one coat looks natural and elegant. One thing I really appreciate is how well it wears throughout the day. It stays looking fresh without flaking or smudging on me, and my lashes stay lifted. Even after regular use, the formula has remained consistent and hasn't become dry too quickly. It also removes easily at the end of the day without needing to rub my eyes. I have been weak for Sensai's products for a while NOW, BUT absolutely not a saint. They also have products that I have been disappointed with. But that is not the case with this loose powder 🫶 It has extremely fine small particles that melt into the skin in a very natural way (I want my makeup to look natural). I apply it with a light hand using a large soft brush. Start with a little little little product and build up rather than starting with too much. I have been so lucky to receive Sensai's Make-up Bestsellers Limited Set which #lykoinflutester ✨ My name is Kristine, I am 35 years old and love everything related to beauty and makeup. Over many years, I have tested an incredible number of products from different brands. And you can believe that I have tested both of these two products from Sensai before, and I understand well why this set is called “Make-up Bestsellers,” because these are probably the 2 products from Sensai that I have liked the most over the years 🥰 ▪️Sensai Translucent Loose Powder is a transparent and super lightweight setting powder that sets makeup without looking dry or cakey. It contains light-reflecting particles that make the skin matte without looking lifeless and dry. And it does not emphasize fine lines or texture. The skin looks like a filter after application. When I apply the powder, I always go over with a small fluffy brush with powder under the eyes before I go in with the powder puff. This is to get the “wet” makeup I already have under my eyes to be a little less wet so that I do not lift the makeup or make it cakey when I apply powder with the powder puff. Also, always work the powder well into the powder puff in your hand to distribute the powder evenly over the puff and for an even distribution of powder where you need it. This is a setting powder I have used on and off for many years, and it is still one of my favorites to this day. Very nice with this small size you get in this set, which is perfect to have in your bag or when you are traveling. BUT I think it could be a little bigger. The original contains 20g of powder, and this contains only 3.5g. Between 7-10g would have been perfect considering the price of the set. ▪️Sensai Lash Volumiser 38°C is a mascara that is supposed to give volume, last all day, and the best part - it removes so easily with warm water (hence the name, 38°C). I love the brush on this mascara, as it really grabs every single lash from root to tip. It gives good volume after 2 coats, but I also like that it gives good length to the lashes at the same time. It could probably be a little better at separating the lashes, but again, this is a volumizing mascara, the brush is not designed to separate as well as it gives volume. But it holds the curl of my lashes all day, stays well all day without flaking or smudging under the eyes. Perfect travel size to have in your bag or when traveling. I also love how easily it rolls off the lashes when I take a warm shower. I don’t need to rub or work hard to remove it 👏🏻 All in all, I think this set is perfect to give to someone you love for Christmas, or for yourself, as it contains Sensai's two bestsellers that are favorites among many - myself included. Perfect gift for someone or yourself 💯
I got to try #senai 's kit with their well-known 38° mascara and their nice powder, both in travel size. I'm not a girl who usually uses powder as I find that my skin gets way too dry and the makeup almost looks cakey, so I didn't think this powder would be better, but oh how wrong I can be! 🤭 The powder is not heavy mattifying but still leaves a little glow while really setting the makeup in place. I think the powder is really good after ten hours of errands, walks, fixing, in rain and wind, and the makeup was still nice at 10 PM! 👑 I think it resembles Laura Mercier's powder a bit, but maybe Sensai's is even thinner and easier to work with. The mascara is incredible, definitely the best 38° mascara I've tried. I get a nice lash curl even though I haven't used an eyelash curler, and it holds through everything! No flaking or drying out, just really an iconic mascara ✨ The kit is perfect if you want to try Sensai but not spend 💸 on a full size! It's also a perfect Christmas gift for someone 🥹, I could imagine my mom or mother-in-law would really appreciate this because it's quality and a good size for the products. I will definitely pack this kit for Spain, it's convenient and takes up no space. Mascaras should be discarded after about three months, so it's actually smart to buy as travel size (I dislike throwing away products that aren't finished). 😇 The powder will last a long time, it takes so little of it to get an effect. It may look small, but it really takes so little product to set the makeup.
