An Early Summer Dream
Incredibly fresh, a bit of a spritzy scent that’s perfect for extending that just-showered feeling. I don’t notice any cucumber in the scent, but elderflower and white tea are there. It opens a bit sharp but quickly settles into a soft, skin-close fragrance. I really recommend applying it on damp skin, as the product absorbs even faster and I also find that the scent lasts longer. The yogurt isn’t quite moisturizing enough for my dry lower legs, but on the rest of the body it leaves a soft feeling. If you want a bit more oomph, you should go for body butter instead, but I really appreciate this product when I want to get dressed quickly after showering and don’t have time to wait for a heavy cream to absorb. Holds what it promises!
My colleague has the world's prettiest brows, and since this is one of the products she uses, I obviously wanted to try it. I haven't used wax for my brows before, but I've just stuck with brow pencil. Therefore, it required a bit of research and practice (Youtube ftw!) before I got the technique down. But, once I finally got the technique right, it worked fine. The trick, at least the one that works for me, is to do the brows first, so they have time to set while I do the rest of my face. I also need to be sparing with the product, wipe off the excess with a cotton swab, and then let it dry a bit before I brush the strands into place. It looked absolutely best when I dyed the brows, and then just a little silly with brown shadow where it looks sparse. The brows then stay in place all day, even through drizzle and running-to-the-bus sweat. Since I don't really have much need to tame my brows, this isn't something I'm willing to fuss with daily, but I can imagine that someone with thicker brows would get more joy from this product than I do. #lykotävling1 product in post Holds what it promises!42 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Wonderful primer
I was really surprised when I tried this primer. I had no high expectations and thought it would be fun to try something new. After testing it for 3 days in a row now, I feel that this is a 10/10. The makeup stays like a charm! This reminds me a bit of elf primer grip. Highly recommend! Makeup Routine
I had the honor of winning a competition here on Lyko: a primer from E.L.F power grip This primer is a primer I really recommend! The makeup holds, it gives glow and is not so expensive! A 10/10. Sometimes I can feel that some primers are way too expensive and give the same effect as a cheap one. While other cheap primers are cheap for a reason, this primer is so worth the price! I think it holds ALMOST all day, I work at a preschool and feel that sometimes I get splotchy after almost the whole day has gone by. Therefore, I still think this one holds almost all day. I use this primer together with setting spray from the same series. I’m a bit cautious with the setting spray because I feel the makeup moves and it’s easy to get splotchy if I have too much setting spray. This setting spray is "dewy" and makes my makeup look fresh.
