Color Wow Raise the roots spray
I have now tested Color Wow's Raise the root spray and think it was a super lovely product that gave a lot of volume, especially at the front. It was easy to work with and smelled really good and gave no texture in the hair, it felt like you had no product in. Color Wow's Raise the Root spray is a non-sticky spray that is very easy to use! I spray a good amount at the roots when my hair is still damp (I use a towel to lightly dry it first), before I go over it with the hairdryer. I think the product makes my hair full and light, but I wish it gave even more volume🥹 This brings it down a bit for me. I have quite heavy and thick hair, so it might work better for someone with a different hair type! I love that you don't feel like your hair gets dirty from it, something I often feel with various styling products. RAISE THE ROOT, COLOR WOW✨
I've heard so much good about this product, especially on tiktok. Many different opinions about it, but here comes mine 😇 The product promises volume and fullness without feeling in the hair. Which sounds perfect for my typical Nordic, blonde, and thin hair. I have a hard time getting styling to hold over time and often experience that my hair falls lifeless or flat. Unfortunately, I think it doesn't deliver much on the volume front. The hair feels somewhat fuller absolutely, but not enough to be noteworthy. However, it doesn't feel in the hair either rough or greasy, which gives plus points! Flat and Greasy Hair
I think I soon have the entire range of Color Wow. No one has given me the desired effect, which is VOLUME. Unfortunately, I have very thin, flat, and boring hair. My hair has 0 volume and doesn't hold any styling. I've tried so much over the years with minimal to no difference. I had high hopes for this product but was once again disappointed. Just showered, towel-dried hair. I section my hair and spray at the roots. Then I blow-dry my hair with a round brush/Dyson. Sometimes I get a little volume, but it goes flat again in under 1 hour. My hair looks greasy even though it's freshly washed. The only positive for me has been that it smells fantastic. This is surely a fantastic product for those it works for.
