    Did a good job, but the jar was tiny

    Not sure if it was entirely the manic panic, but my hair definitely looks significantly more toned. I had to mix in purple conditioner in order to saturate my hair. I would say my hair is now a cool toned blonde, with some silver bits where my hair is ultra light

    Does this lighten natural hair?

    I’m looking to just tone the ends of my hair and not lighten my natural color. Will this work for that? I have used the Wella color fresh in the past for this purpose
