Exactly what my hair needs! 🫶🏼
I have been testing this hair mask for three weeks now. I really love the feeling of a good hair mask, and this one quickly became a favorite in my routine. It feels wonderfully nourishing and like a little extra treatment for the hair. Since I have long hair and like to use styling products, my lengths sometimes need a little extra love. That's why I like to apply a hair mask when my hair feels dry or needs some extra moisture. Afterwards, my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth, and I notice it gets more shine and feels healthier. Didn’t suit me
The hair mask is simple and easy to use, and you don’t need a lot of product to cover the hair, which is a plus. It has a pleasant scent, but here too I wished the scent was much more pronounced and lasted longer. Unfortunately, the hair mask didn’t become a personal favorite either. After use, my hair feels quite heavy, and I almost get the feeling that there is a film or coating over the hair. The packaging follows the same classic Waterclouds design as the rest of the series. For me, it’s a product that works okay, but doesn’t quite live up to the expectations of a nourishing hair mask. I have had the chance to test the series for a few weeks and my conclusion is that this hair mask is very good to use on my hair, which is quite dry to begin with. My roots are not as dry as they usually are, plus my hair in the scalp area looks much healthier and the consistency is just perfect. Good care, but a bit too heavy for my fine hair
I was lucky enough to test this hair mask from Waterclouds as a Lyko Testpilot along with the other products from the Gloss Revive series. I have fine, straight, light Scandinavian hair down to my shoulders, which is lightened with balayage at the hairdresser about once a year. Even though my hair is lightened, I still tend to get greasy hair quickly, so I wash it daily. I have used the hair mask about once a week, and my overall impression is positive. It has a really lovely scent, and I find that it gives my hair good care. After use, the hair feels soft, healthy, and is easy to comb, which of course is a big plus. Unfortunately, I have also experienced that the hair mask can be a bit too heavy for my fine hair. Especially when I combine it with the other products in the series, I feel that my hair gets too much care and loses some of the lightness I usually prefer. Therefore, I have had the best experience using it as an extra treatment once a week rather than combining it with the whole series at the same hair wash. I imagine the hair mask would work better for thicker or more damaged hair that needs extra care. For me, it’s a bit unfortunate that I have to be so careful about which products I combine it with to avoid my hair feeling weighed down. All in all, a lovely and caring hair mask, but unfortunately not the perfect match for my hair type. Hair feels much better 🧸
I've used this hair mask quite a few times now, and I actually really like it. I have dry hair, especially in the lengths, so I notice pretty quickly when my hair needs a little extra care. The mask has a nice consistency, not too thick and not too runny, so it's easy to distribute in the hair. I usually leave it on for a few minutes before rinsing it out. Afterwards, the hair feels softer and less dry, and it's much easier to comb through without so much snagging. I also think the hair feels a bit smoother afterwards, but without it getting greasy or heavy. I haven't noticed a huge difference in the hair itself, but as a hair mask for dry lengths, I think it works just fine. I won a chance to test this series and unfortunately wasn’t blown away by any of the products. But this hair mask did its thing! I felt that my hair became rehydrated, soft, shiny, and felt healthier from this mask. I would have appreciated if it had a nice scent, but after all, it’s the function of the product that matters most. I wasn’t wowed by this one, but it’s definitely a good, effective hair mask that I will use again. Heavenly hair mask
I have had the honor of testing 4 different products from #waterclouds as #lykoinflutester. I’m so so sorry that my reviews are a bit late, but that’s mainly because I missed the date and also because we moved, so it’s been a bit chaotic😅. But here is at least my review of the hair mask/treatment from this shine-giving series. A little about my hair: Coarse strands Naturally curly/wavy Frizzy Bleached Sensitive scalp I have tested a product line with similar products as well, but these from Waterclouds were both better for the wallet and a bit nicer🩷 The mask has a light, lovely almost whipped feel and texture. I like the packaging and the design itself is nice. When I use the mask, my hair becomes very soft and moisturized, I also experience less frizz. I have used the mask together with the other products in the same series to get maximum shine✨ But when you have naturally curly/wavy and frizzy hair, the shine never really reaches 100% like it can with other hair types. It definitely gets much better, but the biggest result is probably seen with another hair type🙈 The result is soft, shiny, and moisturized hair. The perfect moisture boost for dry and frizzy hair!😍
My hair is naturally curly, dry, and quite frizzy, and it gets tangled very easily, so my lengths definitely need some extra moisture. I have tried quite a few hair masks, but this one has really impressed me! The mask leaves my hair incredibly soft, smooth, and shiny without making it feel heavy or greasy. After using it, my hair feels much more nourished and manageable, and I notice a big difference especially in the ends. Silky soft hair!!
The treatment is probably the star of this series for me. It has a rich, creamy texture that is easy to distribute in the ends, and the hair becomes noticeably softer and easier to comb out. Also feels healthier. The frizz calms down considerably, and the hair gets a very nice and natural shine after blow-drying. If you have very thin hair, it’s enough to focus only on the ends so it doesn’t get too heavy, but for normal to dry hair it gives just the extra moisture you need 1-2 times a week. As a LykoTest Influencer, I had the honor of testing the wonderful products from the Waterclouds Water Clouds series ☁️✨ A little about my hair: I have medium-length, naturally curly hair (about 2C), which is also both bleached and colored. Since my hair is curly, I really need products that provide a lot of moisture, help retain moisture, and at the same time reduce frizz. In this review, I mainly focus on the mask, even though my final experience with the series is based on using the products together. I have now tried the hair mask once and was actually positively surprised! 😍 The hair became incredibly soft and shiny. I have previously written that the shampoo itself did not make much difference for my hair, while the conditioner gave a clear softness. But when I also added the hair mask, the result was even better. I also feel that the hair color is really well preserved. My hair looks more alive and gets a lovely shine, which I really appreciate since bleached and colored hair can easily feel tired and frizzy. What I like extra much is that the series suits my naturally curly hair well. It provides a lot of moisture, and my hair was not nearly as frizzy, but felt soft, moisturized, and nice. I was almost a bit doubtful whether I had rinsed out the hair mask properly because the hair became so incredibly soft – but without feeling heavy or oily. After using shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask together, I think that both the shine, feel, and hair color became much better.
