I conveniently got three sunscreen products (from ByLyko) about two weeks before I was supposed to go to Cyprus. All three are really good products, but this one takes home first prize. 🥇 I have thoroughly tested this during the Cyprus week. On the bottle it says: light go-to face mist. And that’s exactly what it is. I applied a generous layer on my skin/face before exposing myself to the sun. And hooray for spf 50! 🥳 As I said, it is (despite applying generously) a sunscreen that feels thin. No sticky feeling afterwards. The sunscreen absorbs quite quickly and leaves no greasy surface. I have also tested it over makeup, and was afraid it would get sticky. But not! 🙌 When it comes to scent, I find that it has a light floral scent. Unfortunately, the sunscreen doesn’t taste good if it gets on your lips. But you just have to pinch your lips together. 🙈😅 I actually can’t say anything bad about this at all. It’s a clear winner that I can imagine buying when the current one runs out. Doesn't smell nice
As an Influtester, I had the opportunity to test some of Lyko's new sun protection products. Super fun! ☺️ Unfortunately, this face mist was not a favorite of mine. The mist itself is very light and pleasant, and it gets a plus for being SPF 50. I like the concept of spray/mist, it feels less sticky and easier to reapply than traditional sunscreens. However, you need to use a pretty large amount with each application, so the question is how long it lasts. I also don't think the protection is as good as with traditional SPF in a tube, but it works great as a complement! But that's how it is with most SPF in spray format. Like the body spray, I just have to comment on the design. It actually looks a bit too dull compared to Lyko's other products, which usually have a very cute design. What really brings down the rating is the smell. It's not pleasant. It smells.. musty. Old. Like it might be bad, so it was even to the point that I asked for a new one to test. When bottle number 2 smelled bad too, I asked if the intention was for it to smell like the other products in the line - which go towards vanilla/coconut. I thought that in that case it would be very easy to determine if there was something wrong with my samples or not. But I didn't get an answer to that, so I have to assume that this is how it is supposed to smell. After reading some other reviews, I am still unsure, it seems to be a bit mixed - some smell super good and others just okay? 🤔 It could be that I had really bad luck with my bottles, and it is super unfortunate and a shame to lower the rating because of two Monday products, but I don't have much else to go on. Does its job but must not get in the eyes
The product absolutely does its job, but! The problem is that the product hurts terribly *when it gets in the eyes*, which is hard to avoid on a hot summer day when you sweat and it starts to run, or you rub your eye. You also can’t just blink it away twice without it sticking. For a product that is *sprayed* on the face, it’s surprisingly bad to get in the eyes.227 views- The user's roll: Employees at Lyko. You probably already know how to use it well, but a little tip is to shake the bottle well, spray about 20 cm from your face with your eyes and mouth closed, and then let the mist settle for about 10–15 seconds before opening your eyes again 🙏☀️

Really shocking
This bottle definitely goes for use on the body. The product leaves the skin very greasy and shiny. The product does not come out as an even mist. LYKO what is the scent of this?? Does it smell like the big spray with 30spf? Many love that scent, so do you have plans to make perfume/body mists or other products with the same scent?? SPF 🧴 Face Mist ☀️🏝️🏖️
Sat in the sun and enjoyed myself today (first with a friend after some social time/coffee with a whole group, and then in a garden after lunch). Completely forgot sunscreen, but didn’t get burned at all despite the mild spring sun. ☀️ I do burn quite easily and often get redness on my scalp. This sunscreen is actually a mist for the face, but since I get redness on my scalp very easily, I usually apply this mist right there. Simply spray the sunscreen over the hair, or more precisely on the parting. Fortunately, it works; I haven’t burned myself the times I’ve applied this mist! And I’m actually very happy about that. What a thing! I don’t at all feel that the hair gets sticky or unclean from the mist. Have used it a few times on the face, then with regular sunscreen as a base. The only negative is that the packaging has sometimes jammed, the spray function has become really stiff a few times. But I’ve managed to get it working after a while.
