TikTok favorite 😻
I have been testing this serum for about 3 weeks now and it is really lovely! Botox/fillers in a bottle might be a little much to say, but! I still think I see a certain difference, especially under the eyes! 💁♀️ I use the serum as the last step, that is to say over my face/moisturizer and only where I want to “plump” the skin! A lovely, oily consistency that I really like! I will continue to use it and hopefully see even more results going forward! ☺️😍 #lykocreator #lykoreview #theordinary - Most helpful negativeThe user's roll: Lyko Creator. Not for my skin 🌸
It's rare that I give two stars or less when reviewing products, but this one has not been for me. 🥲 First, a little about my skin: -dry - glowy - milia that comes and goes - fine lines around the eyes - freckles - needs moisture This concentrated serum is supposed to plump the skin significantly and increase fullness in the skin. I had high expectations for this one, but unfortunately, it doesn't work on my skin. It gives me no wow effect and actually triggers my milia around the eye area, which is sad because it gives a really nice glow, and I can feel that it temporarily plumps upon application. I can imagine that visible results will come after longer use, but since I get milia from it, I simply don't want to use it anymore. What I quickly learned was that it takes incredibly little product; at first, I used way too much 😅, so the bottle lasts a long time, which is a plus for those of you it works for! If I want a smoother effect, I will continue to use Peter Thomas Roth's eye cream, which makes my fine lines disappear temporarily 🤭 What makes it get two stars and not one; the serum gives a nice glow and doesn't curl under makeup, which many serums can do. And to those of you it works for: I'm jealous 🤣🫶🏼 #lykoinflutester #theordinary - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The post was made 4 daysRating: 4 out of 5
Meh...
This is a niche product marketed to counteract volume loss in the face (such as hollows under the eyes or at the cheeks). It’s not a "miracle cure" in a bottle, but it can be an interesting complement for some. The positives: Interesting technology: Volufiline is an ingredient said to stimulate the skin’s fat cells (adipocytes) to give a subtle plumping effect. It’s one of the few over-the-counter options for those wanting to work on volume without fillers. Value for money: As always with The Ordinary, you get highly concentrated ingredients at a very good price compared to luxury brands using similar technology. The texture: It’s oil-based but still feels light on the skin and absorbs relatively well if you massage it in properly. The negatives (Honesty check): Patience required: This is not a product where you see results after a week. You need to use it consistently for at least 2–3 months to even notice a difference. Subtle results: Don’t expect the effect of a filler injection. The results are extremely subtle and work best as preventive care or to give a very light "plumping" effect. Doesn’t work for everyone: Since it works with fat cells, results vary greatly depending on your own genetics and skin structure. Some see a difference, others notice nothing at all. Risk of clogged pores: Because it’s oily, it can cause pimples or milia (small white bumps), especially if you use it in the sensitive area under the eyes and tend to have oily skin. Buy it if: You’ve started to notice your face feels a bit "sunken" or thin, and you have the patience to use a product every day for several months. It’s perfect for those who want a "bio-hacking" approach to skincare. Skip it if: You want quick results or have very oily/acne-prone skin. If you have deep wrinkles or significant volume loss, this oil probably won’t give you the change you’re hoping for.389 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Serum with great plump!
I have been testing #theordinary's Volufiline Plumping serum for a while and am so satisfied! The consistency of the product is very liquid oil, so it is very economical to use, it absorbs quickly into the skin and does not feel sticky✨ I have slightly sunken skin under my eyes and smile lines, so these have been my focus areas with this serum. I have experienced more fullness in these areas, and it gives the effect of a more plump look over time💕 I have applied this in the evening after my skincare routine and after moisturizer✨ I have a slightly sensitive skin type but am positively surprised that I have not reacted to this, so that is a big plus! I can really recommend this to all ages and skin types if you want a bit more plumpness in areas that are either sunken or wrinkled✨ #lykoinflutester1308 views - The post was made 2 weeksRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Unsure if it makes a difference?
As an influencer, I got to test this product. It's definitely an exciting thought that this could help, but I'm unsure about the results? 🤔 Personally, I don't see any difference after using this for almost a month. What I can say, though, is that it feels nice when you have it on your skin, and I think it might give better results if you get to use it for a longer time, hence the rating 😌 #lykoinflutester #theordinary3191 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Exciting product
This product is really a hot topic right now – and it was so fun to get to try it! ✨ The consistency is thin, silky, and a bit oily in a very pleasant way. It glides easily on the skin and feels almost a little “luxurious,” while sinking in nicely without feeling heavy or sticky. Just a small drop goes a long way, especially if dabbed on specific areas where a little extra plumpness is desired. Volufiline is known for giving the skin a fuller feel over time, but here no huge change in volume was noticed during the testing period. However, the skin felt a bit more plump and, above all, had a nice, radiant effect ✨ The skin simply looked a bit more lively and fresh. An exciting ingredient to try for those who love long-term skincare – and perfect for anyone wanting to give their skin a little extra glow and softness in their routine 💗 #lykoinflutester #theordinary2469 views - The post was made 2 weeksRating: 4 out of 5Verifierad testare
Glowy
I have been using Volufiline 92% + Pal-Isoleucine 1% for a while, and the experience so far is positive. 💫 The product fits well into my skincare routine and is easy to use in everyday life. The consistency is light and pleasant, and the serum absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling heavy or sticky. After application, I find that my skin gets a nice glow, and it feels both softer and more hydrated. Another advantage is how easy it is to combine with various other products. I often use it together with my favorite face cream, and I find that it works well. When it comes to results, it's a bit early to say, but I do feel some effect so far 🫶🏼 Pros:➕ Light consistency that absorbs quickly into the skin Leaves the skin with a natural and nice glow Easy to integrate into existing skincare routine Works well in combination with other products, like face cream Cons:➖ The bottle makes dosing a bit tricky, and it can be challenging to get the exact right amount of product out All in all, this seems to be an effective and user-friendly serum that provides skin health 🫶🏼 #lykoinflutester & #theordinary1884 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Good but burns
I have had the honor of being a lykoinflutester to try this product. I would say that this product is good and gives a plumping effect. It works roughly the same way as a plumping lip gloss, I use this under my eyes as well as on my forehead. I would say that this product is worth the money, but it burns a little, so you have to be careful! #LYKOINFLUTESTER #THEORDINARY1889 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. I see results but hope for more over time!
I received The Ordinary Volufiline 92% + Pal-Isoleucine 1% as an influtester, so it wasn't really something I had actively planned to buy myself from the start. Even though it's something I've been looking at for a couple of years. I became quite curious about it since I previously had issues with volume loss around my eyes after an eyelash serum (X-lash). I completely stopped using eyelash serum back then, two years ago, and slowly got most of my volume back around my eyes, but not quite all. However, I have missed having super long lashes, so I recently started using eyelash serum again (with Leonites) and wanted to be a bit more preventive this time. I've been using it around my eyes for about a month, mainly under the eyes but also a bit in my nasolabial folds. I've been quite consistent even though I've missed a few evenings here and there. So far, I actually think I can notice a slight difference, the area under my eyes looks a bit more plump and doesn't feel as dry as before, my concealer looks nicer. It's not a dramatic result after a month, but enough for me to be curious about how it can develop with longer use. I will definitely continue to use it and see how the results turn out over time. #lykoinflutester #theordinary1846 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. Fillers in a bottle 💉💧
I am really impressed with Volufiline 92% + Pal-Isoleucine 1% from The Ordinary! The serum is light in consistency, absorbs quickly into the skin, and doesn't feel sticky. I've been using it regularly for a while now, and I find that my skin looks fuller where I apply it. My fine lines are less visible - especially on my forehead, nasolabial lines, and around my eyes. My skin feels softer, smoother, and hydrated ✨ The craziest part? I've gotten several questions about whether I've done something to my face. Even my boyfriend noticed that my fine lines have become less visible. So yes – the "fillers in a bottle" rumor is true! 🙌 I also like that the product is economical in use, as it is used as a spot treatment. It feels light on the skin and is easy to combine with the rest of my skincare routine. An effective serum that I will definitely continue to use! Imagine if all my fine lines just completely disappear, right? 🥹 #lykoinflutester #theordinary1443 views - The user's roll: Lyko Creator. The post was made 2 weeksRating: 3 out of 5Verifierad testare
Interesting
As #LYKOINFLUTESTER I got to try this product from The Ordinary! I am in my late 30s and experience a bit less volume and small wrinkles around my eyes, on my forehead, and around my mouth. I use various creams, serums, and other skincare products alternatively. This product comes in a UV-protected glass dropper bottle. It's sufficiently easy to use. It has a consistency that lies between a serum and a facial oil. On the skin, it looks very shiny and gives an instant boost of radiance. I feel a slight tingling sensation when applying it. It doesn't really dry down or become less oily on the skin, so I wouldn't prefer to have it under makeup. When it comes to results, considering I've only used it for three weeks, I don't see any drastic change. I think the most visible thing is the radiance it gives immediately. Of course, if you're consistent, you might see a long-term difference. I think it's an interesting product, and since it doesn't irritate or cause any reaction, I will continue to use it until I see better results. #THEORDINARY

Plumping serum
I have been so lucky to test this serum from The Ordinary. I am not on "Tik-Tok", but as far as I understand, this is a viral product there. However, I don't know anything about the product beforehand. When I was about to use it, I actually missed clearer guidelines on the packaging about how it should be used best. Recommended areas where it should be applied, and if there are areas to avoid. But also clearer information about what the product's function is. The idea behind the product is exciting! And I am eager to test it, but I must admit that I found it a bit difficult to use in practice. It doesn't come with an applicator, and the container makes it hard to control the amount of product that comes out, suddenly a lot just came out. And for a serum that is meant for quite precise application, in my opinion, it feels impractical. I tested the product on my lips since it is an area many would like a bit more “plumping” effect. The product was very runny, and almost a bit oily. But I can't say it gave much of a result, unfortunately. It tingled and burned a bit, as expected, but it’s possible I used the product wrong. I know from experience that lip plumpers can irritate and redden the skin, so I was very skeptical about using this plumping serum on my face. In general, I am a big fan of products from The Ordinary and think they deliver good quality for their price range. The concept behind this serum is interesting, but I feel that both the bottle and the instructions could have been a bit more thought out to make the product easier to use for those of us who don’t use Tik-Tok. #LYKOINFLUTESTER #THEORDINARY798 views
The OrdinaryVolufiline* 92% + Pal-Isoleucine 1% 15 ml
Volufiline* 92% + Pal-Isoleucine 1% is a concentrated serum for the face containing 92% VolufilineTM - a known technology commonly used to visibly increase skin volume and plumpness.
It is formulated to visibly target loss of volume and improve skin density. The formulation works to plump the appearance of areas prone to showing loss of volume, such as under the eyes and around the cheeks and smile lines.
Volufiline* 92% + Pal-Isoleucine 1% also includes 1% palmitoyl isoleucine - a supporting lipoamino acid that helps to imparts volume by supporting skin structures responsible for a naturally plump look. Palmitoyl isoleucine helps to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while supporting skin elasticity for a visibly lifted effect.
This concentrated serum is designed for targeted use on areas that appear sunken or hollow, including on the temples, hollow of the eyes, and around the cheeks and smile lines, for visible plumping and smoothing.
Use:
Shake well before use. Apply the product as needed to target areas after your moisturizer. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Store at room temperature.
