Doesn't deliver what it promises!
Unfortunately, this product hasn't shown any results after using it twice daily for 2 weeks. The pores and skin look exactly the same. Niacinamide is a much better solution for those who want quick visible results. But it's not worthless; it locks in moisture since it's in a kind of oil formula. Applying it after moisturizer before makeup helps the moisture last longer. But if you're going to use it for that purpose, I recommend The Ordinary’s EUK 134, it's soooo good! Both this and EUK 134 can be applied generously under makeup without ruining it. Just let it absorb for a moment before applying makeup. I’m DYING for the scent!
This is absolutely the best scent I’ve ever experienced on a self-tanner!!! Very hard to explain, but like a powdery strawberry milkshake with coconut, but not sickly sweet! The texture was very easy to work with. I didn’t think it gave any color after 1 hour at all. I applied it at 11:15 PM and at 12:15 AM (after one hour, as it’s called) I saw no difference. I slept with it on and woke up at 6:00 AM and my fingers and feet were SO brown! I usually don’t mess up on hands and feet otherwise. I applied another layer 2 days later (not on hands and feet of course) and the color got sooo dark! Got lots of compliments that it looked natural and many thought I had been abroad. 1.5 weeks later and the color has faded a bit, but not patchy! Still looks like I’m naturally tanned. It definitely gets a mega plus for the scent and how easy it was to apply. And a big plus that it fades “nicely” and lasts long! But be careful on hands and feet, you can always rinse them off earlier. This self-tanner grew on me as I was a bit skeptical at first. On the face, it only needed a short time and a small amount. I wiped my face with water after 2 hours because I was going to the gym and the color held!1 product in post I’m DYING for the scent!4700 views
