It can be used overnight, but it needs a little time to adhere properly before you lie down, which can take a while. Once it has set properly, it stays on better during the night, so you can sleep with it without it sliding off 🌛 Otherwise, it's enough to have it on for 3-4 hours during the day, for example, that works just as well!
